Woman with piles problem difficult to consult male doctor and hence was advised appointment with hospital lady gynaec doctor. After waiting long hours, lady doctor checked to just say you got piles n fistula and prescribed a syrup and ointment. May take laser surgery. Was very disappointed. No time spent on cause and ways of recovery.

Happy evening doctor, thankyou so much for your consultation. I writing this review to share my experience with you and your hospital. First thing what I felt after coming out was there was no empathy or human touch in the entire hospital starting from reception to doctor. It was a like a factory visit. You didn’t listen to me completely or gave chance to explain how I suffer or feel. You sounded like an automatic teller machine. Finally after using so much medicine, my challenge wasn’t resolved. I was wondering how come nearly 20 patients can been advised in a very short time as 25 minutes. It would be great if you could spend some quality time with the patients and have some patience. Also please educate your reception team to collect personal information of the patients in such a way that’s not misused. Their voice very loud asking for contact details and personal info. Finally a dissatisfied patient of your hospital. Thank you once again and wish you all the best.

Whoever reading this review please don't go to this so called good hospital. They only want your money and will give you more complications than cure. I had my laser surgery in last September here. I was suffering from pilonidal sinus and fistula. The so called good doctor Karthik didn't even examine me properly and concluded that I have pilonidal sinus and it's better do the surgery soon. I was unsure about his examination so I consulted another doctor and he suggested me take lab report, Through that report only I came to know that I have fistula as well. I went to see Karthik again and told him about the report. He got very angry and behaved like he knows everything. Seriously he didn't even take a look at the lab report and said he'll figure out the problem only during the operation. I trusted his words and had surgery with him and paid 85k. It's the worst decision I have ever made in life.The recovery was very painful unlike the promises given by these fraud people. The follow ups​ are just for show. Karthik won't even examine the surgical area and will make stupid excuse 'I know how it will look'. Even if you had done many surgeries how can you say everything is fine without examine your patient?. It's been more than 8 months and I'm still having pain in the treated area. I went to see him again last month and explained my situation. He was very rude and didn't even answer any of my questions. I even paid 500 rs consultation fees yet he treated me like free loader. Very unprofessional doctor he's. I wish I never had surgery in this stupid hospital. Please people stay away from this place.

Not sure how this hospital got high rating. They only focus on money the moment you enter the hospital. Met Dr.Vetri he checked my reports and examined my condition and suggested immediately I need to under go surgery or else it will get worse. I have consulted 2 doctors before visiting this clinic none of them panicked me like this. Even he said surgery will cost 1.8L and insurance won't provide that much for this issue alone, so we add up some other issues to your report and claim money from insurance!! Do they have any moral? How can a Dr say like that! Google is not allowing 0 rating. They don't deserve not even 1. Update: Dr.Karthik gunasekaran called me and explained the things clearly. He said he will check on the issues mentioned. Am happy with the response provided by the Dr.

I don't know how people are given 4 or 5 ratings and Good..Excellent...After surgery, the same problem will start again within 2 months. if we ask anything, they said, it will take some time to settle. i did surgery very long back. But, the thing is they created one more problem in the surgery..This hospital is very bad experience in my life...Before consulting this hospital, pls, think twice and thrice for the surgery..I can't give not even one star also...before and after surgery they will check only one time.. they need more money to open more branches.. they won't care your health....pls. always don't prefer this kind of hospital's...

Am not sure about the reviews by others. Am sharing my own experience. They will sacred you and convince you for operation. They did twice for me. But still am facing heavy pain after 2 months. Am taking the treatment again. There is no diagnosis they will directly force you for operation. Worst hospital.

The word "Laser" and "will cure within a day" made me to visit this hospital. Experience with Dr. Karthick was not upto the mark. He speaks very less and will only say u to do Laser. Nothing more nothing less. If you ask any doubt he will direct you to his assistant. Thats it. I m not sure if the LASER treatment will have these complication or they did something wrong with me. But i am experiencing heavy to very heavy pain despite the fact that its already been 2 weeks after surgery. All my normal activities are affected since then. I am not able to walk properly or sit properly. The charge for the operation would be around 62K (which they say as a package) + 5K LASER + Additional blood test and medicines. You will be discharged on the very next day irrespective of you feel normal or not. And they don't care. Please note that most of the 5 star reviews are i think either posted by the receptionist asking patient's mobile during the day of discharge or by the patient on the day of discharge without knowing the future complications. If they were all true reviews then the surgery was not performed properly for me. So they have the failure rate too.

The doctor (Mr. Gunasekaran ) shows alot of attitude. It's a doctors responsibility to spend time with a patient and then diagnose it accordingly. Instead this hospital will recommend a bunch of test just to squeeze your money. Also, they won't give you a proper treatment, its obvious that they are expecting you to walk in the hospital often so that they can earn more profit. The hospital, rooms might look clean and hygienic meeting international standards but the lab, procedures, are all substandard. All the procedures (manometry, ph test) are done by novice, not experienced hence the end result is pathetic. The doctor won't discuss anything to you he won't even write a prescription. He will redirect everything to Mr. Vetri. Mr. Vetri will scare you more and do his part favouring the doctor. It's better to consult a doctor who spends time and value their profession. Not to fall prey to money minded.

Not a good experience at all. I think the reviews here are fake. Money minded hospital. 600₹ for consultation was too high. I didn't find an answer for my problem! If you are considering google reviews and going to this hospital then i would ask you to think twice.

If you step in to the hospital by mistake, still they suggest you to undergo a quick laser surgery. Even if you say you come here by mistake, they will not allow you to go! Funny guys :D (They are like the attached image scene from A1 movie)

So bad 👎, only need money from us, they force to get surgery and explain (surgery is pain less and two days bed rest that's it) very very bad

Worst doctor.. did not even examine properly and just asked to do an operation.. and the medicines given made the problem worst.. will never suggest anyone

The treatment for fistula was performed by laser process by Dr. Karthik. The cost was reasonable and the overall quality was very good. The nurse and staff were friendly and caring. However again the problem came after 1.5 years and we went to other clinic.... So pls take your decision accordingly....
