Best best best!! Had keloid problem and dr.pallavi just vanished that keloid in 4-5 sittings!! Had so many skin issues , few are gone and few are still in process!! The treatment takes time but they work for sure!! Also got done a back polishing peel for acne marks , this is my second session and the results are really good. Staff which gives you these session have excellent knowledge. I got my session from jaya and she has such a good knowledge on skin related issues.she explained everything in detail and asked me to follow few steps in order to get rid of the back acne.found her extremely sweet and she values patient’s time and money!!♥️

Dr Pallavi Rathi very efficiently diagnosed my dermatological issue and created a treatment plan, avoiding a surgical solution for as much as possible. She explained the plan in a way a lay person could understand, building my confidence in her and and her solution. When we finally had to resort to the surgical solution, her efficient surgical staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and Doctor made sure the procedure avoided future recurrence of the issue. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

The session that I have attended so far is good and I have seen the changes it has done on my skin. I would like to recommend to others also to come and visit Dr.pallavi.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dermatologist. First, she did not take the time to explain the root cause of my skin concerns properly, leaving me confused about my condition and the treatment plan. The staff at her JB Nagar clinic is highly untrained. I underwent a hydro facial session there, and it was a disaster. They provided false information about the procedure and performed it incorrectly, causing visible damage to my skin. To make matters worse, the medications prescribed by the dermatologist led to even more pigmentation and severely damaged my skin barrier. My skin is now in a worse condition than before, completely damaged and compromised. I developed sebaceous hyperplasia during the treatment, and she suggested RF treatment for it. When I asked if it would cause scarring, she flatly said NO, but now I have scars from the procedure that are irreversible, causing me permanent emotional damage. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this clinic. Their lack of expertise and care has caused me significant harm, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

My experience was very bad. The doctor doesn't want to listen to our feedback about the treatment. She just says anything to prove her point right. I have never seen a doctor like this. The cream she gave didn't suit my face initially, yet she charged a good amount for it. Later, she provided a face treatment where she herself didn't even come to see how her staff was handling it. I don't know how people give positive feedback. If she's not interested in listening to patient feedback, how will she solve issues?"

If you have any skin rash fungal infection and scalp dermetities or soarisios issues please don't visit here as they give unnecessary extra medicine follow up on every 7 days it dosent work on patients they gives different shampoo soap lotion expensive 2500 wastage anti dandruff treatment it dosent work at all so please don't waste ur money time and efforts here ...they run nice parlour business test any skin and scalp related treatment is no use

She well know how to market her so called beauty spa with fake reviews. She charges almost 8 x for every thing don't visit

After taking multiple sessions here I don’t recommend this clinic at all. Reply: 2 session of face treatment??? 1 session of hair removal? I have taken 5 sessions of the face treatment and for different parts of the body I have taken multiple hair laser sessions..I have all the proofs and papers and if needed I can upload the pics here of the treatments. Though my laser hair removal experience was good, my face is destroyed after the treatments. I didn’t elaborate my issue here earlier but didn’t expect this reply. And my face was in good condition only it’s just that I wanted to get ready for my special occasion and that’s why I decided to go for the treatment for extra glow. After the 4th session of the face treatment I got 3rd grade acne and it’s still not clear fully. it’s been 4 months and I am applying medicines from different doctor. After I got acne I came to you several several times..I have all the papers and your prescriptions after I got acne and nothing worked. In fact it got worse and I decided to move on with different doctor. My special day was ruined and you know it very well ma’am.

I would never recommend anyone to this clinic, worst experience ever. Expensive products and treatment and we get no result for it, in turn we get more bad effects on our skin. Very uneducated and mannerless staff. They even know how to deal with their patients. Terrible Experience.

My fiance had been to her for some skin and hair issues and it ended up getting worst post her treatment. Highly recommend to avoid going to her. Besides her treatment and products are too expensive and not useful either. There are much more highly experienced dermatologists around in Andheri East who give excellent results besides are certainly worth the buck.

I would never recommend anyone to this clinic, worst experience ever. Just expensive treatment and medicine that's it, no result at all. Dr ask us to go expensive treatment and we get no result for it, in turn we get more bad effects on our skin.

Very bad experience. Never had hairfall before but after using some stupid solution, I have experienced horrible hairfall. Besides the product that she sells are much higher in price than the market rate. For skin twice she recommended few creams for dark patches. But not really made a difference. There are much better dermatologist. Never recommending. Dont experiment. Highly disappointed. Reply to your msg: I had very neglible hairfall and after using your solution it got worse and literally there was a high volume of hairfall. As u mentioned it takes 3 months, it has already been 4 months and it is worse than what it ever was. And as i had scanty hair in the front near the forehead, I specifically asked for that therapy and not hairfall. If it is internal then you shouldnt have suggested external solutions.

This review is not for the Doctor but for the staff. I am still undergoing the treatment with the doctor and so far so good. The staff is quite irresponsible, negligent and rude. I booked an appointment prior and again called just before leaving the home to double check if my facial treatment could be done at the time of my appointment or there will be a wait period(usually there is a wait period of 30-40min even if you take an appointment). Without checking the availability of the room, they just blatently confirmed that it can be done. It was raining and I had a meeting in 2 hrs but since they confirmed that the room is availabe and the treatment will take 40min, I went ahead, because i had to attend a function over weekend. And when I reached there, they asked me wait for 5min first. When I got impatient and asked them if the room wasn't available, why did they confirm it over call, they said, "Mam it is a busy clinic, you will never find an empty room here. why are you getting so impatient, you will need to wait, we've just applied the mask to a client in the room, when we remove it, you can go next". There was no apology whatsoever, I just left. So to summarise, there is no regard of your time/appointment slot etc. No matter what, you will always need to wait, if that sits right with you, by all means, do visit the clinic. I am re-iterating, this review is solely for the negligence the clinic has for their client's time and their rudeness.

I took treatment for Hair nutrition and Regrowth new hair. But my hair started falling after her treatment tremendously. And also I have skin problem that is also not cure. Very bad experience. Spended lot money as well my hair. I will suggest don't take risk if u love your hair. I don't want to give 1 star also. Yes i came 1st of all for Eczema problem on my both leg. My wife took some skin treatment from this clinic. The medication and the treatment did not work at all. We wasted our time and the money. I read your reply. My wife has not used any cosmetic products since 12 to 15 years. She only uses Biotherm face wash and moisturizer. It's a French top quality brand that uses No chemicals inside. She did not use any steroids containing medicine given by any , dermatologist. My wife reads lot of skin health related blogs and are aware of those perticular topics. She is also zoology master degree holder and understand the limitation of medical science. She know miracle can not happen with anything..but a progress can. If the medicine you prescribed are from top leading manufacturers and have patented technology, they must show some results. The degree may vary from patients to patients but the success ratio should not be 0%. The treatment she took from you was for hiper pigmentation, but that did not work at all. She invested lot of money and time...

I contacted Dr Pallavi Rathi for hair loss treatment . Dr suggested me to go for PRP treatment and subsequently for hair transplant . I got a shock of life for each PRP treatment dr charges 8000 Rs which is 400 percent higher than actual cost . For any PRP treatment one should not charge more than Rs . 2000 Which includes local Anaesthesia consider 200 rs . shringe for removing the blood rs 50 . Prp machine to separate plasma say 250 rs . Vibrator and head cap 500. Doctors and support staff charges max say max 1000 rs . Total comes to Rs. 2000 whereas dr charges Rs8000. This is just exorbitantly high . Even though the treatment is good but at what cost ? Just money siphoning business . Introspection needed by the hospital to rethink the cost what is charged to the patients . It should be proportionate to treatment

Definitely Not Enjoyed The Over Crowded Clinic as well as the Non Cooperation from the staff Despite Previously Booked the Appointment they made me sit for 1 Hour and After they just send a Message it's because of Unavoidable Circumstances so we are sorry. A very bad experience. I went there for Acne scar treatment. Dr. Pallavi Rathi suggested me to go for Fractional Laser Treatment which would give 80% result. Post four sessions the result is ZERO%. 7k was the cost per session. WASTE OF MONEY! Reply to the below: Thanks for proving me wrong. Here we are not getting a chance to rply on your reply hence you are taking advantage of it and giving inappropriate reply. I had been suggested to take 3 laser seatings, if scars remain will go for 4th. I took all the 4 seatings, still result is ZERO. I had never been asked for PRP and even I don't know what is PRP. I took a package of laser treatment. No where you mentioned or suggested me about PRP. Sorry to say but it looks like you are more focused on marketing rather then good treatment.

My acne has not reduce after taking treatment for 1 years. My skin has become more darker and pigmented. I spent 10k, but no improvement. Money minded people my whole face got more worsen.

1. No scheduling of an appointment. First in first serve treatment. 2. I have not found any better result in my laser hair removal treatment, even after completion of course. 3. Not found any result in my hair loss treatment.
