Ive been a regular customer to renew derma from almost 4-5 years now. The reason ive been constant to them is thier unmatchable services. From thier friendly/professional staff to thier tidy neet environment and offcourse thier services, and a special thank to ritu mam (thier representative) who helps u with the consultation thingy. I deal with cystic acne and oily face as ive rigid pcos. And after my treatments not only it cleared my face but also left my face with a natural glow and even tone. Im soo soo happy with the results that i got. Ive taken numerous treatments till now starting from laser treatment itself then moving forward to chemical peels, high frequency, iv drips, laser treamtment, derma rollers and derma pen four. As i deal with pcos i had really thick hair on my face and what not. But now my skin is super soft and hairfree and not only that but really even and pigment free skin. I get compliments where ever i go. And im so grateful to Dr simran mam who always listens to me and suggest me what suits best for my skin. I can just never thank them enough. I’m getting multiple treatments from Renew Derma and the results have been amazing to say the least. In just 2 sessions my freckles are close to gone and have got just one chemical peel done yet and the pigmentation have also reduced to a great extent. They doing scam if someone ask them one sitting to check their products and treatment they makes fool about package when you buy pakage in first sitting you understand their third class facilities and when you ask for refund they charge you according to single sitting charge and only refund you 30 percent and with their new change behaviour

Disappointing Experience – No Results I took laser hair removal sessions and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite following all the recommended guidelines, I saw no results even after 10 sessions. The clinic made big promises, but the treatment was ineffective.

I didn’t wanted to give negative feedback to a Clinic which I promoted so much on Social Media. I took my full Body laser from them. Paid 50K. And Got no results. My hands and legs are still Filled with Hair. I booked 8 sessions, cuz obviously there were no results, they provided me 4-5 extra session. but still Nothing was working. Also, in the Middle of the procedure, 2-3 sessions were given by IPL machine, Which i know gives no result. Do not waste your money here. And Better Opt for Any other clinic. Staff was untrained too, mostly of them are 21-23 years old girls, got no degree or specialised course for the same field. Worst place to be, recommend every person to not be there I have spent 60k nd when the results didn't came they add a package of 15k and meanwhile I was taking sessions from them I got diagnosed with hepatitis C then their behaviour changed completely nd they refused to give me more sessions nd sometimes they say we can do prp. They are not doctors just a bunch of greedy people who don't respect ur time nd money. They have refunded the amount after 3months nd my hairs condition went worst. They were far better before. Nd one thing also there is a manipulative lady who keeps buttering you nd when u save there number u will see that the package that u have picked is available on much cheaper price Don't go there nd respect ur time nd money

What a waste of time at this so called clinic! So the moment you enter, it feels like a very artificial place, extra efforts are made to make it look luxurious but those have been to quality dermats would know at first instance the difference! Due to unavailability of appointment at my regular place, I visited renew derma, on the basis of the reviews it had (now I am sure most are paid) - I waited for my turn to get the derma-planing done, they asked me to fill in a form, and I filled it. - then they took me to one lady (doc or aesthetician probably), who asked me the concern. When I told her that I’m here for dermaplaning, she wanted to convince me that I should get laser done! I mean if I want to I shall get it, please stop with your cheap selling skills! - then they asked me to wait again, I asked how much time would it take. The assistant took me to the counter and asked me to make the payment first. I politely asked her as why should I pay first, I would like to avail the service first and ofcourse I will pay at the end. I won’t run away for merely 2’500 rs, to which she enquired with one of her seniors, and she said it’s okay I can pay later- I told her that this is weird as one pays after service only at any of the established clinics or salon! - just when I was about to go to the treatment room, there was a lady (slightly chubby) who didn’t sound like a professional at all- she came to me and told me that you have to pay first or you may refuse for the service!!!!!!! I was amazed at the audacity of this lady, that too for such a petty amount. I told her clearly it’s nothing to do with money but more with the customer service, and post this I left. This clearly portrays that this clinic has nothing to do with customer service, but all what they are concerned about is if your payment is done or not- 0 customer service, 0 empathy, 0 basic courtesy! This way the business might run for a short while, but if the only motive is to earn money and not customers, then all the best with survival of the business. The owners or the management should look into educating the basics to the staff. Horrible and terrible experience

My experience was extremely unprofessional: I had made an appointment a week in advance for a pigmentation treatment with their specialist doctor, and I even paid 80% of the cost upfront. I clearly mentioned that I was only in the city for a few days. However, when I arrived on the appointed day, they seemed clueless about my booking. To make matters worse, there was no doctor available, but they didn't bother to inform me beforehand. They proceeded to start a different therapy without my consent, which was not what I had scheduled. When I asked about a refund for my payment, they evaded giving me a clear answer. Instead, they insisted I purchase their medication, as if that would compensate for the money I had already paid. Overall, this whole experience felt incredibly negative and the people involved were highly unprofessional. It was a complete waste of my time and money.

Completely unprofessional….. They are so so so greedy….. I visited there clinic few months ago, the doctor suggested some treatment for next 6 months according my skin condition. But once the treatment started and 50 % advance was done they were so so casual everytime I visited they were doing all different facials which were useless and kept asking for rest 50 % money it feels like they don’t care about ur skin condition they are only greedy for money and nothing. I cannot see any improvement in my skin my skin problem is still the same and they don’t care about it. I kept saying them that my problems has not been sorted out but they didn’t listen. At last I stopped going there….stay away from this type of greedy clinic….worst worst worst experience.

I suppose among all these fake reviews, which clinic ordered to create good image only my review is real. I came for laser treatment and saw very unprofessional stuff. Firstly, they don't give glasses to protect eyes. Only at the end of procedure when i asked them for glasses because its compulsory they gave me. Secondly, no privacy. The cabinet, where procedure was provided was near to hall, so whenever master of laser came out/in, people who pass near saw me, when i was changing my closes also. Thirdly, treatment was very long, after procedure i got enough burns on my skin. It means they use old equipment also, new laser machines don't create any pain, allergies and of course don't leave burns. (I have good experience after treatment by new laser machine). Anyway, next day i visited clinic again to get refund for package which they sold me. They refunded not according to package price, left big amount for themselves. Just cheated and even after complain got their benefit. My advice: be careful when you choose cosmetology clinic, they don't take any responsibility for your health. Check reviews properly.

The old staff is highly unprofessional, resolute, disrespect ful, giving false commitments to the extent of spoiling the Clinic's name. PS - GET ALL THE TREATMENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF DR.SIMRAN ONLY, WHO IS A GEM & concerned about the results & satisfaction of the clients.

i visited this place 2 weeks back.the dermatologist i met was kind and did ensure she was almost about to address all my concerns while having a consultation, however i could feel since they had another customer who was in,the other attendant literally pushed me off so that they can attend the other customer. i felt neglected as i was told to walk out of the room and would be guided about various skin treatment packages by another attendant. the other attendant who was told to discuss various packages was least bothered and had zero hospitality skills(wish i could remember her name). When i asked her to write down and let me know abt the various packages she pushed me further to the receptionist and didn't even bother to listen. the receptionist was very kind though and tried her to help with all questions i had. the packages were a little expensive but i would have registered and paid right there if the treatment and hospitality of that one girl who was told to discuss packages (attendant) wasn't so care free.

Fatima is my love. I participated in a carbon laser package in this clinic four months ago. After that, when I went and in the middle of the session, the machine stopped working in the middle of the session. The black mask was on her body, and the weather was very cold. They did not even give her hot water to take a shower. cold water, her body almost burned at that time because the machine was fond of smoke, and then they said that we apologize for that and we will buy a new instrument, she has been waiting for four months and there is no new machine or carbon laser session and we are very upset because we were deceived from this clinic So we have all the evidence and send it to the Indian Ministry of Health email and also to the Center for Foreign Citizens Officials in India because they refuse to return our money to us

Hello everyone, I am Doctor Fatima Bassem. She participated in a carbon laser package in this clinic. Unfortunately, she is waiting for four months. They took the money for the package, but they did not do any sessions for her. In addition to that, when she went to do the first session, the machine was out of order, and my patient had to take a shower in it. Cold water to remove the black mask, because the machine was out of order and almost burned her body. She has been in contact with the clinic for four months now, and no one answers her. Six will see the clinic’s administrator. Until now, my patient’s money has not been returned, and also that my patient Fatima came a month ago and her skin was burnt, and when I asked her She said, “I did a hair removal session in the clinic, and because of the negligence of the worker and because of the failure of the machine, my patient’s skin was burned, and I have enough medical reports to prove this statement. In addition, Fatima treated this burn for an amount of 140,000 Indian rupees, and the medical reports are available and prove these words, and I, in my capacity as her doctor, and in my capacity His doctor, and I swore not to be silent about any wrongdoing, so I will act legally with this clinic, and I will submit a complaint and evidence with everything I have to the Indian Ministry of Health. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not professional and honest. They charged me so much money and didn't provide me certification. Worst place to join for any certification. They are not refunding my money. Waste of time and money.This clinic is not cetrified and no idea how this business exsist. They charging lot of money to provide certification when they are not allowed to do this. They are not providing any training or giving any certification.They are providing false information.

Very bad and fraud clinic.. They promised me that my face mole would be completely removed in 2 session and take 4-6 months to disappear scar from face but after taking money 9000/- included cream+ 2000 outside medicines.. they couldn't successfully remove my face moles in 2 session, when I called them and asking about mole removal treatment further without extra money they denied and asked for 4000 rupees more. They now blocked my number and not giving me treatment further.. I filed a complaint in consumer court against renew derma skin clinic.. and inke bas ki jab nhi tha mole hatana to kyu mera face kharab kiya or money bhi..I am very disappointed...don't go to this clinic for any mole removal treatment.they may be good at other services but not good for mole removal

Very much unsatisfied with their behaviour firstly they promised that they will cure my skin problem and than with their medicine it became more worse and very unprofessional they even don't reply call and msgs I must say ethics doesn't matter for some people matters only money .

They don't have any experience totally unprofessional staff no proper room for ladies roim where they do treatment that gate is open front of outstanding people directly no proper privacy for ladies and about main thing they convince people for packages if someone say about one sitting to check there facilities they makes you fool about package with discount when you take this package after they take 50 percent of advance from you and when you get their worst treatment which makes you disappointed after that they'll not refund your money if you want money refund they will charge you triple and gives yor only 30 percent back only 70 percent they'll steal by this scam theus actually they did with me they burned skin they didn't even check skin type and this review which they have in Google all paid fake..
