I came for consultation of my skin. Dr batul dignosed and suggested me for her acne freedom program. I took the first session and it really feels amazing. The skin feels much cleaner. She also recommended products for my skin. It was a great experience overall. I have another session and would really like to know what results it is going to show.

Just completed 4 sessions of the Rapunzel hair treatment here at the Bombay Skin Clinic and can safely say it was a great experience. The staff is very warm and helpful. Special mention to Mrs. Rekha who was very kind and patient. Waiting to visit again.

Today I visited Bombay skin clinic for Pumpkin facial. It was done by Mary..she is very cool n calm.I enjoyed the service done by her.

The treatments are given based of analysis suggestion of medicines to cure are good but not complete information about the treatment is shared. For example i did dermapen i was not told in advance there would be peeling and downtime of 4 days. Overall felt the treatments were expensive.

Worst doctor ever, Rude behaviour, don't have manners to talk, she doesn't even feel responsible to any treatment which she is giving to others, even ask you to visit other doctors in such a way that shows she is not brothered by what you are going through. Only support her business and she will recommend unnecessary products which are only available to her clinic, which are too pricy as well, she just make money out of your pockets. This doctor charges heavily by showing her name as best dermatologist but never do any procedure by herself instead ask their assistants to do all processes even for processes which are supposed to be done by doctor only. I won't recommend anyone going to this place. She will charge whole fee even for 1 min consultation even she hasn't provided any valueable answer to your questions, instead they will just babble about how professionally they work. Even after reading this, someone from batul patel' team or herself try to justify the things, then team it could be true that you don't know how to take feedback or you guys are not ready for improving your services or your behaviour or it could also be true that you guys are enjoying this loot process.

Very unprofessional attitude. After paying in advance for treatments no response from the clinic. Have been following up since last week. They just pass the buck. The dermapen treatment was a disaster. It just worsen my skin. The Dr will only keep on recommending expensive treatment and creams. A money making racket I would say. Have wasted thousands here plus my time and most importantly ruining my skin. If there was an option would give them negative ratings. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Avoid at all costs. It may be located at a uptown area but it stands for nothing...nada. The pursuit of hair and youthful appearance is such that men and women may go to any extent...and fall victim to anyone who gives hope. I went there for hair fall and baldness. The clinic looks great and they use or have great equipment. Thats is where it all ends. Having the tools is one thing but knowing when to use what altruistically & capabillly is another. I met the doctor and she did my assessment. Told me I need a hair transplant. Im like wow plus no other doctor suggested this as a first measure. I have a receding hairline and low density in the crown area. Since I didn't fall for it then she suggested to take Regenera Activa and prp. This was anyways my motto to get these treatments she had good equipment but her I doubted her tool expertise. Before going to clinic was told Prp is 4000rs approx per session and Regenera Activa is 40-50k. After seeing me I was told it would be 65K-80k plus taxes I forgot exact amount for regenera Activa and chalo forget activa could be se criteria for rates but prp from 4000 to 9000 for one prp session was a big red flag. Im sort of thinking these old price tactics still work today. If I took the activa treatment there was some offer for prp but quiet frankly by this time I had decided to not have them do anything thereby didn't care for their quotes. I was asked to take some oils and nutrition but I denied. Paid the consultation and left the clinic. Save yourself avoid at all costs. Manipulating reviews on Google reviews isnt tough. Judge the book by its cover.

I had been to Bombay skin clinic not sure about the skin treatments not recommended for hairs at all, doctor after prescribing prp treatment was least bothered didn’t even have courtesy to attend at least of the 8 prp sessions and if you want to talk to her after taking the treatment package you have to pay for that again after paying 46 k not at all satisfied feeling looted 😒

Don’t waste your money. She’s not a doctor but greedy business women. I visited her for Activa regenra treatment after referral by her friend. She charged me 1500 consultation fees even though I didn’t go for consultation but only treatment. She left me waiting many times during treatment to serve other customers. Does any doctor leaves a patient in middle of operation? She charged rs300-400 more over Mrp of medicine prescribed by her. Later I found those medicines are not available at any pharmacies in moved. Since I moved to USA, I asked my brother to buy from her & send me to complete the course. But she refused & offered to courier herself at 3 times price. Is it a doctor’s action or a businessman cunningness? And height of hypocrisy, she writes “less is more” in her office😂 Treatment & medicine worth Rs 85000 did not help me in any way, so it was absolute waste of money and time.

Dr. Batul she dont have time for the patient . Only for 3 minutes she charge me 6000 thousand ruppes which is not fare for middle class .... Shi is loving only money ... She need to understand we are just getting up from covid 19 ... I would like to suggest you don't go any more in THE BOMBAY SKIN CLINICin girgav ......

Visited her clinic a month ago for my acne problems and ended up paying 23000 ru for medicine plus consultation which are of no use and didn’t cured my problem . all they do is forced you to go for there expensive laser treatment which are of no use as I went for the second opinion and got my self cured by small amount of medication ,,, my suggestion is go there by your own risk and please take second opinion.

I hv acne scar so she guaranteed me tht I gt results bt thr is no difference in my scar I hd done frm her mnrf 6 session ,prp 3 session bt no result only money waste plz don't go to her clinic only money waste

Staff is not aware of anything and always makes you wait sometimes more than hour

I visited this clinic for acne scars .so she suggested Mnrf Prp and hydration facial that costed me around in lakhs.But i would say there is no significant reduction in the scars.so i would only recommend the clinic for facials or so .So when you spend too much you expect a good treatment.But very disappointed with the service.
