Dr.Prateek Sondhi is patient friendly doctor and analyze the disease clearly and give treatment by understanding the root cause of the disease. He gave accurate treatment for my skin problems like hyperpigmentation and also guided hygienic steps to maintain skin. The entire experience of getting a treatment at Derma Circles was fantastic. The doctors and nurses are highly skilled, very informative and courteous. I was explained the treatment from start to end at the first sitting. There was no wait time and all my appointments were done on time. My results for hair transplant are amazing as well. I did my hair transplant from here, Dr Sodhi is really good at giving a very naturalook to the hair line, during transplant I was made very comfortable, staff is really good, very courteous and professional. Best thing is they help you with your car parking too just give them the key.

Highly unprofessional behaviour of the female laser hair Removal technician . She was Reluctant to do the prescribed area . She just haphazardly completed my session. Leaving most of the hairs behind not even covering the area that needs most laser radiation. Finished my session in hurry burry . After paying for the treatment do not expect such unprofessional behaviour

Supposed to be a nice clinic but when you go there then Dr Sodhi picks your problem from the talks he does .Thats surprising for me and some other friend of mine went there.He doesn't give you satisfactory answers to the problem but the treatment is very expensive. Try if you don't believe. I DONT RECOMMEND derma circles as it make s you go round and round. I switched to Dermatech Defence colony and my problem is solved with less expenditure.

I have been visiting here for one year now full waste of money they just want money from you doctor advised me for prp and I'm facing severe hairfall and dandruff after seeing this doctor when I complained him he said that he is unable to find what's my root cause of hairfall and he just suggested me plasma without any proper examination just shake of money they will force you to take therapy but derma circle is just a fraud nothing else . They just don't care about your problem they will make your situation even worst and will take lots of money it's shameful there's licence should be cancelled for sure .

I got an appointment for Dr Prateek. As soon as we entered the clinic, within a minute his staff took the full consultation fees. Took us to a doctor's room. Only, it was some other doctor, Dr Farha. She informed that Dr Prateek was on leave. I refused her consultation, demanded a refund and left. I later checked that she was a Jr doctor. This is fraud and sheer greed. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

Fraud ..plz don't go for hair treatment..they makes you fool .I am giving review after 5 month treatment.i have spent around 15k here and no result ..it is very expensive clinic they charge 1200 only for 1 min appointment ...many of positive review his staff review ..you can use traya ..

I had an online appointment with the doctor at 12:15 pm in the afternoon for the laser treatment (laser hair removal patch test) marks that they had treated before and lately I got dark marks over there but he did not respond and when I tried to reach them again then staff replied me with an impudent manner that he is busy with the patient. After that they rescheduled at 3:45 pm and then they again replied me the same that the doctor said that he is busy with the other patients and will connect later when he will get time. And just keep giving me excuses like that.

Not happy with the treatment, in January took botox treatment for hyperhidrosis in my palms. Treatment was costly but the results are 0. I was told it will help me for 8-9 months. But it was not helpful for a single day🙏

[Edit After Two Months] Got a reply from the clinic. They mentioned that the doctor was consulting a patient. Any one can wait for ten- fifteen minutes as I had clearly mentioned above that I waited for more than 40 minutes and they are not acknowledging that they are wrong. Please refrain from visiting this clinic and don't fall for fake reviews, I repeat these reviews are fake. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Even I fell for the reviews at first. I will provide you a little glimpse of what happens at the clinic. You book an appointment, you reach there ten minutes before time and then wait for your turn, that is how a normal clinic functions, right?. They have a receptionist (mind you with the grey hair and a fake accent) she lives in her own world and sort of decides who goes for the consultation and who doesn't. This was my first visit to the clinic, I had an appointment scheduled for 6 pm on 26-8-2018 and to it I received a confirmation call as well from the clinic, at 5:15 pm to make sure if I will be visiting the clinic or not. If we go by normal human logic, you call for an appointment and then the doctor would see you at the decided time if not, within ten-fifteen minutes because you asked for an appointment earlier, that does not happen here. If this will be your first visit here, god help you with that, let alone your derma problems. I would say you can try and be optimistic that if the receptionist deems you fit to go and see the doctor, by her grace you can go for the counsel. I waited for an hour at the clinic for a 6pm SCHEDULED appointment.(I have also attached the confirmation message of my appointment time and date.) What I received was disappointment and regret my decision to ever waste my time here. I think the rest of the reviews which you can see on google are probably fake because the doctor being professional and polite can only be known when you get to see one. I would recommend you to spend your time and hard earned money wisely(because consultation charges are not cheap, and you probably will be asked to wait for an hour for your appointment), if you are so adamant to going to this clinic then god help you. P.S. I could not see the doctor even after an hour and the receptionist asked me to wait for another ten minutes. :-| Visit this clinic at your own will, if you have money to burn and time to waste.

My sister visiting us from U.K had to get her ears pierced.She did not want to go to a tattoo shop or jeweller. Searched on google and decided to go to this clinic . Highly disappointed for a small procedure , they totally messed it up. The doctor did the main work and left her untrained assistant to plug the hole, whole thing misfired , the stud fell and all. Highly disappointed. Though no doubt the Doctors handled the situation but in totality a Bad experience. Be sure before going in for any procedure here. Pls do not visit this he is there to Rob all of us and his attended is not receiving the call and if you call he will not give the phone to doctor, even if you want to discuss after first consultation you have to pay the money ( As informed by his attendant) what does it means his attendant is saying Isi to Padhai ki hai k Har bar paise le sake

Don't go for hair transplant with this clinic only sweets batte krte ha results zero hai inka.. specially for dr parteek Zero result after 1 year

They play with your insecurities and try to sell you as much products and services as possible and after paying so much, the results are quite disappointing. Save your hard earned money!

If you call them up to ask about the procedures and prices they will refuse to tell you the cost and insists on you coming there. That is the most bizarre marketing strategy I have ever encountered. Trying to lure people in and then making you pay whatever they will ask on the spot....
