I rarely write reviews, but the treatment that I received from Dr. Hetal compelled me to write this review. Actually, I was taking treatment of eczema from one of the dermatologists for about six months, but unfortunately, it was not getting cured even after having medicine, gel, and cream. Then I came to know about Dr. Hetal, I took her oppointment and explained all the history, She listened to everything and prescribed the medication. And its really commendable that my eczema healed within 10 days. For which I was struggling for six months. I would really recommend Dr. Hetal, for skin issues. Thank you, Dr. Hetal 🙏🏻

Happy with treatment ✨ I am having acne issues, earlier case was like regularly 2 3 pimples used to come, stay for few days and leave with dark spots on my face.... After taking treatment from her for the first time chain has broken down, now no pimples popup and it took just 5 months for me to get into effect . I Visited her for my 8 month old daughter She was lost in somewhere working on her laptop. She didn't see my daugher well neither ifdentified the issue she had just written the medications i asked her what could be the problem but she had no idea. All she cared about the bill and her laptop. There were lots of smell in the clicnic it looked like they are just sitting there to collect money not to treat people. I think being a doctor u should understand the patient's problem and what it causing the issue that u need to explain to patient.

Dr. Hetal listened to my complaints patiently, and advised treatment. She also took time to explain the issues and reasons for the treatment she advised. She is accessible on phone as well which was helpful during pandemic. I received good treatment for basic skin issues. Thank you.

I had visited radiant skin and hair clinic few days before for my boils treatment. I had visited two other doctors previously but my problem was not cured. When I met doctor hetal, she had listen my all problems with patience and checked it properly and prescribe proper medication with very low dosage. I was getting effect in 2-3 days. I am very thankful to her as i was in so much pain but by her treatment my pain was completely remove. I must say she is very gud doctor and also visiting fees is too less as compare to other dermatologist.

I have been taking treatment for my acne and hyperpigmentation from dr Hetal since 2 months. I have got rid of my acne and my hyperpigmentation has reduced to a very large extent. I have been happy with the treatment so far and will update as I progress.

We had a terrible experience at Dr. Hetal Jobanputra`s Radiant Skin & Hair Clinic in Baner. Went to her clinic today to seek consultation for skin rash. She seemed to be in a hurry from the very beginning (although there were hardly any patients outside). With tangible/visible reluctance, the MD dermatologist somehow answered one of my questions regarding the exact nature of the prescribed medications and the availability of generic alternatives, if any. This is odd and unusual. We have previously sought consultation from highly rated MBBS/MD physicians practicing in India and abroad, and they have never exhibited this kind of attitude. Her overall style of communication also leaves room for significant improvement. Good physicians always discuss the disease etiology/prognosis as well as the associated treatment options in great details. All of this was clearly missing during today's consultation. For 3 min. worth of consultation (which left us with more questions than answers), she charged us a whopping INR 600. After asking for a discount, we did not get an encouraging response. For the exorbitant fee she charges, she should also spend more time answering key patient queries. Unfortunately, can't recommend Dr. Hetal to anyone. Not satisfied at all. Very poor work ethic.

Worst doctor I went to her clinic in 2021 for my acne problem she gave me treatment for approx 5 months and told me that my acne will never come back.... Guess what it came back after 2 months and this time it was more severe. I will not suggest this Dr to anyone

This lady really wasted my time! Took treatment for dandruff! And patches on skin. It was not going even after using Topisal ( steroids). This doctor gave me Flucancozole without diagnosis. Later when I changed the doctor and checked with him, it was identified as Psoriasis! He cleared most of it by Methotrexate. Please check the symptoms and diagnose well before prescribing drugs, shampoos and external steroids. My advice to whoever reading this and looking for the skin & hair treatment, please go for other reputed doctors around. Good luck.

Unhappy with service. I explicitly asked the doctor if I would see results from the expensive treatment that she recommended to me. The doctor said that results would be visible however there was no change in the skin. Despite having communicated my expectations and fears clearly, treatment had no result while treatment charge was super high. I do not recommend.

Unhappy with consultation, charging 700 but not even giving 3 mins to the patient. She was in hurry.
