Must say very professional yet friendly doctor and staffs. Got my concerned addressed in a simple layman way. Usually i am not at all comfortable with any kind of injections and was not sure about getting a filler injection on my face. Thankfully everything was done so effortlessly and so patiently and i didn’t even imagine that this fillers things are so simple and easy. results are just the way i wanted it to be. I did PRP from La Derma Park street under Dr khusbu Tantia's guidance ,, i was very much tensed and nervous as i had super sensitive skin but the result was magical which cannot b described in words . U urself give it a try and witness the magical result yourself

The service of this clinic (La Derma, Park Street Branch) is good...I have started my skin treatment (Chemical Peel). First session was perfect but in second session I got some skin burns due to high concentration of solution. Hope that my third session won't be painful. Results are visible after my first session. Pigmentation level has lowered down. I was scared for my first session but Dr. RUCHI MISHRA was gentle and humble enough to comfort me throughout the session and after as well. Receptionist were also polite and assistant staff too. Environment of the clinic was fine. But I kindly request them to be more careful to deal with patient's care especially skin. The burns are painful even though its mild. But one can definitely go ahead for this clinic for any medical assistance as their services are really good. This is was my honest review. I came to Le Derma Park Street just before my wedding and I just came to the right place for my skin and hair and Dr Ruchi Mishra is a magician and she is supremely skilled at her job and is very warm and helpful. The behaviour of the staff is very nice and warm. For any concerns for your skin and hair this place is heaven.

I have been doing my laser hair removal from la dream Park Street and have got amazing results. The price is affordable for 6-7 settings. Special thanks to Lakshmi,my technician who has done my LHR. Worth mentioning is the well behaviour and understanding of the Receptionist!

I visited the Park Street branch for my pigmentation concern. I am really happy with the service and can see visible results in just 3 sessions . I still have few more sessions left . Not good I have spent 6k for a laser service my skin has become more dark even after taking care post treatment.. not that worthy..

Terrible experience! Went to the park street branch and took the Cinderella IV drip worth 12k rupees, but was not allowed to ask to view the contents of the drip. When we asked to see the vials, the nurses and doctor got irritated, did not let us take a picture of the medicines use for my drip. Started to act extremely suspicious and said it is not “clinic policy”. The vials were being injected into the drip by the receptionist sitting in the reception - no gloves, no sanitisation. When asked to do a patch test prior to the drip, nurse got irritated and said “No one does it, it’s safe, everyone takes it”. Very poorly trained people (mostly receptionist) trying to carry out medical procedures, ill behaved and get annoyed if people ask too many questions. The doctor who was present did not even turn up for removing the drip after over and all of this work was being done by the receptionist there. In short, terrible service and highly unprofessional staff. I would suggest not to go here!!

Extremely bad service specially saltlake branch staffs r not well behaved. Last 10 yrs i am doing carbon Qswitch laser from banglore even once or twice i have done from durgapur extremely good result 1st tym i have done from le derma 1stly they are very unprofessional with bad behaviour even the staff who do the treatment they are not certified they burn my face after that i called them for help they r not receivng may call . Plz dont go even i ll post on other social media so that this types of services should be closed immediately even doctor dont do anything treatmentbis done by staff who r not certified

So this is a incident of oct 2023. I had a consultation with Dr Datta about hyperpigmentation on my face and underarms and neck. After various options he suggested I should go for cosmelan peel and assured that it is a one time thing and has permanent results and will cover all my areas. Showed me a sample, it was of someone's face. I asked if it will work on underarms as well. He said yes it will have same effect. Now cosmelan peel comes in a kit which costs 35k. I asked if only the peel is available, the doc said no it only comes in a kit. Now on a rash decision I bought it. The day of the procedure one of girl brought the kit, took out the peel and gave the rest to me. She also had another bottle of peel with her. She only applied one layer on the underarms (no neck or the concerned part of face) and said to wait 30 mins then I can go home and wash it after 8 hours. I went home but I had the doubt that the peel was not from my kit but from someone else's extra after applying. It had 0 results. They kept telling me it will peel after some days. 7 , 14 days went by nothing happened. Finally I went back and confronted them. Then they said peels can have different results for different places and if I had mentioned it she would have applied on the neck also. That's when I asked how can you if you have only one peel. She said they have the peel separately (the doc told it only comes in kit) . All I had was very little peel. Even a pharmacy peel will have better result than that. After a lot of back and forth they said when I come for the next appointment they will give me a local peeling. I've visited twice after that but they never mentioned such things. And now I've given up because after spending 35k there's no meaning of a local peel of 3k. My fault was I fell for the sweet talking and didn't do my proper research but as a clinic they also should not misguide people for the sake of money. Only if they mentioned that peeling results varies from person to person, I would've never bought that. And even after I bought it I'm 80% sure they kept my bottle aside and used someone else's. Very poor experience overall.

Worst clinic ever! They are unprofessional, no knowledge about any treatments. Even the doctor and staff gives the treatment very recklessly, I took underarm treatment, they have burnt my shoulder while applying some kind of peel. And they treat as if nothing has happened. Please guys never go to this clinic.

Poor communication. Books appointment and later denies treatment at offered price. Not satisfactory experience.

I am sharing my review after a full 1 month, so I went here for my acne problem. I consulted Dr khushboo but she did not provide any medicine according to my problem, she just suggested me some skin care product which was way too expensive for me. The worst thing about the doctor was that she was in such hurry that she was not listening to my problem properly. All I want to say is that if you need any treatment then you should go here or else you should visit a normal dermatologist.
