All are fake reviews, they only care about the people who pay huge amount . I wanted to meet Dr saguna for that I paid 800 consultation fee but the receptionist made me to meet Jr doctor, i asked her i wanted to meet Dr saguna to clear some doubts about my 2 years daughter injury , the receptionist asked me to pay extra 800 for that. I had an argument and left . Agian they called me on phone to visit Dr saguna so I went to the clinic, after meeting the receptionist ,she asked me about the payment conformation which i have done through gpay because they are not able to see on their transaction list so inshared screen shot after that ,they made me to wait 2 hours . My 2 years kid fed up upon waiting and started crying like crazy i requested the receptionist to send us to meet the doctor, but she was telling some bullshit stories and send the.patients who came after us. I clearly understood she wantedly did this. I realised that she called to check the payment status on my phone not.for the visit, i left the place without meeting the doctor. That stupid lady made my 2 years kid cry and suffer there. They only give value for those who pay huge amount not for one time visitors .

But i am not at all happy, after checking my face doctor gave me medicines but those are burned on face and also eyes. Too much burning sensation i felt. So immediately informed to clinic but pathetic situation was no response from clinic for 1 day.
