I am experiencing melasma face dark patches on my face

I approached them for acne treatment and had two visits. Initially, they were very diligent in following up for my next appointments. However, after the first visit, I developed rashes due to the prescribed medication. They changed my meds and suggested alternating between two different ointments. During my first visit, they performed a peeling treatment along with prescribing ointments and medications. In the second visit, they recommended laser treatment, which I declined, so they did another peeling session instead. Unfortunately, after this visit, I developed severe rashes again. I reached out to them for help, sending pictures of my reaction. The receptionist assured me that someone would call back, but no one did. After following up myself, I got a call from another number who asked me to send the images again, but after that, I received no response or solution. Ironically, while they were persistent in scheduling my next visit before, once I faced issues, they stopped following up entirely. I had to stop all prescribed treatments and switch to mild creams on my own. Thankfully, my skin gradually healed, but I was left with pores and marks that I never had before. This experience was quite disheartening, and I wish I had never visited them each time I look at my face.

Went in for a consultation after looking at online reviews, honestly was one of the most horrible experiences I have had at a clinic. Being a doctor myself I was annoyed by their approach that seemed scripted and rehersed. After taking an appointment and reaching on time, they first collect their consultation fees (before that actual consultation!) and then proceed to make you wait for 35-40 mins post your appointment time. What is the point of taking an appoitment, reciving 3-4 confimatory calls, taking money beforehand and then making you wait? It seems like the only time and money they value is their own. After the creating a scene at the reception, I was finally seen by a doctor 35 mins later than my scheduled time. This was not the doctor who has been plastered all over their PR - it was someone else entirely who's name is not even on the prescription. He sat me down and having "analysed' my skin on the photographs taken a few minutes prior, proceeded to just list out all the various (expensive) treatment options I needed. Very poor bedside manner, did not ask many questions, just 2-3 well rehersed ones to keep up the act. At one point I asked him about the DURATION of the treatment, and he just starting listing out the COST of all. Like a script. Seriously did not show any concern for my problems or concerns. Seemed too clinical and like a big farce. They have messaged and called me 2 times already in the past 12 hours - kind of irritating honestly. Wish I'd never have given my number. RESPONSE TO COMMENT BELOW: My appointment time was 4pm EXACTLY. Please do not lie to save face, its honestly shameful. Yes I did arrive at 4.04PM which is within the limits of arrival time room. So please do not make me out to be a liar just because you can find no reasonable way to justify your behaviour. Its honestly really shameful.

I trusted Google reviews and started traveling 700 km every week from Indore to Pune for therapy at clear skin kharadi. After months of treatment and spending over ₹50,000, I saw zero improvement—not even 1%! When I asked what to do next, I was told the doctor, Dr. Manali, had shifted to another hospital and was advised to go there. No proper handover, no accountability—just a money-making scam. Here’s what I learned: 1️⃣ Their only focus is draining your wallet, not curing your condition. 2️⃣ The so-called “fancy” setup with nurses is just a façade—they are not actual doctors! 3️⃣ Even the remaining balance I had with them was denied for refund. Imagine traveling such a long distance every week, trusting fake reviews, and being left with nothing but trauma and wasted money. 👉 My advice: Don’t fall for the trap of hi-fi hospitals with glowing reviews. Not a good experience we have in this clinic. Results are not what they claim. Even they don't know the aftermath of treatment. Later if some reaction happens then they will say "Adverse effects might happen". ( note that my treatment cost was more than a LAKH including treatment and medicines) I had a very bad experience with my treatment as well as my friend's treatment. Both the times what they claimed that didn't even 20 percent achieved. In my friend's case treatment impacted badly and skin got darker badly which didn't recover after months n months. They don't have expertise. They just do experiment. Whatever happens only you are responsible for that. Afterall it's individual's decision to visit or not but I will rate this clinic only 1 out of 10. Still if you visit then don't take their PACKAGE. LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IS NEEDED.

I have been associated with this clinic for the past year and a half, and hands down, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Initially, I was consulting for acne and acne scars, and later I also underwent laser hair removal. The doctor I was seeing at the Kharadi branch shifted to the Pune Station branch, so I followed my treatment there. However, the senior doctor at the Pune Station branch, Dr. Sumit, had a completely neglectful approach. He dismissed all of my concerns, making the entire treatment uncomfortable, which led me to move my treatment back to the Kharadi branch. At this point, I still had faith in Clear Skin's treatment system, but it didn’t take long for them to prove me wrong. What I found most troubling about Clear Skin is that the doctor is never present for any treatment. The technicians, who seem more interested in office politics and gossiping than in providing quality care, are the ones actually performing the procedures. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The technicians are so undertrained that after every treatment, I seemed to have developed a new issue. For example, after a laser hair removal session, I left with burn marks. When I consulted the dermatologist, she explained that the laser parameters had to be increased to reduce hair growth, but no consideration was given to how my skin was handling the treatment. I was prescribed a steroid cream and oral steroids to heal the burns. I had specifically asked the doctor whether cooling before each laser shot could help prevent burns (as many dermatologists do), but she assured me it wasn’t necessary. Now, I’m dealing with the consequences. Another troubling experience was during a comedone extraction, when the tool slipped and caused a wound on my chin. The doctor dismissed it, saying it would heal on its own, but why should this be acceptable? Such incidents are inexcusable. Despite informing the doctors multiple times that I have extremely sensitive skin, they continued recommending aggressive treatments. When my skin reacted poorly, they simply prescribed steroids to counter the damage. Dr Muzzafar is better compared to the rest. Dr Sumit, Dr Rama and Dr Sujata are ridiculous. Clear Skin does not provide a holistic treatment approach. Instead, it feels like a waste of time, energy, and money. I’ve spent over 60k here, and the quality of care has been awful . The doctors are arrogant, and the technicians are completely clueless. This combination is a recipe for disaster.

Its strange! how they managed 4.7/5 ratings. Started my treatment with lots of hopes after seeeing google reviews, unfortunately they couldn't meet my expectations. After 3months of discontinuing the treatment, skin turns as it was before the treatment started! Waste of money and time! 👎👎👎

Most of the reviews here are absolutely fake. I selected this place based on the reviews like most of us will generally do. I came here to get a keloid treatment done and the very first session they asked me to go for a package which i understand was needed for my treatment. But the moment the first session was done they kept calling me to give them a positive review on google. Also each time I visited they assured only 2 more sessions will be needed and ultimately what was supposed to end in 3-5 sessions took me more than 9-12 sessions and ultimately zero progress and a big hole in my pocket.

Horrible experience. Visited the Ruby Hall branch in December regarding two big pimples. I had a big ceremony coming up and wanted to lessen their appearance. I was asked to do the glycolic acid peel, and told that the pimples will subside in a week. The procedure was quite painful, which I was not warned about at all. Moreover, despite my clear ask that I wanted the pimples to subside, I had a full face of breakout with blood and pus. In fact, I am dealing with those acne marks till date. Should have been okay with my two pimples instead of going there and having multiple marks till date. The doctor clearly didn’t pay attention to what I wanted and pushed a procedure that ended with the worst outcome. Please avoid going here and save yourself the tears and agony of multiple acne marks.

First and foremost if Dr.Dhananjay himslef doesn't provide consultation then stop branding the clinic on his name, patients visit your clinic for sir, and it is really disappointing to know junior dermatologist are consulting on his behalf. Also the services mentioned are not provided to the mark and junior consultant said she forgot to check and standard procedures were not being followed. Both junior dermatologist did not discuss the concerns and only consulted the procedures without knowing and assessing the main concern. They take photographic assessment which was again not discussed during consultation all consultant's focus was centered around selling procedures.

Literally they need to start taking care of how the appointments are set up and how customers are being treated. We booked for an appointment in the morning, and once we arrived, the receptionist told that no appointment was made. This is not just for the first time I am seeing this behaviour from them, it has occurred on multiple instances. While the world is headed towards customer centricity, they are heading in an opposite direction.

I paid the fee for chief dermatologist but was consulted by junior doctor, chief doctor joined me in between for only 10 minutes. Very disappointing and lack of professionalism.

I don't know about others, it may differ from my experience... but for me their treatment help until the medicines lasted.. after 15 days the skin prob resurfaced. Medicines are to be bought from their own medical store... The medicines they gave are very expensive. I got my skin Cure for a local medical store that to for just Rs. 150/-

I spend 40k here ....took injection on face....i didn't get any effect till date.....once you stop to take treatment face is same like before so never recommended anyone for the treatment. I didn't get any proper solution on my pigmentation problem. Again one thing....in reception there is one lady she told you to put a good review on website.

I have done 6 seating with 6 peel and 4 laser treatment of total 25000 with medicine for my acne, scar and pigmentation issue. After all treatment completed over all result is not satisfied, got improvement in less down the skin roughness only, all other problems are as it's and we lost total money.

Dr Sujata is more of a corporate money maker than a dermatologist. she never explain the cause or issues and force you to take package for any treatment. I have been coming to this clinic since a decade with no resolution. Dr Sujata charge you for full acne laser treatment but her treatment is incomplete/partial as she wants you to keep coming. she only giving you acne laser or redness (never scar or healing light) and not both at the same time so that you never heal completely. I know the procedure/treatment, they used to combine more than one laser to address all the issues but thanks to Dr Sujata who make sure you never heal completely. I used to love this clinic earlier with Dr Deepali but Not Good experience with Dr Sujata anymore. Please note - cost is not the concern here..i have been coming to the clinic since a decade now and spend lakhs of money for the skin/hair concerns it's the efficiency of the incomplete/partial treatment given to the skin issues (acne/scars/pigmentation/redness)

Doctor and I decided to go through diode laser hair reduction therapy and they took money according to that.. But they gave me the IPL laser hair reduction treatment insted... Receptionists were forcing me to write a review on their site and rate 5 stars for them. . The people who are trusting patients review and visit their clinic are just being fool. . . Do not visit to this clinic. . It's just waste of money
