Great Service. Happy about the results. Good Doctors. But make sure you have enough free time before you go there. The main problem is they have no value for time. Even if you get an appointment,it'll take hours long wait for consultation and procedures. Inefficient reception customer care.

I have first hand experience with skin transformation in Skin Secrets. I started to take skin care seriously after my first visit and the results have been surprisingly fabulous. I had to be patient though, because I had to revive years and years of damage. It took a very unfortunate acne breakout for me to take skin care seriously. But of course, prevention would have been easier. Dr Anjana and Dr Preetha helped me slowly recover my skin from within. I was able to clear my acne, uneven skin tone and minimise my pores with the treatments suggested by them. The clinic is very clean and the staff is very courteous. If you do pay a visit, please book an appointment. The waiting is too long otherwise. Pros: Very effective treatments, knowledgeable doctors, clean clinic, follow up Reminders, caring staff Cons: limited parking, long waiting time (without appointment it's even longer)

I was visiting skin secrets after a long time.. So happy to see the new premises... ❤️new faces in the ground floor, they welcomed me and made me feel so good..i met my lovely Doctor shared my concerns, i am ready to restart my skin care routine...higly recommended ❤️❤️

The doctors and the service is great in this clinic. Can't thank enough for the service and the highly efficient staffs. I had my face clear and they helped through my severe acne issues.

Located in near changampuzha park , kochi I visited there almost 5 times for fungal issue in my back head , first time there removed and after a 3 month its again back. Also again i go there and removed the fungal infection on my head. After 6 month its again happen. So their treatment not good . I switched to another place . The amount is high . When we visited their new hospital we think its a 5 star hotel or something. Ill give 5 stat for their interial and atmosphere not in the service

False advertising. Prp on screen 3500. When asked they said 18% gst is not added and comes to 5000. But when I calculate it was Rs 4130. And I asked the same question and they said it was only for group booking which was clearly not shown in the advertisement. Let's see what justification will they provide for this one. As I am reading your reply. 1) In your advertisement, there is no mention of the terms and conditions at the bottom or even in a small section. That has to be out in mate. I know my rights to make reviews. 2) And clearly your guys gave that piece of paper to me as you can see the photo. When asked about the GST calculations they just sat there. There were about 5-7 staffs and none answered my question with clarity. And if you still think that's a calculation mistake at my end, prove me wrong. 3) It's also my right to share my review on my experience. That's what it is for. And if you don't want to tarnish your image then may be provide better experience with no false advertising. Could you point out these things ? It's not about money mate,it's all about clarity. And if you still have problem with me on editing my review then do something in your organisation to change things rather than making it your customers fault. Thanks for agreeing that your advertisement was misleading in an indirect way.

DONT LOOK AT THE GOOGLE MAP RATING! Only reason they have good map review is that they ask every customer to put the review before the treatment! Me and my friend had a terrible experience from here, just waited 10000 from here. No changes whatsoever!

Very bad experience. There is no consistency in their procedure. Each time you go for the same facial, the steps are different and when asked they said to pay more which i was not told during the consultation. Truly disappointed

During a recent appointment, Dr. Archana prescribed wrong dosage of Valaciclovir for Herpes Zoster. When discovered, I contacted a pharmacy in Edapally, they informed me the correct dosage. Later informed this to Skin Secrets and they apologise for the mistake. Totally disappointed with the consultation.

Waiting ,waiting and waiting!! They don't value other people's time at all. They give appointments and make people wait. For treatment, make sure the doctor does it; otherwise, the staff will do it, and you are paying the doctor to perform the procedure, not the staff. Please make the clinic a walk-in location so that people understand they will have to wait and do not need to make any plans that day. Completely disappointed .

I regret now for suggesting skin secrects for my family members. My family members and I were their clients for 5 months. I got consecutive eye infections after using the shampoo given by a doctor from Skin secrets . As I was out of town ,my mother contacted the office to connect with the doctor to check that the shampoo could cause any allergies. She tried calling them from morning and until evening they were reluctant to connect with the doctor and keep telling her that the doctor was doing some procedures. PRO , who spoke with her, suggested taking an online consultation for the next day and pay the money for it. It doesn't make any sense to me. If they want consultation fees , just to clarify a health concern for their own product, it seems so unfair. Later in the evening , I complained through instagram profile and informed them that we won't be coming again to clinic anymore and then they were reveling that the doctor which we asking for the clarity was on her emergency leave. They would have said this before otherthan forcing my mother to call several times and keep waiting for a reply. As they have many number of doctors in their panel, anyone in their panel should have addressed it instead of asking us to wait another day for fees and consultation. After sending messages, they replied to me regarding my concern. My family has spent thousands of rupees for the consultations, procedures, and for medicines over there. We won't be visiting again or suggesting this place to anyone else. It is not able money always , be kind to others who call for their concerns. For everyone their own heath is important and the excuse like, we would like prescribe another shampoo if you get an consultation even after knowing that the medicines are not available in the country which am I in was a funny excuse. Initially, I visited them to improve my skin's appearance, purchasing all the expensive products they recommended. Unfortunately, these products made my skin even darker. When I informed them, they suggested that the only solution was a chemical peel. I underwent multiple chemical peels, but saw no significant improvement. Later, I opted for laser hair removal and paid for the treatment package upfront, which included the doctor’s appointments. After completing three sessions, I saw no noticeable change in my hair growth. When I informed the doctor, she asked if I had PCOD, which I do not. She assured me that the next session would be better. I completed four sessions in total, but within 2 weeks, my facial hair growth returned to its original state. Unfortunately, I had to take a break from the sessions due to pregnancy. After my pregnancy, I called to resume my service by booking an appointment. When I arrived, they asked me to pay 600 rs for the appointment, despite my prepaid package. I explained that I was there for a laser session, which I had already paid for, but they insisted I see the doctor first. That day, I was running late and forgot my purse. I had 500rs and told them I would pay the remaining 100rs next time. Despite my situation and the fact that I had a small baby at home, they refused to proceed without the full payment. I tried to pay via Google Pay, but it didn't go through. I requested to pay the balance on my next visit, but they remained adamant. Finally I paid through a friend and understood that people here have no empathy or don't know how to treat a customer. Despite my dissatisfaction, I completed my laser service with them, and as expected, within two weeks, my facial hair regrowth was the same as before. I felt the staff there were more focused on making money by recommending expensive treatments rather than addressing patient concerns. Later, I went to another clinic for laser treatment. The follow-up session cost at Skin Secrets was the cost for the entire six-session package. I suggest you choose a doctor who genuinely wants to help, rather than one who prioritizes profit, like the Skin Secrets clinic.

One of the hopeless doctor Is Archana.Never visit this doctor.they are very poor in diagnosis and charging a huge amount.I took my daughter to another hospital where they have diagnosed soon.Now she is completely recovered.

Disappointing Follow-up Experience with Dermatologist - Lack of Personalized Care- Ms.Farisha-Extremely Rude I went in to consult Dr.Anjana for acne,as few friends suggested this clinic.Since I stay abroad and only had 2 months time, she suggested few procedures and creams. Obviously I was not hoping for an overnight miracle, but I wanted to start a routine which I could continue. I initially had a positive experience during my first appointment,Dr.Anjana was extremely nice, which led me to go in for a second procedure before going back abroad. However, my second visit left me disappointed and frustrated. After undergoing a black peel treatment, I started experiencing an increase in pimples on my face from the next day. The clinic contacted me a week later to know the update and I express my concerns. They promised to connect me with Dr.Anjana. After following up with them for about another 2 weeks, they connected me with Dr. Preetha, who suggested I take medications to address the issue-which was caused due to the procedure. I decided not to take oral medicines. I asked them if they could refund me Rs 5000/- for the Black Peel Procedure I did, and worsened the situation of my face. They told they would get back to me.I also specifically requested to consult with Dr. Anjana, the doctor I had previously seen. Unfortunately, the clinic informed me that they would need to discuss my case with the doctor before confirming the appointment, leaving me in limbo. I followed up for a while, until one day I got a call from them and I was asked to talk to Ms.Farisha. I would not call her a doctor- as she did not show any professionalism of one who is! I was consulting Dr.Anjana, and Ms.Farisha had only met me twice to do the procedure- she had not spoken to me nor know my lifestyle. It did not take her a second to blame my lifestyle and food habits as reason for the breakouts on the day after procedure and to hand over the phone and walk away while I was expressing my concern. I was told I would get a call back from them soon after discussing with Dr.Anjana, and I'm still waiting! Its been 5 months and all I could do is call/text them- which they do not respond to, or wait until I go back to India to have a word with them. Pathetic.

Please think twice before visiting this place. A government hospitals customer service is far better than the one you get here except for their follow up call regarding the next appointment. I returned a few medicines almost 2 months ago and still haven't received my refund. You call them regarding this to which they say we'll get back to you. Not even once have I gotten a call from them in all these months irrespective of the fact that I have called them multiple times, I ask them for their manager to which their response is the usual saga and I quote "We will get back to you". There are better clinics in kochi that provide much simpler and excellent customer service. Never ever going to visit this place in my life nor suggest it to anyone ! THE WORST !!

Really disappointed with the face cleanup treatment. They spent hardly 10 mins doing something on the face in the garb of cleanup. I could not find any difference when I went home and checked. All the whiteheads were still there. This isn't what I paid 2500/- for. Certainly not worth it.

Two time I took the appointment for one of the senior Dr and the appointment time given as 10.30 AM. But when we arrived two time they said Dr is on emergency leave. But actually the Dr is no more working there. Dear Management kindly update the details in website as well as reception. If somebody not working there why ur giving appointment time for the same person ? …

just a normal dermatology clinic, nothing great is going on here, I feel they prescribe treatment based on our financial status, Therefore, ordinary people are not given much consideration, they convince us and send us away without giving much importance to what we say. A lot of unnecessary staff can be seen at the reception. We don't need to build a big building and put uninformed doctors in it, instead, we need doctors who have love and knowledge even if it is a small hut.

I had a terrible experience at a place where they only prioritize cash transactions. When I requested my prescription for a second opinion, they demanded 600 rupees just for the prescription. I strongly advise against visiting this place. Thank you.

❌ Worst experience. 👎👎👎 I consulted Dr Anjana at skin secrets to find a solution for retinol burn. She wasn’t paying much attention to my skin problem instead she was suggesting some treatments which doesn’t do much to retinol burn. Though they charged 600/- for consultation, she spend less than 3 mins to hear my problems. I’ve asked them whether these treatments what they had suggested are for retinol burn and they confirmed it will show some results. For the treatments they charged ~25,000/- for a single sitting! 😱 I didn’t see any results after paying a huge amount. Very much disappointed with my experience here.

Do not recommend. They do not value your time at all. I visited the clinic after taking appointment and when i reached there, they said Dr went for procedure and told me me to wait 30 mins. After 30mins there was no news from them and when i enquired they sai Dr had left. They did not even communicate this to me untill i enquired . and they collect your data as well. They wasted almost 45 mins of mine without even allowing to consult Dr. They just do business through celebrities and do not value common man.

The reception staff cannot communicate their services properly. I requested to speak with someone who speaks better English to inquire about their treatments, and the receptionist assured me that someone would call back in a couple of hours. I've been waiting all day and have yet to receive a call!

While the treatment and Dr. Preethi are commendable, I must express my disappointment with the service provided. It is disheartening to see them prioritize monetary gains over ethical practices. Despite being a loyal patient for almost a year, I was taken aback when they suddenly requested a consultation fee during my recent visit, even for a procedure. When I raised my concerns, they explained that it had always been their policy. However, I couldn't help but notice that they conveniently overlooked asking for payment throughout the previous months of last year and the beginning of this year. It was in May when they first informed me about this supposed rule. If it were genuinely their policy, they should have implemented it consistently from the beginning, rather than selectively applying it and claiming it as their rule. This inconsistent approach leaves me questioning their ethical standards.

DONT ever VISIT this place. If you have plenty if money and are looking for a way to simply waste and throw it a way then you are at the correct place. I consulted the main Dr Anjana And she is perfect example of how a DOCTOR should never be. A doctor should spent her time in examing the concerns and worries of the patient and listen to them and make them comfortable and if anjana doesnt have time for that she better try any other job. She just knows how to deal when it comes to celebrities and foriegners. The purpose of a customer visiting a dermatologist is for a proper guidance and cure for a concern. It was my first time and i had to wait 2 long hrs to see her she was so busy with a foreigner client but as i entered the room she didnt even spare a 2 minutes to listen to my queries. I was literally standing and telling her my concerns and she was busy listing products on her system from the moment i entered and asked her assistant to take me to 2 treatments didnt even told me what it is for and gave me a list of products to buy from their pharmacy.Worst experience.
