They destroyed my side look by uneven look. I am very unsatisfied with the service here. They waste my two sessions. I want solution for these two sessions. Kaya is famous for their expertise and their highly skilled work but it seems like they even don't know the ABC of professionalism of leser treatment. I mean how... Even I told the therepist to take care for the side lock and neck specially but still ... As I got this experience 2nd time , I will never recommend Kaya to my family, friends. I want these 2 session's solutions. Pls ...we paid you lots of money and you waste our money. Very very unsatisfactory.

I am an old customer of Kaya. My current therapist is Indrani, her services are very good and I am totally happy with the customer service provided by her, however due to some unknown reason I was booked in with Sampa (Lead Therapist) for a facial. All I can say is that it was a horrible experience overall, this lady kept me waiting in the room twice for about 15 mins each time, she did not provide any massage which is fundamental in facial services, also she did not bother to do any blackhead extraction, when I asked her why she was skipping this essential step I was told it is not necessary. Really????? It was a waste of time and money, totally unexpected from a LEAD THERAPIST, Really speed up your game.

The doctor here needs more proffesionalism…i went for consultation, while i was asking him any relevant questions he was getting agitated.While entering i noticed the staffs were also not in a good relationship with him, their way of speaking with him took me to surprise as well!I expected a facial (which on call was mentioned starts from various packages)while i reached there after my free consultation,they just had there two standard options which was costly and a package.I wouldnt comment on the treatment as i didnot take..but very unimpressive set up..

As per my experience 1 star is also is more than enough. Now coming to my experience. Last year in the month of august i think , i had gone through a treatment called PRP for hair loss issue. They charged more than 50k for the same. After having 10 session of the treatment i found that nothing is improving rather than i had lost more hair. The doctor suggested for 2 more session. Then i realized that they are making fool. Its a normal practice of the clinic to loot the valuable money from us. I didnt remember the name of the doctor she is a lady doctor. After doing 10 session a became 100% bald person . Now i am going for hair transplant from other places. So its my humble request to all of u if u are going for PRP treatment plz dont waste your money at kaya clinic once again i am saying Please dont't go at kaya clinic-Purna Das Road.

This place has just taken money and the results are zero. I had taken a laser hair removal package of 6 sessions, and what a waste that was. The hair growth has increased. Hair quality has become thicker. Please dont even think of taking any service from them. I made a mistake and am suffering.

I had taken hair remove laser treatment of Six sessions... But there was not effect, I can say zero effect...Instead of that they are charging 3000/- for every mantaince service... Loot is going on... In first three to four session I thought there will be some improvement in next session but i was annoyed by seeing no results after six session and one maintaince session ( 3000/- extra) .... "I am standing there where I have started the first session".... They only talk sweetly but result is zero... Thanks Kaya for wasting my money 🙏

I have been suggested for aqua radiance facial bcoz it will remove tan n pigmentation n bring glow in face. But facial was not a facial only a 10 min massage on face n application of syrum. I just felt like I washed my face not a single impact on my tan observed. When I asked for no result of facial, the lady suggested go for more costly facial. Worst ever facial I experienced with spending Rs.2500/-. I ll never opt kaya in future n also suggest those ppl,who ve worth of their money n skin, to never visit kaya.

Did not have a good experience here. The doctor is good and cleanliness wise it was fine but I think the quality of therapists is not upto standard and I was made to wait for upto an hour after being asked to change despite having an appointment. The level of professionalism is much higher at Kaya Louden Street.
