My extreme disappointment regarding the recent skin treatment I received at your establishment. Despite my high hopes and expectations, the service fell far short of what was promised.
It was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and expertise. The treatment itself was ineffective Not only did I not see any improvement, but I also experienced adverse reactions that were not adequately addressed by the team..
As a paying customer, I expected much better, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to prevent others from enduring the same disappointment. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your services and facilities.

I will not Recommends this clinic. The staffs are nice behaviour with polished words. But they focused on money only,no sincerity, no genuinity. I felt they recommended the procedure according to their time and convenience .With in 15 mt she finished two procedure (PRP and Laser ).I think time for leaving after work. May be that's why she finished very fast.I had worked in derma clinic and visited many clinics for different procedurs, But here I didn't get any satisfaction.

I came for a laser skin treatment and got a full face done here for 6K. This is 3x above the market price of a full face (a simple Google search as well as calling other clinics). When I told them, they said they would ‘provide a discount for the next service.’ Apparently the prices fluctuate arbitrarily.
Also, there was no kind of intake asking what kinds of prescriptions you're using. I use Retin-A and this is not supposed to be mixed with laser skin treatments. A skincare clinic should know better and look out for things like this.
Overall, they are nice people and the facility is clean but they're dishonest and sloppy. I’ll be disputing the charge through my credit card company for a full refund.

Its my humble request to everybody, dont go Eana for lip blush nd treatment. Aalukale samsarich vezhtan oru special talent und Jaya madathinu.. Innale vare njn message cheythu chodhichu lip colour cheyyan varatte ennu but reply polum Jaya thannilla.
