I am writing to share my problem with receptionist and staff. I have been calling many times, but they are not helping me. Sometimes, they pick up the phone but then ignore my requests. This is very upsetting. Please make sure the staff communicates properly.

Been working with Dr. Meghna along with my family for years. Unfortunately had an absolutely terrible experience during the bridal package session today - making me rethink their whole ethos of customer service. No hot water was available during the two components of the treatment that require showering. Was expected to shower with cold water which is ridiculous. This should have been told earlier.
End result was the staff and me scrubbing myself to get the thick packs off my body with wet towels which was a disgusting, terrible and inefficient process.
It wouldn’t come off entirely, leaving me ultimately to go home for a shower without completing the moisturizing and sunscreen application stage of the treatment.
For a treatment that is so expensive, you expect a good overall experience and apt communication if things aren’t ready for it. The clinic failed terribly on both parts. This was simply sighted as an overlook on their behalf. Very very, disappointing and I won’t be returning.
