I have contacted her through phone for skin irritation remedy.. as I was suffering from severe full body itching from 1 to 2 weeks, I was forced to skip all home remedies that didn't gave my any relief. Hailing from kochin and as a new resident in Calicut I was a frantically searching for a skin Dr that would provide meticulous treatment at an affordable price., finally I ended up consulting Dr Neha for my skin issue. She was so patient enough to listen to my problems and address to each and thing with almost care. Mam has prescribed medicines which were so affordable and super effective on my skin.I was always apprehensive to visit the clinic as a highly hyped hospital in kochin has charged so much from me for the same treatment. This is one place i would suggest strongly for all skin related issues the positives being affordable,patience of Dr, hygienic . This probably is the best skin clinic in Calicut.

I have consulted doctor Neha for acne issues and her treatment really reduced my acne and she also suggested extra things which help our skin. She is very friendly and even consults online and suggests the medication online. She is our go-to doctor and really thankful that we got to know about her.

Great doctor who patiently listens and try to understand the concern. But the receptionist needs to have some customer friendly oriented approach as I was kept waiting at desk with communication as should I wait or not. Meantime she was attending to other customers who just walks in for anything and everything. And the queueing systems is soo disorganized that there is no track of any patient walks in and who would be next to see doctor.

Very professional practitioner with such an amazing skill of diagnosing and taking the illness out from your skin.. Worth visiting.

I have contacted this service, based on the google reviews. They have charged me ₹500 for a single online consultation. The conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. And it was just an audio call, not even had a proper look into the skin problem. Basically just said, my skin concern will take longer to cure and they just ended the conversation. I again contacted to prescribe a medication which can be used by myself. They have no shame to charge a person ₹500, just to say this will not be a single step solution. The conversation was unprofessional from the receptionist as well, since it was kind of rude to the customer. Not recommending at all. Your response seems like you do cares much about the customer, however, I couldn't experience the same from the communication that we had. It was arrogant and I feel what you care more is your image over the internet. FYI, I have completed certain procedures from another clinic, right before my big day and received really good support for continuing the treatment even if I'm in the comfort of my home. I'm glad that I didn't choose your service any further, for both medical and financial reasons.

എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ അനുഭവം ഞാൻ പങ്കുവെക്കുന്നു. റേറ്റിംഗ് കണ്ടതുകൊണ്ട് കാണിക്കാൻ പോയതാണ്. മാത്രമല്ല കാണിച്ചു വന്നതും ഡോക്ടർ ഫീ ഉൾപ്പെടെ 2500 രൂപയുടെ മരുന്നും എഴുതിയിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എനിക്ക് കുറവുണ്ടായില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല കാണിക്കാൻ പോയതിനേക്കാൾ കൂടുതലായി എന്ന് വേണം പറയാൻ. ചാറ്റിങ് ഓപ്ഷനിൽ ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ മിനിമം മൂന്നുമാസം എടുക്കും മാറുവാൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഞാൻ പവിത്രൻ ഡോക്ടറുടെ ബുക്കിംഗ് എടുത്തു കാണിച്ചു. സത്യം പറയാലോ ഡോക്ടർ ഫീ ഉൾപ്പെടെ 900 രൂപയുടെ മരുന്നുകൊണ്ട് നല്ല മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Worst experience ജസ്റ്റ് ഒരു എൻക്യുയറിക്കു തന്നെ Rs 400 എടുത്താൽ, ഞാൻ അവിടുന്നു ട്രീറ്റ്മെൻറ് എടുത്തിരുന്നേൽ എന്റെ വീട് വിപ്പിച്ചേനേ..
