One of the best place for skin treatments, the doctor and staff are very supportive during procedures, they explain each and every detail and also call and consult after the services, i would like to suggest one of the Staff NEHA there if someone is going to visit, because she is very friendly and supportive.

Shivani Rana at Kaya Clinic is amazing! She’s super skilled and made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. I saw great results in just a few sessions. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for expert skincare!

Very rude staff specially KIRAN who doesn't know how to treat their clients, i am the one who never put negative google reviews but KIRAN is the person who make me do that. Kaya clinic pusa road- Staff is always less aware what and how many sessions left and in the end they treat their clients so badly that you have to drop your sessions because staff is not ready to listen- Warning- plz keep track and cross check your sessions simultaneously and the staff also lie about sessions that these many left

worst experience,..... doctor should examine the patient alone but she examines the patient with a security guard, patient may not feel at that time. There is something called privacy of the patient and the doctor should maintain the privacy of the patient

Not satisfied with there service at all. No results.The only objective of kaya is to earn money offering you different products rather than providing you results on service that you already availing. Unprofessional staff, lack of knowledge, just trying to convince you to buy new products. I will not recommend it at all. Girls your body is important don't take chance to put it on wrong hands like Kaya.

Very poor customer service. There’s no way to resolve an issue if in disagreement after money is in their hands. I’ve taken full body hair removal and paid all money at once as some scheme was going on. But I regret it every time I go there. Pusa road’s clinic manager, Mrs. SWATI doesn’t let me complete my sentences when I’m talking to her. She literally interrupts in between every sentence. Being a manager one at least expects that they’ll at least listen and resolve your issue. At least will let you me complete your sentences and not cut everything you say before knowing what they are saying. I’m asking her something , she is assuming something and replying something. It’s all a mess! How can one talk to people like this who don’t listen and simultaneously talking with you ? Who do I turn to ? No one , their customer service is so poor , I’ve tried calling them but they can’t help as customer care department have to say or control over clinic. They always tell you to mail , which takes ages to reply. The session date is gone by that moment the issue you complaint for is already past. People are not even properly trained and shave the unnecessary area around the patch selected , which leads to hair growth in those other areas, not covered in previous sessions. It’s like a vicious circle with more and more hair getting shaved and you wondering on what bad day I went to kaya and caught myself in such situation. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED, speaking for personal experience

I dont want to remember our experience at Kaya. It was a nightmare for my daughter who suffered a laser burn on her face because of their negligence 10 years ago. Their attitude was not good at that time and even now. They made a settlement with us and offered certain laser packages . But whenever we go there for a session , they make us feel so embarassed as if the fault was ours. Recently when my daughter visited their clinic for a session, they refused to provide further services . And the manager " Lovely "who spoke to her was very rude, arrogant and insensitive. Instead of being kind and sympathetic towards your client who is the victim of your negligence, she was offensive and shouting . She doesnt deserve to be a manager. And if kaya is having this kind of attitude towards their clients , they should stop providing services. They only entertain customers who give them money. They are not bothered about their clients who end up in complications because of them. This is the height of unprofessionalism and selfishness. I would not recommend Kaya to anybody especially the pusa road centre.

Pathetic customer service. They cancel the appointment on their own, without any information. When you reach there and question them, they will make stupid excuses. You cannot rely on their words. They forget what they say.They only know how to make money by cheating their customers .Moreover , their laser services are also not up to the mark. So many customers have suffered laser burns because of their negligence. Go to their facebook page , you will realise how they are fooling people. They are deaf ear to customer complaints . Will not recommend Kaya Pusa road to anyone.

Worst experience ever ! Totally unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Their complication rate is very high. My daughter suffered a laser burn on two body parts including face. Very casual and insensitive approach towards their clients. They do not even take care of their complications and treat them badly. Moreover , the response of laser is also not satisfactory. No response after so many sittings. They lack experience in laser.. If anybody is undergoing laser treatment for face, this is at their own risk. I would not recommend kaya pusa road to anybody especially for laser treatment. Disappointed and disheartened !

Had a very bad experience. i am their very old customer. I took lifetime laser packages from them . And now they say, they are expired. Earlier there was no expiry date mentioned. Moreover, because of their negligence, I had a laser burn. Instead of taking care of it, they were least bothered. They offered me some complementary packages to keep my mouth shut , and now they refuse to offer the same. Everytime I visit them, they make me feel embarassed as if the fault is mine. You can never believe on their words. Very selfish and unprofessional behaviour.

Kaya services have deteriorated over the years. They are least concerned for customer satisfaction now. Only concerned how to make money. But they dont know, if clients are unhappy , they can never grow. Their facebook page tells their misconduct , ignorance and negligence towards their clients. Will not recommend Kaya Pusa Road to anybody.

Had to give one star, they do not deserve even a single. Terrible and horrendous experience. They kept me waiting to avail the session for 4 hours, however the appointment was fixed a week back. And top of it, while i was sitting and waiting, one of the attendant from Swati's team came and ask for coffee, to my surprise, that coffee was served to me after 50 minutes of being asked for it. Poor hospitality of the staff.

Its been a week after my visit to this clinic. I was attended by Dr Priyanka Singhh. She listened to all i had to say and prescribed products 70% of which were kaya products. Kaya is for skincare as a supplement when my acne problem plus others were clearly medical. In the later days the medicines prescribed by her too proved ineffective. And my skin remains the same. If you choose to go to this clinic and they prescribe you kaya products along with medicine. Just get the medicine and Buy the kaya ones after careful consideration only. And most important of all, i would say youre better off attending a genuine clinic or any doctor that atleast isnt supported by a brand.

Bad service.. Akriti Walia (Manager at pusa road)- unprofessional behaviour..Staff is unprofessional, lack of responsibility.. They will ask you to remind them rather they remind you about information that you asked for and which is delayed because of their poor network in system.. There only objective is to earn money from people rather than solution..

I wish I could give a negative star. Dr. Priyanka Singh is working more for herself than for Kaya. I went in for a session of peel at this branch. I'm a regular a phoolbagan branch of Kolkata. They could see my records, what peels I've been taking, what my skin condition is.. she suggested am out of the way TCA peel over the general salicylic. All this while she was just gonna apply the solution! While I can barely think or make a decision. She did a comedogenic extraction that was painful right brfore the TCA. It burnt! After the peel she casually mentions I can experience frosting. I was shocked. I didn't know what to do, I immediately ran this through the doctor at my clinic and she said "oh my God" Then Dr. Priyanka Singh sat down to ezplexp how I should get a PRP from her, showed my pictures of her own clinic! I just stormed out of there. I had a horrible downtime of one month. Never recommending this branch.

Pathetic service.. No executive have problem solving behaviour.. Spoke with Pusa Road manager Aakriti Walia.. She told me the company protocol and come up with no solution.. Unprofessional staff.. You need to convey your problem to each one and no one has authority to solve that.. They have 1 thing to say harmonal dis balance for every problems.. Will not recommend it at all.. Beware of unprofessional staff.. It’s simply waste of money, energy, time moreover you put your assets (body) on risk by trusting them.. 1 star is even more..

Very ignorant staff, they do not know themselves what services does Kaya provide. Also, they like to give stupid excuses for not giving services at their outlet. They give the GST excuse of not providing me service for which I paid a lifetime fee 15 years ago.
