The doctor takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel more confident about the process. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. I’m happy with the progress so far...😊👍

I had the worst experience at Glow young. The service was absolutely pathetic. The staff was unprofessional and seemed more interested in pushing expensive products than actually addressing my skincare concerns. The management is a joke, with no clear structure or customer care. They also tried to force me to buy their products, which were ridiculously overpriced. I feel like I’ve been completely taken advantage of. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality skincare treatment.

Terrible experience! Overpriced services, pushed unnecessary products, and no prescription given. Management is unprofessional, and I suspect fraudulent practices. Definitely wouldn't recommend As there isn't an option to respond to the reply given by the management I'm adding my response here.. I understand people going through the response from the team will clearly get an understanding of the service provided by the team.. On addition to the above I had booked an appointment with the dermatologist with consultation fees of 475rs who couldn't give me a prescription of the medication post consultation..When questioning the same on the basis of patients right the management had responded that this is their protocol against the law in the country for providing prescription for consultation. I was forced to leave the clinic by refunding the consultation charges as they couldn't provide a prescription from a registered doctor. Regarding the experience I had in the clinic I will proceeding legally obviously from a patient right when getting a consultation.

Don’t trust the reviews most are FAKE !!! This clinic is the one of the worst I have ever been too. Way overpriced and the nurses aren’t experienced. As a tourist it was very embarrassing and disappointing. My bf treatment was the worst he gotten same as mine. Pathetic

I recently visited the clinic for my acne concerns .. and I already took 3 sessions which was said to be the minimum sittings for showing changes but I do not see any visible results , and the condition just worsen too and every time I visit ,different doctors were present which is also not a pleasing experience . The product recommendations were also disappointing, Not recommended for acne concerns anyway ( from my experience). Since there is no option to reply back iam editing this, the doctor itself told me about the minimum no. Of sessions needed and not me , and yes of course I do have hormonal acne’s it ll definitely take time but Iam not getting acne on jaw line only if so I would have waited . And I told the product recommendations was fine as I was not aware of it s quality, once I stopped using it I can see significant changes on my skin plus on my last visit I have already told the doctor that no improvement has been shown yet and she replied that 3 sessions are the minimum sittings required that is why I have done that session in a belief that I could see changes at least this time, and when I took a second opinion from another skin specialist I came to know that these products are not going to help me out, after stopping the products and by seeing the change I come to conclusion to write this review. Again I have never told the doctor that Iam getting better. One of the product bought from there was not working properly and I already informed this to one of the staff available, and she replied that she ll look into it and no response were given

Just don't waste your life earned money here please.... I had to call there dermatologist because the nurse didn't do a proper job taking off all the white pores it was embarrassing also once the pores were removed they left the skin dry for more than 15 min opening the door back and fourth no idea why...... I thought this was a proper clinic but nope. As a "TOURIST" I now understand the difference Australia and Vietnam was much better.....

Very bad experience. First session itself they have gave me medicines of Rs. 6000. The same got allergic to me eventhough my skin is not that much sensitive.No refund or further actions. After using steroids only my skin came back to normal.

I recently visited this skin clinic after discovering it on Instagram. While the marketing was appealing, my experience during the appointment fell short. I consulted with Dr. Sreyas, who covered some basic aspects without delving into a comprehensive skin analysis. The consultation fee of 400 rs felt disproportionate to the depth of the consultation. Regrettably, I didn't feel that my skin type was accurately assessed, leading to a pricey facial recommendation beyond my budget. My disappointment stemmed from the lack of a thorough assessment. Additionally, the prescription of medications was accompanied by a lack of clarity regarding the brands, leaving me uncertain about what I was advised to use. The nurses seemed unaware of the specific brands, describing them simply as "medicated." Overall, I believe there's room for improvement in both the consultation process and the transparency regarding prescribed medications. The clinic's potential is overshadowed by these shortcomings, and I hope they address these issues to offer a more comprehensive and informative experience for their clients.

Highly expensive. Treatment and was average. I did not had any serious skin condition and went for a hydrafacial which did not showed a lot difference to my skin. Staff and doctors were friendly. After the consultation for skin and hair i was given an estimation for therapy and skin products for around 20k. I definitely reduced to the basic therapy and choosed only few products. Do not hestitate to say a NO if you feel you cant afford the amount even after consultation. I pay for the consultation fees expecting to get doctor recommended products for my skin. But disappointed that this skin clinic refused to share the product details if not bought from their clinic. Next time I would prefer to go to any good dermatologist and get listed the products and treatment i need and go to an affordable place. Regular Cleansing > Moisturising-> Sunscreen reduces most of our skin issues. Try this first and save yourself some money.

I went to do carbon peel in ernakulam branch . But doctor suggested me to do som other treatment for removing my tan and making glow in face . It cost around 7500 approx. the doctor was good as she explains me nicely. But the treatment did nt worth it , as there was no change in my face after 10 days also. Also I done underarm lazer treatment for hair reduction , that also flop . Waste of money . Also I did nt like the attitude of nurses there as they Dont know anything to explain about treatments cost ect . Also no follow up cals from clinic . As I wasted 10000 rs in dis clinic by seeing insta adds😒

I have consulted doctor sumayya for my skin and hair ( Dandruff) she suggested me some skin care products and a treatment called jet therapy for dandruff from my own experience the doctors are the biggest sales people here and just try to sell unnecessary products which would not help you much in your treatment. after talking jet therapy treatment for dandruff and products for skin i didn’t find any improvement but increased acne the given products were not suitable for my skin type .. this is a brand which doesn’t care about the patients but only looking to make a quick bug of you .

Such a horrible place to go and do treatment on your skin, I would give zero stars if that was an option. Pretty much disappointed, my sister's skin showed no improvement what so ever. Very much overpriced for the service they provide. Please do not waste your money.
