Had visited Dr. Keerthana Kalva in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad for laser acne treatment. I am so glad that I chose her for this treatment. She was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her. She explained every step of the procedure clearly and was very gentle when administering the laser. Doctor is good but after consultation, the process is too lengthy almost 1 hr time is killed since staff coordination is very bad... 12.30 walked inn with a appointment and walked out 2.20pm.. Poor customer service.

Our appointment was fixed at 4pm so we called around 2:15 pm and we informed that we are on our way to the inform cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics where DR. Keerthana is working and while we are on call at 2:15 pm receptionist told that it was impossible for Dr.keerthana to meet us as she was having meeting at that time . They don't even have the audacity to tell that Dr. would be having meeting until an unless we called ourselves Dr.keerthana has wasted our precious time and we the receptionist told us to come by 3 and then again we called around 2:57pm and told that we will be reaching within 5 minutes and we exactly reached around 3:05 pm and when we went there the receptionist told that the DR. KEERTHANA had already left stating meeting is more important than patients. They themselves changed the appointment timings and when we reached there accordingly the doctor has already left .

"I found my sessions with the lady counselor at inform clinic's Jubilee hills and I am so disappointed and unhelpful. Their approach seemed disorganized and lacking in structure. I didn't feel like they truly listened to my concerns or offered meaningful insights. It often felt like they were just going through the motions without any genuine engagement. Additionally, scheduling appointments was a hassle, as they frequently canceled or rescheduled last minute. Overall, my experience was frustrating and did not provide the support I was hoping for."

Doctor keerthana is very patient. Staff is very arrogant. I don't know if doctor is aware of what staff is doing. Doctor has prescribed 2 injections vitamin b12 and vitamin d. Staff told it costs 2500 rupees for these injections. But if you purchase same medicines from a pharmacy that just costs you less than 100 or 150 rupees. I was shocked when they told the price. Doctor adviced laser treatment for me but after seeing this fraud i decided not to go there again.

1 Week Update: Doctor prescribed some expensive medicines which are not readily available outside and only available in their clinic and the worst part was the medicines had a bad reaction. My mothers condition worsened. I visited this hospital after reading the reviews but I now advise everyone reading this review to stay away from this place. I am taking my mother to Care Hospital for a better treatment. Edit2: Care Hospital Doctor asked us to immediately stop taking Dr. Keerthanas medicine. It is her medicine which worsened the condition of my mother. Proper testing and examination was not done before suggesting the medicines. I would highly recommend everyone to stay clear of this clinic. The receptionist is very rude and don't know how to talk politely with respect. She acts as if we are at her grace here.

Very bad, omg she charged me to much, & given me very costly creams, after using tat my skin has so much damaged, I went 2nd time but no, means no , still I am suffering from problem, so much attitude

One of my friend has visited the clinic few days ago, as the receptionist has spoken unparliamentary language and rude behaviour with the patient as it continuously go on, no one will be preferred to visit the clinic again. The management should be taken action as it should not continue again.

Receptionist Women Doesn't know any kind of ethics, and she uses stingy language specially the old lady out there.. In addition to this Had a bad experience with the treatment as After paying a Huge amount they insist to pay extra amount which isn't fair..... People should b aware of the staff playing politics over there.. Mainly with the reception Lady who Has an Arrogant Nature...

Best to avoid these type of clinics. Very poor treatment. Makes money by prescribing unnecessary supplements. I went for treatment of acne/pimples and hair fall. By taking treatment from them, the pimples and hair loss have aggravated and made my face very ugly.

West of money and no result no response really disponted
