I came here for my mother's treatment. From reception to Doctors end we fully satisfied with their approach and guidance.
Dr. Kothandaraman for diabetic and Dr. Kannan for gastro, they gave good treatment and medicine 💊💉 to my mother. Now my mother is alright 👍😊.

I heard 20 days before my mom haemoglobin is very low.As per "Hb level is 12 to 14" .My mom was Hb level is very low after wards "Dr.KOTHANDARAMAN" consulting and admitted in general ward and so mom was cure at 1 or 1 half week (10 to 20) days now my mom was fine very good hospital in my opinion tnx for recovery my mom

For their lab services.. I had called them the previous day to confirm whether Glucose Tolerance test is available.. They asked me to come.. After I reached there the next day, they casually say that their glucose kit is out of stock and asked me to get it from outside.. Apparently their pharmacy doesn’t sell it.. With no pharmacy nearby, I either have to come another day in fasting or do it in a better lab.. Hope your lab services are more responsible to avoid inconvenience to your patients..

Dr. Kooteswaran one of worst doctor I have seen. We admitted my mother in Prime Indian hospital, he knowingly prescribed medicines which are causing skin allergy to my mother and forced us to take appointment with dermatologist (his wife) and prescribed medicines and creams costing huge amount. If we stop using that, allergy will start.

I came today for my son's surgery. I paid all bills and left at 6pm. They told that all bills are paid. But at 9 pm they started calling and told that still 6000 amount is pending to pay. Doctor whom I consulted told that only observation charges are included. But nurse called and telling same doctor told as admission charges. They are only here for amount. If the same mistake happens in the surgery is it ok.

I have admitted my aunt due to her BP has gone low,hospital has told to admit her in ICU .no proper place to sit or stay, no proper canteen, the toilet doesn't have water facilities and when we inform the hospital reception they don't even care or give proper response, I informed morning 5.40 am that no water in toilets still 8am no response also when we sit in waiting area they don't even on the fan...very bad service

Worst hospital they provided us an deluxe room but it’s really smells and looks like public toilet there is no proper doctor available. They Out source the doctors from other hospital. For 3 days they charges nearly 60k for 3 days bed rest. If you have Insurence then you need to stay there till your Insurence amount washed outs. Pls don’t go to that hospital at any emergency case it’s only money minded hospital

Dr. Kannan did not explain what was happening regarding my health issue but rather started talking about the cost of the operation. i have bad experience from the last two weeks (when i admitted and then OP section) - Doctors are not on time except Mr Kannan. All other doctors are don't have punctuality and timeliness. They are making patients to wait more than 3 hours in every visit. A doctor should have the sense and time management in order to keep the patients alive. Instead they are irresponsible.

Had a really bad experience with this hospital recently. My mother was admitted and had insurance coverage. At the time of discharge, the hospital asked us to pay extra 15000 rupees as doctors fees without bill or they will not discharge. Just to bring to everyone’s attention, that they are charging patients extra money without bills. Someone please suggest how to report this to Higher authorities.
