Happy with my facials here. Shruti is very pleasant and patiently answers and explains the procedure. The staff is really nice and what I like most is they stick to the appointment time. I try to squeeze in my sessions between picking up and dropping my kids; so adherence to time is of great importance to me. Dr. Sejal is patient, understands your skin and gives you various options. Overall a pleasant experience.

I consulted here for hair shedding. I was prescribed with medication and also recommended to take vitamins as Vit D and B12 were low. But the topical serums that were recommended also included Minoxidil. Ideally I would have appreciated Doctor informing me about use of Minoxidil, I would have requested for alternate medication. I consulted another Doctor back home who informed me that once we stop using minoxidil the hair growth which happened with the help of minoxidil will reverse. I would have appreciated if Doctor at this clinic had to explain the use, pro and cons of serums they are prescribing. Clinic, doctor and staff are very nice, no complaints in that areas

I consulted doctor for seb. dermatitis, acne and acne scars. Her medications did wonders as I was struggling badly even after visiting many dermats before. The acne scars treatment were very well planned based on our hectic schedule and I could see a drastic difference in my scars within a span of 6 weeks. The staff is very diligent and they follow up periodically to ensure comfort post treatment. Highly highly recommended.

I've been visiting this clinic for acne, acne scars, and dark spots and I can really see a difference after 4 months. The scars have shrunk in size and the dark spots have faded. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sejal to anyone. Everyone here is super polite and always ready to help. My experience has been exceptional—the support staff is incredibly helpful especially dipali and Archana. They all are always willing to adjust my treatment plan based on my skin needs. Plus, the cleanliness is top-notch!

Bad experience. They have 2 stages of waiting rooms. I booked the first appointment of the day and had to wait an hour after which they introduced me to another waiting room where they expected me to wait another 40 mins. Ridiculous for the price they charge. Also the location of the clinic is super confusing and not made clear at all. They said it was because of patients that took time. I was the first appointment on Practo. On top of that, how is it my problem that are you overbooking patients and don’t have a priority system for patients who actually book an appointment and not just show up randomly. Make the other patients who just show up wait. Ridiculous

I went there for my acne and open pores treatment as well as for hairfall treatment. I had an allergic reaction to some creams which the doctor prescribed. I informed them the same but they keep saying to stop using cream for some days then start again. I tried it too but this doesn't work at all. I was getting an allergic reaction in between. That's really not satisfactory. For hairfall also I took tablets and used serum still nothing changed. Feeling like all my money got wasted. Overall it's the worst experience.

I visited InUrSkin clinic in Powai, Mumbai, last year in 2022 for the treatment of skin tags under the care of Dr. Sejal. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and distressing. During my initial consultation, Dr. Sejal examined my skin tags and assured me that she was fully capable of performing the required treatment. However, midway through the procedure, she abruptly abandoned the treatment and suggested transferring it to surgeons. This sudden change in approach was not only unexpected but also unnecessary, given her earlier assurances. As a result of her incomplete treatment, I was left with severe pain, extensive bruises, and larger skin lesions than before. The outcome was not only physically painful but also emotionally distressing, leaving me traumatized and apprehensive about seeking further treatment for my skin issues in the future. Overall, my experience at In Your Skin clinic was deeply unsatisfactory

Truly worst experience. Receptionist behave very rudely. They were not even aware that they have tie up with Medi buddy. Even after prior payment, they sited me for 2 hours without any reason. Truly poor service and facility as well

Absolute waste of my time and money coming here, your website states you remove lipomas. In the consultation, I was told you don't do it anymore. Then I suggest you remove it from your website! Edit: the online platform you speak of is called "your website" My needs and expectations were advertised on your website I came in for a consultation, there was no mention of same day treatment. What you doctor actually said was that you used to have a doctor that came in to do the procedure, and you no longer do, yet it is still advertised on your website. The reason I was not charged for the consultation was not your kindness, I refused and walked out

I had an appointment of 1pm. However, despite of waiting there for 1.5hrs. My appointment call came at 3-30pm. When I asked the receptionist she kept saying that this ain’t in their hands. It’s really not cool to make the patients wait so much. Doctor might be good; if the pre service is this terrible, it makes no sense if they can’t respect our time.

My two interaction with doctor Sejal during appointment is quite cold.. i visited for acne treatment but still I am facing issue with active acne. Results for acne and acne scars treatment is not working for me. Due to doctor cold response i change my dermatologist now and proving you genuine feedback. During my first visit doctor and her teams talk about spending money on treatment like dermaroller,prp or laser etc rather that doctor providing alternative treatment such as tablets or cream that will work on my skins. They also sells there product on your first visit so it will cost you around 5k. clinic folks told me this advance treatment results will work 60-70% and i am not sure who is going to perform all this procedure. I can not spend 20-25k for any amature team members to perform all this treatment other than Md doctor itself with results grantuee of 80% or above. Also Make sure if you are performing any kind of treatment from this clinic you should ask lots of questions from your side otherwise you end up wasting your time and money.

Went for laser hair removal for face. Trust me no results at all. I felt I wasted all my money on this. Dr. Seal herself on takes may b like the first session rest taken by assistant. You have to ensure this is going fine. I am not even iota satisfied. And for everything, she has the answer, may b due to hormones it is not working. Even when u told her boss it is all fine with me. Why should you waste money with them? It's painful experience. Pls note I am only adding review now while service was taken around 1.5 yrs back. Hair growth didn't even slow down.. obviously I am not expecting a miracle in one go, that I know

I went to this clinic for laser hair removal..the doctor doesnot get involved and the procedure is carried out by amateurs...I personally had a bad experience. Had to stop procedure after three sessions. .My first session the shaving was done with q very rough hand and without any moisturiser. This improved after I gave feedback. No instructions and explaination of the side effects were given. I had severe itching and burnt marks on my leg after laser, which later turned into white patches...

I went there last month for skin enhancing treatment. In spite of telling them constantly that I need treatments with visible effects for my wedding, she prescribed CO2 facial and a chemical peel in span of one week. God knows what they did in name of such advanced treatment with such prices, there was hardly any visible difference in my skin. Not a single person could notice a minute difference in my skin even after taking these treatments. She might be good with skin issues, I am not sure, but definitely won't recommend it for any cosmetic or beauty treatment. It's a waste of time and money.

She said the same things my mother says and she wrote random medicines. My sister has tried those medicines and they don't work. I had to keep asking questions otherwise she would have ended the visit in one minute. For hair fall watch hair remedy videos first I will suggest.

This clinic is not reliable at all (please read whole review). I went there for my acnes treatment. I had an allergic reaction to some cream which doctor prescribed, I completely understand getting an allergy is not anyone's fault but I was blown away with there response. I called them for an appointment and told her I'm getting rashes and it's giving burning sensation. receptionist told me to share pictures and she'll forward it to doctor and reply (and didn't gave me an appointment) I shared and I waited for 3 hour and asked for any updates or Doctor's number message was seen but no reply. Even after 24 hrs I didn't get a single reply, till then I had rashes all over .. later I called her and I told her atleast tell me to show it so some other doctor if you guys are not capable of replying, she told me doctor is in medical emergency ( for more than 24 hrs?) Even if she is, atleast inform me I didn't get a reply they just ignored.. and medicines reactions itself is an medical emergency. After I called her she forwarded me a text in which it was written apply deriva cms cream on it. Now was the time I started doubting on knowledge on rashes how can you ask me to apply adapalene on it? It'll not burn? I replied her the same time I know it is allergic. Are you sure? They didn't reply. Next day she msged me wash your face with plain water and don't apply any cream. I mean are you serious? Are you reliable? How can I get a refund? And if the doctor is available only after 1pm then why the clinic is open since morning 8 am.. who is running the clinic? Why it is written clinic is open since 8 am. Either put it online consultation is available not the clinic consultation this is misleading.

Its been a month since i have been taking a treatment here my acne dint improve at all .Not recommended at all

It is just money driven and the treatment is no different than any other clinic. First of all the consultation fee itself is too much which in a way forces the person to take the treatment there. Although there are people who got the treatments but doctor itself claims that it's temporary and the charges are huge. I had no satisfaction after the visit...
