I have been coming here for four months now. Dr Rajat is very receptive and prioritizes the patients. He is fastidious and explain every procedure which makes it a very safe and comfortable space. The staff is very helpful, friendly and polite

I am consulting Dr Rajat Kandhari since May 2023. Also consulted him online while I was in Los Angeles in July 2024. Today I am here to see him for my follow up visit. It has been an exhilarating experience. The staff is very cooperative and knowledgeable. Excellent doctor and his team.

Dr Rajat is an excellent doctor and his treatment approach is amazing. He is detail oriented and has always addressed the concerns effectively. In terms of procedures as well, he maintains strict protocols and explains in detail so that you are comfortable and aware of what exactly is expected of the outcome.

Good doctor. Doesn't prescribe useless medications or tests. And he even offered to refer me to a doctor in my own city when I said I'd be moving away from Delhi. Also his team is very responsive on the WhatsApp number and clears up queries regarding medications. I had come to him after disappointing results from two allegedly "reputed" dermats in Delhi. My problem was finally resolved here.

I am undergoing microneedling treatment and this is my 2nd sitting,,,, so far everything is great. Let’s see I am expecting good results. My skin is a bit better now after 1 st sitting so I am assuming it would definitely show better results after 2,3 sittings.

I went to Dr. Kandhari for acne scar treatment and it was truly an awful experience. I went to him twice for consultation to make sure I cleared all my doubts and we were on the same page. All the before and after pictures he showed were good but after my treatment I'm left wondering how many bad ones were hidden from me. The treatment itself was very aggressive ( which would have been fine with adequate aftercare) and he also used one device in the session that I WAS NOT made aware of at all. He said it'll help the other treatment but not informing me beforehand was not right in my opinion. Cue a few days later, my face erupts with pimples, the most awful breakout I've ever had. This was in Feb and now in May I'm still getting pimples and the texture of skin has gone for a complete toss. I really feel that for the kind of aggressive treatment done, I should have been given some medication to curb/prevent the side effects. Upon reaching out to him about my acne, the medicines he gave did very little to help the breakout and finally, he suggested isotretinoin which is a strong medication and must be given after much deliberation as it was done the first time for me. My first round of isotretinoin under the supervision of another doctor made my skin absolutely clear. I followed that up with laser for scars at that place, but I thought my acne scars could be improved further. Thus, I sought Dr. Kandhari to help with the scars. Instead, all my money has gone down the drain and now have worse skin than when I started with and MORE scars. Utterly traumatized by this ordeal. Save your money and heartache and avoid this like the plague.

Dr Rajat Kandhari is highly unprofessional and unskilled. The diagnosis was inaccurate and he was in a terrible hurry to end the consultation after a minute and was very rude. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I'm having side effects with some medicine for acne and I tried contacting the doctor several times regarding the same but no avail. The receptionist said me to call back , I tried three times but no use at last the receptionist took my number so that he can contact me, but he never contacted. Remember money is not everything helping society is more important. I'm not angry but its just disappointing. :(

Staff Ms.Radha is not at all helpful.Unnecessarily she made me wait for 2hrs and 30mins at the clinic for the appointment,she needs to realise that I can have my own personal commitments.She is not at all helpful.

Terrible doctor, no consideration for patients, high fees and even 3 minutes is too long for him to diagnose.
