Well established skin care clinic in Calicut. Get the appointment prior to visit to avoid any waiting since Doctors could be busy with procedures. The clinic setup is really cool and the staff was friendly. The pharmacy is also located inside. There are few underground parking facilities available.

Well equipped clinic . Should appriciate the staff for the precautions taken ( COVID 19 pandemic) as per . Govt " Break the chain" Policy. Very supportive Doctors & staff.

My experience with this clinic has been extremely frustrating due to their lack of communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out over several days, they have not responded to the inquiries promptly. This lack of responsiveness raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer service. I'm worried that if I proceed with treatment here, I may encounter similar issues in the future if any problems arise.

I took 5k carbon laser treatment no difference was found on my face. Waste of money and time. Better do a good facial from the parlour that may give you better results with less money

Disappointing experience! I had a treatment for vitiligo done called “melanocyte transplant”. From the very start, My gut said these guys are a bit amateur. The Senior doctor or the institute director I believe seems accomplished and well qualified but has poor attitude. Something really fake about the whole place. I should’ve seen this as a major red flag. Prior to this I had successfully cured my vitiligo patches on the face through Ayurvedic treatments. And I only needed my lip patch to be fixed. The doctor was dismissive of my results, and said these are bogus unregulated treatments but guess what; my whole experience here felt more like a scam if anything. Another red flag or just plain egotistical! The main doctor left halfway through the procedure and I was left with a second lady doctor who was consulting and diagnosing my condition while holding cultured cells in her hand. The procedure ended with the nurses poorly dressing my wound. There was barely any post operative care and i did not get the necessary attention or follow up. In fact nobody has called to check on any improvements. Tells a lot about the place. I don’t recommend this place for any complex treatments.

I just got a comfort seat over there but i didn’t came to enjoy your seating here . Waiting hours and hours is not a good thing . Here i don’t want to give any star rating

I faced long waiting without even much crowd. I waited fron 12.45 to 1.45 one hour and asked reception how many time it will take again they told it will take another half an hour. I drive to a restaurant near by for lunch, just entering to hotel 1.57 they called and told doctor came. I returned without taking lunch reached 2.10 but no doctor available.. Now I and two kids was waiting till 2.50. finally I returned by 3.00 pm without consulting. No lunch, no proper communication, only long waiting. If they gave correct updation, I shoud have take luch in between the waiting. No correct updation.

Had done a laser session for mild scars on my leg..I don't know whether they have done anything ..it took only 30 seconds.and I didn't felt anything like laser treatment.no pain(should have felt something know ?)no redness nothing ...even after 32 hrs..I had to pay 3000 rs for doing nothing but for procedure charge (as they said).. disappointed...waste of money.

Staves were behaving weird lost money just now stepped out from there coz of noisy and discomfortable action from staff paid cx fee nd ddnt saw doctor just left from there now

Dr salim is good but the staffs behaviour is too bad, mainly we are going there with the skin related issues but instead of making us comfortable they are just doing the opposite.

I would not recommend this place.I had treatment done for my baby for skin infection at cutis.Over 1 month he was prescribed several types of medicines and did not show any improvment.Only they have is the good ambience.Quality of treatment is very poor.

ഇവിടുത്തെ സീനിയർ ഡോക്ടർ അദ്ദേഹം നല്ല ചികിത്സകൻ ആണെന്നുള്ള മുൻകാല അനുഭവം കൊണ്ടാണ് കേരളത്തിന് വെളിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഇവിടേക്ക് വീണ്ടും ചികിത്സക്ക് വന്നത്. എന്നാല് ഡോക്ടർ ടെ പേര് കളയുന്ന ജൂനിയർ ഡോക്ടർ അതിലേറെ തട്ടിപ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്റ്റാഫ്. തലയിൽ വൈറസ് മൂലം ഉണ്ടായ ഗ്രോത്ത് കളയാൻ അവിടെ പോയി കളഞ്ഞു എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു മടക്കി വിട്ടു വീട്ടിൽ വന്നു നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ പകുതിയിൽ അധികവും കളഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല.ഇത് പരാതി പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അതിനു മാത്രം ആയിട്ട് വാങ്ങിയ 3000 തിരിച്ച് തരാം ന്നു സ്റ്റാഫ് പറഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷേ പിന്നീട് വിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒക്കെ ഓരോ പറ്റിപ്പ്‌ പറഞ്ഞു കോൾ വൈക്കും ഇടക്ക് പറഞ്ഞു നിങൾ കണ്ട ഡോക്ടർ നോടു പറ ഞങൾ അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് ആണ് പൈസ വാങ്ങിയത് എന്ന്. എന്നാല് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇത് ചെയ്ത lady doctor അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാനേജർ ഇവർക്ക് ആർക്കും ഫോൺ പോലും കൊടുക്കാൻ സ്റ്റാഫ് തയ്യാർ ആയില്ല. ഡോക്ടർ എഴുതിയ മരുന്നിന് വെറും രണ്ടായിരം രൂപയുടെ താഴെ ആണ് പക്ഷെ സ്റ്റാഫ് 7000 രൂപയിൽ അധികം എന്നെ കൊണ്ട് പേ ചെയ്യിച്ച് മരുന്ന് വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ഇത് ഞാൻ ചൂണ്ടി കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ വേഗം ആ ബില്ല് തിരിച്ചു വാങ്ങി അത് അങ്ങിനെ ഇങ്ങിനെ എന്ന് കുറെ കാരണങ്ങൾ. അധികം വാങ്ങിയ 7000 ത്തി ചില്ലറ രൂപ തിരിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ നാളെ വൈകീട്ട് തരാം എന്ന് പറ്റില്ല ന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നാളെ രാവിലെ തരാം എന്ന്. വീണ്ടും പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഇപ്പൊൾ തരാം ന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ഒരുപാട് നേരം അവിടെ കാത്തു നിർത്തി. ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ പോയി തല വച്ച് കൊടുക്കണോ എന്ന് ഇത് വായിക്കുന്ന ആളുകൾ ഒന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കുക. ഞാൻ പോലീസിലും കൺസ്യൂമർ കോർട്ട് ombudsman മനുഷ്യാവകാശ കമ്മീഷൻ തുടങ്ങി സാധ്യമായ എല്ലാ വഴിയിലും പരാതിയും കൊണ്ട് മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. 2000 km അധികം യാത്ര ചെയ്ത് ഇതിനായി വന്ന ചിലവ് പോട്ടെ ഇവിടെ ചെയ്യാത്ത ചികിത്സക്ക് ഇവർ പറ്റിച്ച് എടുത്ത പൈസ ഇന്ന് വൈകുന്നേരം തരും എന്ന് സ്റ്റാഫ് പറഞ്ഞത് പാലിച്ചില്ല എങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ നാളെ നിയമ നടപടികൾ തുടരാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ച്. വക്കീൽ നോട്ടീസ് ഉൾപെടെ പിന്നീട് ഇവിടെ പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ആയിരിക്കും Excellent treatment done by competent doctors. But the pharmacy staff made a careless mistake causing an increase of more than ₹7000 in the bill amount. It was noticed while collecting the medicines after making the payment. There was undue delay in issuing a refund. Despite repeated pleas to speed up the refund, it took more than 30 minutes to issue the refund and the staff repeatedly urged us to get the refund the next day despite being repeatedly told that we would have to make a 200km journey solely for this. They erred in handing over the bill after this and on being asked for the same, repeatedly urged that it has been given along with the medicines
