Then I came to know about Dr. Syed whose reviews and services had good comments from many people. So i came here for one of the laser procedure but to be true it was the worst decision to visit this clinic. Being a doctor myself i would never suggest anyone. They will lure you with discounted prices and will assure you the best result but in reality there are hardly any result and on top of that they will be adamant with the fact that they did not promise any such result and will ask you to take more sessions ,hence pay more amount to them. Do not fall into the trap. Its a disgrace coming to such fancy clinica giving barely any result.

I went there for tatto removal. They took 15k for 5 sessions and the results are very bad. I am starting all over again with the sessions at some new clinic. I would definitely advice you to avoid going there. 0 value for money. Dr. Nazim is very indifferent about patient results, got only one consultation from him and he did not seem to be interested in my case at all Very bad experience. Please save your money and avoid going there. 🙏

Date: 4th July, 2024 Not a good listener, on clock he finished the consultation within 3 minutes. He is in a hurry for another appointment. Didn't even take the medicines that he recommended. 1 star for good staff. Will see another dermatologist.

My experience with Dr. SAYYAD was not at all good,in order to sell their services,his staff promises to give complimentary services against the treatment but later they deny for providing the same,by simply saying sorry,we can't..very mismanaged organisation and miscommunication between staff and Dr itself..if they can't make up to their promise they shouldn't make any false commitments to their clients. Infact the girl who recommended Dr.Sayyad to me got her complimentary service in return but I got nothing who hv spend money on a treatment. so overall it ws a bad trip. ..don't recommend him at all.. Pls spread the word.. I don't want anybody else to b n their trap.

I went here last week for Acne scars treatment as I have scars on pretty much all my face and had taken CO2 laser treatment and would say that Dr. Syed is not at all friendly and won't tell anything as to which treatment he is performing (CO2, MRI, etc.). - It's been sometime since my treatment and I can tell that few scar areas on my cheeks were deliberately left(so that I can come again for the treatment and they can again make Rs8000/- per sitting). - Dr. Syed won't even answer any of your questions related to the treatment and would just dodge the questions saying that he will answer them once the treatment is performed. During the CO2 laser treatment, he didn't even tell me which kind of treatment (CO2, MRI, chemical peel) he actually is performing and just walked out of the room after the treatment saying you'll have to visit us again after 1 month). - There were also no photographs taken before the treatment. There's only 1 positive point which I would like to emphasize, it being that the clinic is Hygienic. I would advise everyone to never go to Royal Lush for any kind of treatment as they are just making money out of thin air & plz do not rely on the 5 star ratings given on the page as they are paid reviews!!

I had visited this clinic for a removal of accidental scar on my nose. I will tell you the whole story of cash making process... All nurse, hospital staff told me your scar will go away 100%, doctor told 75% will go away and gave me a free treatment of face peel as well which never happened as behaviour of the doctor changed after 2,3 sittings.... They took a hefty amount from me for 3 laser,3 PRP and one more process with 1 face peel complimentary which never happened... They did 2 times PRP and 2 times laser to me which which never gave any result not even 1 % and they have given me almost more than 13,15k rupees medicines.... Hope you understand the margins, he even gave me some anti age cream and my age is 31. After 2 sittings doctor s behaviour just changed and he was like we will give you a call if need to come..... I have given you the genuine feedback now call is yours to go at a place which is more into or only into money making.

I went to meet doctor Syed Nizam for hairfall treatment but instead of doctor Nizam some other doctor treated me without letting me know that some other doctor is treating me. Everytime they are forcing me for PRP treatment which cost around 30,000. Everyone can't afford such huge amount. The lady at the reception was kept on insisting that there is no treatment for hair loss which was quite unprofessional, only PRP is the solution. They seems to be not interested in the problem but rather were trying to fetch money. Further, even before having first discussion they started pitching PRP which was a major red flag. I visited the clinic twice ,both the time doctor Syed was not there some other doctor treated me. Overall I had a bad experience. Since ther is no reply option. Hello, Thank you for your response. Regarding Dr. Syed's non-availability — Before coming to the clinic, we made a telephonic appointment, and the receptionist explicitly stated that Dr. Syed was available. We were not advised that Dr. Nikita would be there until the consultation fees were paid. You should have notified me before paying consultation costs if you were so professional and honest. 2. Yes, I believe that it is your responsibility to advise patients on the best medical options. However, the receptionist began pressuring me to accept the PRP treatment from the beginning, even before the doctor consultation - what’s your receptionist credentials to guide the patient. 3. Yes, no one forced me to seek advice from Dr. Nikita – but why didn't you notify me of this before I paid the consultation fee? You've left us with no alternatives. We only found out that Dr Nikita would be conducting the consultation when we walked to her room. So, double-check your facts. 4. Yes, I did notice a reduction in hair fall. After being constantly asked about my PRP budget by the receptionist, I simply told her it was Rs 2000 to get rid of her. Now, tell me if the outcome was satisfactory, and why your staff was so adamant about getting PRP treatment despite not understanding the fundamental cause of the problem. Stop your unethical behavior and learn to respect your profession. Finally, before responding, learn to use facts.

i have cyst size of apple seed , dr. removed it at very expensive price 15k + consultation charge after minor surgery, the receptionist force me to give 5 star rating idk why but in rude way , but here the catch the cyst came again at same place because it not been taken out properly now i have to go again for surgery and take pain, take a scar for rest of life . i hope dr. doing . that my story with this clinic

Waited an 1.5 hrs for my appointment, dr was late (totally passable as there was heavy traffic in the area).So, i wished the reschedule or cancel the appointment which was denied by the rude staff present there. All in all lost 1000 bucks, won't recommend this place to anyone. Ps- got a call from the dr. later and got my money back.

Dr. Sayed at Royal Lush Skin Clinic is the Most "Disgusting and Pathetic" doctor I have ever come across in my life... He charged more than Rs. 50,000 from me...and ZERO results. I repeat ZERO results.. I also consulted with some other Doctors and told them about Dr. Sayed treatment , everyone saying that He had just done experiment on my skin and nothing else. He played with my emotions :( And when I tried to contact him for the refund he didn't even bother to acknowledge my calls or messages. I STRONGLY STRONGLY warn everyone "NOT" to take any kind of treatment from this THUG. He is neither a good Doctor nor a good Human

I had a terrible experience. I wasted my time and money. The problem that I wanted to get addresed, did not get resolved and instead he created a new problem, for which I had to go to another dermatologist and ended up spending even more money to get that resolved. I lost my time, money, confidence and went through an emotionally and mentally stressful time. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to Dr. Syed.

I went there a couple of months ago after seeing the reviews and I guess that is the worst decision I had made. It is a highly expensive clinic and they are more focussed on making money only. The pharmacy there gave me some about to expiry products and on asking for exchange refused to do so. I hadn't opted for going for blood tests inside their clinic and they said if I opt for doing it outside I have to WhatsApp my report and they will tell me the same and on WhatsApping my report the receptionist was reviewing my report and telling I am anaemic😀I am also a healthcare professionals and I already knew it. They were suggesting to go for PRP for my premature greying without asking whether the person can afford that or not. If you are rich, give it a try for sure.😉

I am a lawyer practicing at Supreme Court. I made a booking and thereafter cancelled it. I got a call today (from a mobile number and a lady was on the other side of the line) that my appointment has been rescheduled. I categorically told the lady that when I had cancelled the appointment then how could she reschedule it without asking me. She then said that she will speak to my wife and when I persisted that I have already cancelled the booking, she misbehaved with me and used intimidating language. I have lodged a police complaint and will ensure that this clinic learns a lesson or two. The people working at this clinic have no manners at all.

Who ever u r... replying on behalf of that fraud doctor ...then Let me tell u if I were interested in refund then I would have asked for total 6000 rupees coz the total cost of expenditure was 6000 with medicines for scars n bruises caused by hydra facial. U r bundle of crooks sitting there n just taking money from patients without even knowing the requiments of patients. I inquired from doctor about the results as I also informed him that I had family function to attend next day... doctor was v confident n said that u would get a nice glow, which I never got. Also I was assured of the results I thought that I was in safe hands which was my mistake.... it’s not the matter of 3000rs it’s the matter of paying for spoiling my skin... that’s why I asked for refund... I never used any indecent words for anyone in fact doctor was v rude n indifferent... after giving so many bruises he asked me to purchase costly medicines for my scars n bruises which u r calling redness... u were not there to see for how many days I suffered from the scars n bruises. Cheapest parlour in Delhi would be better then royal lush... I wish I would have gone to one instead of going to dr syed. It shows in your reply that what is hurting u the most the refund of 3000rs which was promised by doctor himself. If any way then I can upload the WhatsApp messages here. God save other patients... u keep the 3000rs ur doctor will need it coz I think v soon u will loose all your patients.

My brother took treatment from here, after 3 months all the hairs of the transplant fell. We asked Dr Syed, he said he can't do anything now. Only money minded doctor, total money waste.

Dr. Syed is very good and treats person with honestly but his staff specially Nisa, she is really rude, unethical and unprofessional. In my case she refused to refund medicine which is unopened and bought in excess by mistake. She kept that money stating that she has to change entire book of account and also denied to give doctor number. Really disappointed.

Doctor's treatment is fine, but he responds with sarcasm to patient's genuine questions. Zero considerations for their privacy and discretion. Seemed very unprofessional for a doctor.

No result of laser hair reduction just waste of money

Patience cannot be taught to anyone not even to a doctor. all the negative reviews have been blamed onto the respective visitors. That’s says it all. 5star review means I am indebted. 1star means you are idiot. I just hope medical field wasn’t this much commercial & less compassionate. Better be more human none is God. Action speaks louder than words. It’s not our obligation to rate it 5star if we disagree.
