I literally waited 2.5 hours to see him for just 10 minutes of consultation during my last visit. I would like that wait period to be addressed.

It is difficult to explain in words to say how graceful i feel after treatment from Dr Bharath Kumar Mookiah. I was depressed with my condition and worried about surgery but his words and treatment immediately gave me confidence. After 2 months, I had to come back again as condition reoccured (not following hisb advise), the way he showed upset (lil anger) on me not listening to his advise felt me like an elder brother scolding on care. This is not about the doctor its about the hospital and their appointment schedule planing. I got appointment by 12.45 when i reached there by 12.45 pm i was asked to do a self registration and paid a registration fees online itself. After that when i approached counter to check how many of them are there before me its surprised to see 12 patients waiting, then whats the purpose of getting the appointment here in first place? How can u guys expect to spend hrs in ur hospital juz to consult a doctor. I returned today after paying reg fees
