Good clinic. Dr. Sayantani Chakraborty is good at her work. All the suggestions are beneficial for treatment. She prescribes what is need for treatment, there is no extra medicine. She doesn't promise anything fake. It's all about treatment procedure. I felt only one drawback that is the treatment cost is little bit high. Anyway one can surely visit for good treatment

The clinic and the doctor are just con artists.
The ratings are fake as they push you to give higher rating after consultation.
No time value of patient. Called at 3pm doctor sees at 4.45pm but fee collected at 3pm to ensure patient doesn’t leave. I had a small filiform wart for which in a 2 min Rs. 900 consultation she suggested RF removal quoting a price of Rs.6000/-. I doubted the cost and hence asked them that I will visit later for the ‘procedure’. It was such a small procedure i got done at another skin clinic for Rs 1000/-. This doctor and clinic are completely avoidable.

Absolutely horrible experience. This clinic is definitely run by fraudsters. I was asked to pay Rs.900 in advance for a consultation, which I did. Reconfirmed my consultation timing 2 times to be at 2:30pm. I reached the clinic by 2:25pm and I kept waiting till 3:40pm, (inquiring about my appointment 2 times in between without any proper response) which is when I got up and left. If you cannot value others' time then you should not take advance payments. To have to wait for over an hour is unacceptable! Also why you dont accept any mode of payment other than cash is very clear to me now.

Recently I visited this clinic, but doctor was in so hurry that she just assumed and prescribed medicine, saying atopic dermatitis, she didn't even give 10 minutes to understand the issue, consultation charges are so high, it's ₹900/-, at she could have spend 10 minutes to see the matter, really disappointed 😞 . I was hoping to discuss with doctor and I had some questions also,she gave lot of time to other patient and i was waiting for at least an hour to visit her.

Staff rude, incompetent and and badly behaved. Sad. Doctor was polite in the only 2 consults that I had. A query over WhatsApp.... let's just say....her tone and towards the end of the chat.....RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISMISSIVE. Madam Doctor Chakroborty.....my query was due to a remark you made on your own. My question in the consult was something else. All I needed was a simple clarification. You eventually responded to my message....but your way of ending the WhatsApp ' chat' was dismissive and condescending. Very unfortunate. The impression you gave during the physical consults were greatly misleading. You're a doctor. A patient has no interest in 'CHATTING' with you for FUN. It was a genuine query.....you ended the line of the WhatsApp exchange on a highly UNEMPATHETIC NOTE. KINDLY TRY TO BE EMPATHETIC. You're a doctor after all. Very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH YOU AND YOUR RUDE STAFF. Takes nothing to be KIND. Try and cultivate kind behaviour. Then perhaps you won't get bad reviews....as I've seen you've already got in the past. Thank you for NOTHING.

Fake positive reviews at odd timings just keeps popping up to maintain the high rating of the clinic. Total fraud by the owners... High fees is charged for treatments making it even worse. Don't come here or you will lose the belief in good doctors.

Does not even know how to give L.A. (Anesthesia). Standards of sterilization was not followed. Very poor treatment. Don't believe on positive reviews. They also overcharged a lot for just a small consultation.

Get appointment at 5.00 pm and reported at 4.59 pm but waiting here till 6.48 pm and not sure when the appointment time will come. There is no system of getting the timely consultation.
The reception people are totally useless and not even predict the approx time for appointment.
