I recently visited her clinic for my eczema inflammation that was very persistent and previous medications weren’t helping, after one visit within 2 days the inflammation got better and Dr. Pooja is very friendly and easy to have a conversation with and felt comfortable while telling her my skin problems. Before this i also went to get a very bad fungal infection treated as well and that was also cured very quickly even after the infection came back. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dermat in Mumbai.

I started my facial hair laser treatment in September. Since then I've had 4 sessions and the outcome is amazing!!!!! It's been more than an year since I'm visiting Pooja mam's clinic,and I've had massive skin transformation,may it be the facial hair reduction,open pores or acne spots/marks . I'm really happy with the results and I'm glad I chose to visit her .She is the best in town!!!

The staff is great, and Dr. Chopra very helpful. I was there for skin rash, but I also was inclined for a face treatment, and ended up happy with both the results. I’m an out of area visitor, and was treated really well. I’d go there again for future treatments.

I am not satisfied with my treatment with Dr. Pooja. She has a great skill of making patient feel overly insecure about their skin and then sell them expensive treatments like fillers which is a temporary fix which patient can benefit from other low cost efficient treatment option.

The doctor is extremely unprofessional and high ended. Absolutely not worth it. I have been going to her for a year and all my skin problems have persisted despite multiple very expensive treatments, in fact even worsened over the course of the year. I would have given lower than one star if I could but Google won't allow me. Not only this, less than a week ago I went there for laser hair removal as I do and for the third time this year, I was left with burn marks. This time all over my arms, both the arms. I repeatedly requested the doctor to refund the entire money but given how commercial she is and also how high ended she is, I received stereotypical standard responses asking me to come to the clinic which she herself has not visited since the lockdown began. Why would anyone in their sane mind want to visit a clinic again where both my arms were burnt? Giving a complete refund is the least they can do. Absolutely unprofessional. No responses on reaching out multiple times on her personal number whereas if I reach out asking for video consultation where I will be paying her; she is available. She should have done an MBA, not become a doctor. Doctors are supposed to be treating patients, not coming up with schemes on how to make more money. Makes me lose faith in doctors. I do know good one's so this one is definitely not worth it.

I have taken Exilis treatment for tummy and face.. which is useless and waste of time and money. When ever you visit the clinic they make sure to sell you something.. different types of creams and lotions and a bad way of treating the patients with unnecessary recommendations.

After the 1st consultation which she charged a bomb(probably she knew, jitna banana hai aaj hi bana lo, iske baad yeh aayegi nahi🤣)..I really wonder why she did that. I had gone for hairfall but she was sooooo damn interested in my face, she probably wanted to make me deepika padukone 🤣😆 And the 1st feeling I get after coming outta her cabin is I am the ugliest and I don't even deserve to live. 😂 I have been seeing other dermats before, but they for sure don't show this attitude bro! Dude whatever you look/desire to look with your fillers, don't impose on others. I am gorgeous the way I am. And I love my look as I am a beautiful combination of my mumma n dadda!! She was really behind things which dint matter(nasolabial angle really??🤔) and I have a beautiful pair of desirable lips anyways!! 🤣😂 I told you I am a banker not a filmy babe! Bhai mere baal dekh..let's work on that first!!

Tried thrice calling to take an appointment during the working hours . But No one answered. If clinic isn’t functioning to take appointments, why does your google page even says open . No courtesy to even return a call back.

Don't go for her treatment. That's not effective. Don't waste your money.Rather go for her medicines.
