I have been getting Acne scar removal treatment for over a year now and I thoroughly recommend it. Has significant results half way through the course and the staff and doctors are very professional and helpful throughout the course. Dr. Meenakshi & Dr. Meghana and therapists Miss Shravya & Miss Shravanthi were extremely helpful throughout the course and I highly recommend undergoing treatments here.

I’ve undergone 4 PRP sessions in the span of 5 months which I feel is helpful with slight improvement in the hair density, I can see a slight response from the hair follicles. Dr. Meenakshi is so professional & very knowledgeable, feedback she provides after each session, the way she treats & conducts the sessions is commendable I should say. I’ve been going to Oliva Clinic for PRP hair treatment for the past 5 months, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far. My hair is looking healthier, and the progress has been amazing! Dr. Meenakshi and the entire team are highly professional, friendly, and make every session comfortable and effective. The clinic has such a great atmosphere that I recently brought my mother for her skin pigmentation treatment, and I’m already seeing improvements in her skin. I’ve also recommended Oliva to a couple of friends who were looking for reliable skin and hair treatments, and I plan to bring my father for his treatment soon.

My sister was having an acne problem for 1 year, she was on medication but no results. Upon suggestion from one of my relatives, we have consulted Dr Soumya at oliva 4 months back. She has diagnosed it as hormonal acne and suggested to go for a customised acne treatment (6 sessions) which includes chemical peels and few products. we have proceeded and started the treatment. I can see her acne subsiding and her skin condition improving. I believe her acne will be completely gone within the specified duration (6 months) of course. My family members are very much satisfied with the treatment and the service given by Oliva. I will strongly recommend them for any skin related issues.Thank you Doctor.

Good experience as a whole Dr Suma Divya was the doctor who treated my concern. The whole experience right from the consultation to the post sessions was seamless for my chickenpox scars treatment which I finished a month back. Initially, I was apprehensive of taking the laser treatment but after I spoke to the Suma Divya mam, she walked me through the step-by-step process, including post-treatment support which gave me the confidence and support needed to undergo the treatment. And, a result, it was perfect the way I wanted it to be. Highly professional and knowledgeable. Loved the service provided by oliva clinic 👏👏👏.

Good service provided by Oliva team secunderabad, the Dr.Meghana and therapist treated well and I felt more comfortable throughout my session.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this clinic. The wait time was unacceptable - 20 minutes just to have my weight taken, followed by another 30 minutes of waiting without any update on what was next. The lack of communication and basic courtesy was shocking. A simple apology or explanation for the delay would have gone a long way. I ended up leaving due to the poor service, and to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to call me after I walked out. Needless to say, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

One of the worest center in Hyderabad. Poor customer service!! No proper response! When we call for appointment no one answer and no reply on whatspp. If dnt want to provide the service then close the unit. First change the entire customer service and desk service

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Oliva clinic , secundrabad. The staff sold me almost expired product and now they are not refunding the money back. Asked me to use it as it will not give any reaction they said rudely. Despite multiple follow ups over 20 days, I have not received the refund I am entitled to. The staff lack of responsiveness and responsibility is truly frustrating and unacceptable. I am client of olive since three yrs and spent lacs of rupees till date. But they are not able to refund only 700 bucks for the expired product they sold to me. I expected much better service and accountability.

Doctors dont even know how to talk to a patient, The interaction was rude , unexpectioanlly bad. People go with so much of hope seeing the brand names, at the end its just disappointment. It would have better to consult a normal dermatologist rather than going here. The staff was good and the wait time was not too much ,that's why giving one star. Just labeled their brand name to the normal products like benzoyl peroxide gel making products super expensive .

Hii! Better to avoid this place. I went for acne problem but nothing happened. please dont visit Oliva clinic( Sec bad). I have visited from last 3 years ago still now i didnt clear my acne treatment. No proper response from staff. The staff is very rudely with the clients.One of the worst clinic i have visited. please dont go ahead. Dr Megana, varsha , meenakashi were good doctors.

Even one star isn’t needed for this as I had a terrible experience with this clinic. Firstly, Sowmya was rude and not friendly at all. She definitely needs to be polite with her clients. And, then she was persuading me to get the treatment although I got to know from the other clinic it wasn’t necessary given my situation. I would never visit this clinic for these two reasons. Also, the customer service was even terrible and I had to call multiple times for their response.

I went for acne problems but nothing happened. It’s still the same after 1 and half month. And this goes more worse. You people know how to charge money and more and more money. That’s it. You guys play with people trust. Worsted brand chiiiii.

Better to avoid this place. They are least bothered about appointments and no intimation to the patients for delay in advance. Front desk is horrible and most irresponsible. Look for alternative options are most advisable.

I wish an option to give 0 star was available as it is equalent to the results I got after taking the skin treatment from them. Instead of experienceing the better skin, experienced a lot of skin allergies. Even if you find good results during the medication remember that it is going to last only until your last tablet.

I really wasted nearly one lakh rupees, by taking treatment for my scars called secret at oliva. Iam very disappointed with the services, the doctors keep changes all the time. I would not suggest oliva to any one. All the treatment which ever you take is all just Temporary. They are just looting people by giving false adds

Worst experience, worst attitude of the receptionist at secunderabad branch, because I was late by 25 mins due to traffic congestion, did not even allow to meet the doctor as it was closing time... If Mr.Vijay from customer care executive had guided correctly things would have been different. Lack of proper communication. There should be some empathy and kindness with the executive handling front desk. Oliva is not only the skin care clinic in hyderabad.

Don't just blindly pay for the treatment first they say you require just 6 to 8 sessions for hair removal after completion of 8 sessions they say that it's growing stage so you require more 4 sessions so that you even can't find mini small hair also after completion of session they say you require life long sessions in the meantime they want give proper treatment for example for the session they just give only shots of 4 to 5 by saying you have little hair it's enough they will waste our sessions by giving not appropriate treatment and say you require more sessions because you have more hair single doctor will not see us many doctors see and tell finally I'm not your original doctor so we don't know infront of us they call to someone and ask treatment and tell us but we think we met the doctor this Oliva clinic is scam they are making us lifelong customers we can't escape in middle becz already we have invested much even though they are not satisfied witfinally worsth our money they want all our assets

I went here for a facial skin treatment few years back and on the first consultation day, I found that a manager(Sandhya Inala) in the skin clinic was more focused on making me book a big skin care package than what i really needed. I felt that instead of focusing on/understanding what I needed, they were focused more on making me take a bigger skin care package. I felt that was very commercial and impersonal, and all they care about is money and not about the customer. Finally, on the treatment day, the one sitting treatment that I needed was not completely done. It was partially done by the skin specialist, immediately after which my India trip was over, I left with a partially done skin treatment. Now I know the owner will respond by saying we dint find your name in our records blah blah blah. I have better things to do in life than trying to post a fake review.

Worst experience. They will ask to pay for 10 to 12 session initially by convincing offers available. But no improvement in treatment on depigmentation and couldnt able to discontinue the treatment in between as they don't refund the money

Such a bad response from Oliva staff. Just purely money minded. Was of no help for the skin treatment I had. Had an Emergence of a skin reaction after treatment from Oliva and there was poor response from Oliva. If you want to spend money with no treatment just go to Oliva!!

I have visited Oliva for hair fall control and regrowth they has suggested me finax tab and minoxidil drug which are very harmful to health i didnt realise at that time and used them for 6months now my health got damaged some issues i cant tell. I am writing this to save at-least few people who can read and aware of this please be careful they don't care about patients life they just need money. the above products will give temporary results and permanent health issue which you cant fix and you need to regret for life time. They need to feel same on them selffess for knowingly giving such drugs and giving lifelong regret fr paients.

If I had an option to rate it 0, would give it so. The doctor has different level of fetish for fair skin rather than treating the problem. Doctor doesn't even ask what is the concern, just prescribes treatments and skin brightening treatment. This wasn't the first time it happened.

I had taken an appointment at 4:30 and the managerial staff had asked me to wait here for over two and a half hour for a simple procedure. The whole point of me taking an appointment early was in order to save time. But inspite of taking an appointment and having a call with the Oliva representative while booking, they didn't give us the 50% off on all services as was mentioned on since call apparently that only applies on package deals but were delaying the whole process(classic). People came and people left, people who came after us have been given priority, and after having constant conversation with the manager she took it like it was a joke. I would like to point out that she was arrogant and she didn't seem helpful at the very least. People who came an hour after us were going in the procedure room before us and even after us asking the manager numerous times, the manager shrugged it off.I had requested her if she could make the process a bit faster since I had taken an appointment before hand for a reason, she just laughed in my face as if I asked for her kidney. After getting to the doctor, who was absolutely good and nice, the entire procedure took 10 minutes. The doctor did an excellent job but the manager was straight up rude and arrogant. After such a disappointing experience I will most definitely not recommend this place to any friend or acquaintance of mine. Only go if you have at the very least 2 hours extra spare time and most definitely don't make plans after that because you probably won't turn up. At the very least we expect to be treated with respect and the entire situation has left such an unpleasant experience for me.

Worst experience...My appointment was booked at 1.30 PM and until 3 pm there was no doctor to consult. When I asked the receptionist she said there is only one doctor available and the other doctor is on the way to the clinic. They make call in the morning to confirm your appointment and again 30 mins before appointment they request you to be ontime. What is the use of taking appointment and reaching there ontime. Thy should atleast inform about the delay instead of making patient wait.
