I started my treatment for acne in Novembar 2024. I used to get acne every month and I had forgotten how my face looked without them. But I could see visible difference in one month. Ma’am was very helpful and she advised me on everything including my Tretament . I never thought that my face could look this good and I’ve not gotten a single pimple since February. I came to this clinic in around january for my hairfall problem. Spent around 30 k for 4 mesotheraphy sessions and the medication in total. Literally everything went down the drain. My last session was in april and even after all this, my hair has become thinner than ever, with 300-400 strands falling everyday. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALLL . Just save your money and put it to good use by not promoting the scam that these guys have put up. Just a money making mechanism for them and utter useless work leading to the worst results.(There was not a single day when i did not follow all the medication and the prescriptions, did everything as they said ).While consultation, they literally spend a minute or two with us without even paying proper attention to the cause and just get away . Just a request to all of you to not visit them for such concerns as It would lead to a huge loss.

Pune doesn't have a single dermatologist, which might seem beneficial. However, after visiting this clinic, my condition worsened. The doctors there aren't well-trained, and their only treatment approach seems to be antibiotics, which only made my skin condition worse..not at all recommended…

Worst experience. As soon as you enter receptionist will ask you money then only you can see the doctor which is kind of ok but the worst part comes once you get the prescription then only you will come to know that the doctor you visited might be possibility that he/she is not even a doctor as prescription will say on top all top qualified doctor name but there will be small seal on bottom left with the doctor name you visited and you won't even know what are his/her qualification leave qualification you won't even know there last name also.

Doctors are good but the service is deteriorating day by day. They would confirm the appointment on call but when we go there at the reception they deny booking. Even if doctors are free but they will make the patients wait for 15-20 mins minimum to create the false business buzz. But I don’t understand why are they so pretentious if the clinic itself is so small and everything is visible to patients. The receptionists have to improve their management, behaviour and stop creating superficial business.

Worst experience with the medical counter at Kharadi branch ever. I visited at branch for my wife's hair treatment, after that I purchased the medicines prescribed by doctor and paid the bill. But the medical person not explained the prescription how to take/apply these products. So formally I asked him to explain the prescription but he denied rudely by saying "Read it by your own on the prescription and take it". We are not expert or we are not applying/using the products on daily basis. It's totally disappointed for me. I hope doctors and the management will definitely think on this point. Except medical store experience other staff are polite.

After 12 months sessions, I spend more than 1 Lakh . When how long PRP is continue at that time hair growth good but when you leave doing this again hair fall happens.

I invested more than 90k and can't see significant results. They mostly concentrate on how to make money as much as possible as soon as you enter the clinic(shop). Receptionists are not at all good, they don't know a thing about their job. Doctors are very normal, I guess no one is senior there everyone is junior. Every time they call some other doctor in the cabin, they again speak in the local language and give the same medicines irrespective of the issue, I don't know whether they lie or hair fall is not curable but honestly treatment was not helpful at least for me. Now the worst part is the medicine shop everything on the MRP, experience is not good. Please refrain to buy anything from there.

Decided to visit clinic after seeing all positive reviews and reputation and multiple clinics they have in Pune city but I am really disappointed with my decision. I had to wait for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes even though 1 or 2 patients were there so if you are visiting please expect long waiting period and have patience. They will click some photos of you to see before and after results of every patient and waste time. Talking about my treatment, I had only 3-4 pimples on my face and doctor suggested me to take treatment of 7-8 session which will cost more than 50k which is very costly even though I denied multiple times doctor was trying to convince me so they just want money and with every session you need to pay consultation charges which is 1000rs which is I think not correct. Then Doctor will open one ppt presentation and give demo of all their treatments instead of checking problem throughly. Doctor suggested me to take peeling treatment for pimples and I was bit hesitant to do this as I know it's gonna break my acne and create scars and holes on my face but still doctor convinced me and went for treatment and my fear got true. I had scars on my face and if I go for treatment for this it's gonna take 5-6 sessions and will have to pay unnecessary money. All these procedures will be done by some staff and don't know about their level of knowledge and doctor won't even bother to come from cabin and have a look on treatment you are getting. Never gonna recommend this clinic to any of my friends and relatives.

Was given a quote of 63000 for treating my acne. Visited there for my acne treatment. Place is neat and clean and the staff is also very supportive. The doctor was very precise when explaining about the problems and how it is caused and what needs to be done. But the only reason i gave them one star are for the things i mentioned above. Because they gave me a quote of 63000 yes thats right sixty three thousand. And to be really honest my acne is not even that critical or severe just a couple of acnes on my chin and some scars. I don’t mean any disrespect to the clinic i am sure they have their reasons for charging such a huge amount but in my perspective it is not at all justified and is extremely exorbitant. Again its a personal choice it might be worth it for someone. Maybe their target is super rich people i don’t know but was very disappointed.

No use of taking treatment I paid 1.2 lakh and I suggested my friend for the hair loss they just say prp it will be okay but it's not after the treatment the hairfall is too much even after 1 year it didn't grow little and hair is double. Along with prp I had a treatment for the face for pigmentation and meliya nothing has reduced total waste of 1.5 lakhs plus tablets is 30k for both total waste no use of anything even after 1 year I can share the pics of before and now for the proof I siad this in every session that there's no results and they changed the plan by doing same treatment till last even though no results for anything trusting is my biggest mistake wasting almost 2 lakhs

I have been associated with this clinic for the past year and a half, and hands down, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Initially, I was consulting for acne and acne scars, and later I also underwent laser hair removal. The doctor I was seeing at the Kharadi branch shifted to the Pune Station branch, so I followed my treatment there. However, the senior doctor at the Pune Station branch, Dr. Sumit, had a completely neglectful approach. He dismissed all of my concerns, making the entire treatment uncomfortable, which led me to move my treatment back to the Kharadi branch. At this point, I still had faith in Clear Skin's treatment system, but it didn’t take long for them to prove me wrong. What I found most troubling about Clear Skin is that the doctor is never present for any treatment. The technicians, who seem more interested in office politics and gossiping than in providing quality care, are the ones actually performing the procedures. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The technicians are so undertrained that after every treatment, I seemed to have developed a new issue. For example, after a laser hair removal session, I left with burn marks. When I consulted the dermatologist, she explained that the laser parameters had to be increased to reduce hair growth, but no consideration was given to how my skin was handling the treatment. I was prescribed a steroid cream and oral steroids to heal the burns. I had specifically asked the doctor whether cooling before each laser shot could help prevent burns (as many dermatologists do), but she assured me it wasn’t necessary. Now, I’m dealing with the consequences. Another troubling experience was during a comedone extraction, when the tool slipped and caused a wound on my chin. The doctor dismissed it, saying it would heal on its own, but why should this be acceptable? Such incidents are inexcusable. Despite informing the doctors multiple times that I have extremely sensitive skin, they continued recommending aggressive treatments. When my skin reacted poorly, they simply prescribed steroids to counter the damage. Clear Skin does not provide a holistic treatment approach. Instead, it feels like a waste of time, energy, and money. I’ve spent over 60k here, and the quality of care has been awful . Dr Muzzafar is nicer compared to the rest, but Dr Sujata, Dr Rama and Dr Sumit are probably the most arrogant doctors i have ever met. Here, at clear skin The doctors are dismissive and the technicians are completely clueless. This combination is a recipe for disaster.

Based on the reviews, i went to take their consultation. Some doctor named sujata took the consultation, before even trying to suggest something (medicines/creams) she started telling me to take Laser treatment for my acne. My acne was not even that severe to have such major treatments. One sitting is for 3k and she said to take 2 sitting every month which is 6k. I consulted another dermatologist from somewhere else and got my acne treated. Don’t fall for such traps. These guys just want preys. She wrote me a multivitamin to take & nothing related to acne treatment. Sitting and making fool out of people by running these businesses.

I trusted Google reviews and started traveling 700 km every week from Indore to Pune for therapy at clear skin kharadi. After months of treatment and spending over ₹50,000, I saw zero improvement—not even 1%! When I asked what to do next, I was told the doctor, Dr. Manali, had shifted to another hospital and was advised to go there. No proper handover, no accountability—just a money-making scam. Here’s what I learned: 1️⃣ Their only focus is draining your wallet, not curing your condition. 2️⃣ The so-called “fancy” setup with nurses is just a façade—they are not actual doctors! 3️⃣ Even the remaining balance I had with them was denied for refund. Imagine traveling such a long distance every week, trusting fake reviews, and being left with nothing but trauma and wasted money. 👉 My advice: Don’t fall for the trap of hi-fi hospitals with glowing reviews. The only review you'll need The establishment boils down to two words: PATHETIC MANAGEMENT The gist of this review is 'There are other options available'. If these guys do PRP for 8000, there are doctors (actual MDs) who do it for 4000, all you have to do is search for them in the city. Now I'm fine with their branding. I'm fine with them charging 100% above market rate. What I'm not fine with is substandard service for the price I pay. Let me go in depth with the issues: 1. The reception guys / girls are seriously underqualified when it comes to scheduling appointments. They've got nothing better to do than pester clients with their calls and ask when would you be coming. "Did I ask you though?" - my thoughts. And this spam doesn't stop, they'll call you with 3 different numbers. 2. They have zero regard for your time. Made me wait as long as 1 hour for a 2 min consultation charging 700 or 800, despite the clinic being deserted. Let me tell you, if you're in a clinic for a procedure in some other establishments, THEY DON'T CHARGE YOU A CONSULTATION FEE, AND THEY DO GIVE AN UPDATED PRESCRIPTION. 3. The doctors are not MBBS MDs, the senior doctors seldom check the daily traffic. 4. The medical sells some of the stuff at a margin which would make coca cola management blush. They sold me a derma roller costing 400 Rs. for 1800 Rs. They did not make the derma roller nor did they package it. Simply retailing, no value addition and they pocket 350% profit 5. The people doing the procedures are not skilled. One girl was not able to draw blood for PRP even after 2 tries. Another woman gave me anesthesia so horribly, it ached for 2 days after the PRP procedure. I've done around 6 PRPs there out of which I only had 1 decent PRP where I didn't feel any pain. I'd have still given this 3 stars if the management were good. One Incident - The guy on reception called me 4 times when I went out of the clinic to attend a call. 4 TIMES IN A ROW. WHAT LEVEL OF BREACH OF PRIVACY IS THIS??? Yes they show you results, yes they give you tea and biscuits, but sir / mam, they are by far not the best value for money establishment. Please look out for clinics in Viman Nagar, I myself have been to them and they are much, much better

I asked them I am going to be pregnant are these tablets safe then one dr said yes. Afterwards they tried to sign form from Me which highlighted that these treatments are not pregnancy safe. Are we dumb ? I would suggest dr first read your own signing clause ?

I recently completed a 4 months treatment for clear skin under Dr. Ram Gauri Pawar and Dr. Kishori Patil, which cost me a whopping 28,000 INR. Unfortunately, the treatment was not at all effective and got even worse and my acne persists. What's even more disappointing is that the doctors didn't provide clear guidance on medication usage, which led to unexpected side effects like food pipe ulcers due to Doxybond Lb. Despite my concerns and the treatment's limited success, they asked me to continue and wait for a few more months. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency, inadequate guidance, and the hefty cost without desired results.

I visited their clinic and paid the consultation fees. I was seen by a junior doctor who understood my concerns and recommended a treatment and told that we will discuss the same with senior doctor. Despite my suggestion to consult with a senior doctor first, she insisted to proceed with the treatment. I paid for the first session of treatment but couldn't make it to the clinic the following week due to illness. When I returned the next week, I was asked to pay consultation fees again, and the same junior doctor was consulting me. I asked her to reschedule my appointment with senior doctor and my appointment was rescheduled. Mr. Dhruv, the senior doctor, provided excellent explanations and suggested a different treatment plan. Unfortunately, I ended up paying double consultation fees consultation, and the initial treatment and medication were not helpful. It would have been preferable to have prior consultation with the senior doctor from the outset. I would rather be happy to pay for a consultation fee once and get the same advice prior. Reply:- I don't think it's a two tier consultation but it's a two tier charge.

Updated There is absolute negligence when taking care of a patient here. The staff or doctors do not not educate the patient of the the treatment that has been applied and when a problem arises, then they get all defensive with the answers being “it is all normal nothing to worry” and when countered that where were the doctors during emergency, they very audaciously say that “we were attending patients”. I have seen these nurses gigling around and shutting their office doors if they see a patient. I have not even seen any kind of improvements in time optimisation from the time patient arrives till the patient is treated as mentioned in my previous review. So a pretty sad state of affairs here. ————————————————————————— Generally the experience has been very good but recently they have adapted ways which are affecting the customer experience in a negative way: 1. The reception desk will make you wait even if the doctor is available. I know it is a marketing gimmick but they should realise that some customers are loyal and have been coming for a very long time 2. The doctor you want to meet is changed at the very last moment and a junior doctor is replaced for the appointment. Again this is a pretty bad way of treating customers as you are made to feel like a fool, given what you agreed on the phone is different on what happens on the ground

I had 2 sessions of laser hair reduction on eyebrows.. In first session they properly shaved area surrounding my eyebrows by marking and while giving lasers goggle was also given.. But in 2nd session they randomly shaved my eyebrows which caused my eyebrows to look weird and uneven.. also goggles were not provided which caused eye sensation and my eyes full of tears.. When confronted doctor, they said laser session near eye area with goggles on cannot be done..How come 1 session can be done with goggles on and not other one..also while giving treatment expertise doctor is not available during treatment nor they bother to visit between the session.. Only other staffs will give you treatment.. How much they are experienced or have knowledge God only knows..They take sign before treatment that responsibility will be of patient..they take hefty amount for treatment but service is not what it should be.. PS: After taking so much money, i expected to do first eyebrow mapping and then do lhr.. Randomly shaving should not be the procedure.. Since you are reshaping the eyebrows, i can atleast expect the shape to be perfect.. Whats the use of eyebrow shaping if at the end your eyebrows looks uneven and wierd. Update: since after lhr growth of hairs becomes slow.. So even after almost a one month i haven't got my brows back into shape.. And still looking one eyebrow shape uneven with the other and weird. Eyebrow mapping is must if you are shaping the eyebrows.. Not just random shaving. Also, even in first session also eyebrows were shapped with random mapping not with proper mapping technique, but may be she was experienced, shape was still intact. I am ready to pay for your expensive treatments but not if i am getting such random treatment without techniques and precautions.

I will not recommend this as I feel it is way toooo costly. I did my bridal facials and all it was ok I found it to be very expensive but I don’t deny that it did not give any side effects on my skin. Next time when I had super dry and itchy cheeks I went to them. They gave me a list of medication and lotions to apply. It costed me bomb. Where as I took a second opinion that doctor just asked me to apply Lacto Calamine and my skin felt better immediately. They also suggested me to keep changing my sunscreen lotion and other cremes at each visit which I had to buy from their medical due to unavailability of lotion in the outside medical. Please stay away unless you wish to WASTE ALOT OF MONEY!!!
