Dr AJ Kanwar Skin Clinic : AIIMS MBBS MD : Worlds Top 2% Dermatologist

I have scalp psoriasis. And it has really severe when I visited him. To be honest after first visit, I literally cried back home complaining my mother that he didn’t listen me at all. I wasn’t even able to explain my problem properly. But his treatment is really effective. In 2-3 weeks I saw good improvement. And now I am perfectly fine. Also he talked nicely and patiently in the next visits. I would say, trust him. He is an experienced doctor.

1500 consulting fees is high, rest doctor is good and very understanding of the problem

Best Doctor ever met. My father was suffering from rare skin disease and no doctor was able to help him.. Until we met Dr AJ Kanwar.. He was God to us.. Saved life of my father.. His treatment just not heal my father physically but mentally too... I will recommend doctor AJ kanwar to all as he is the best.

Dr Kanwar is like a god, I visited him on 30th August for warts as it was bothering me too much but he cleared it on first visit and gave me medicine as it was nothing, He is only there for treatment nothing like other doctors how are only making money, I will highly recommend him to everybody.

GOD! The Best! So, for us he is not just a doctor he is a God because that’s what we asked for and we found him. I have a year and a half old daughter who was suffering from atopic dermatitis which is basically very very dry skin condition. It was very severe that she couldn’t sleep at nights because of continuous itching and scratching herself. She was just struggling and not enjoying that phase of her life. We saw 5-6 dermatologists before we finally met Dr. AJ Kanwar and none could really help even a little, most of other doctors would only recommend moisturisers, shampoo, body wash which we would rarely get on outside pharmacies but only at their own pharmacy, which were way costlier than good quality products out there in market and they would call us to their clinic every 2 weeks with no positive results. Dr. AJ Kanwar, he is such good doctor a better person who was able to answer the reason behind the problem and treat it 3-4 days with no fancy skincare products but some easily available products out there in market and he himself denied further visits unless the same condition reoccurs with some severity. By Gods grace and his treatment, guidance and care my daughter is well and enjoying her toddler phase. Thank you DR. AJ Kanwar, you are probably the best dermatologist in India.

Dr A J Kanwar is an excellent extraordinary person. He is very much experienced. He treated my son (3 years old) who suffered from Pemphigus Vulgaris. We found Dr Kanwar fortunately. He treated my son like a miracle of God. He is an exceptional one and expert of the rare skin diseases. India need experts like Dr Kanwar. My son was severe ; Dr Kanwar treated him so well and my son could resume playing within a week. He is more than a God for us! Thank you Dr Kanwar.

Very Bad experience visiting this clinic.

I visited his clinic after seeing his resume and experience. When we reach his clinic, prior to my turn,one minor patient with a mild disease, he was very soft,friendly and educative to the parents of child and when our turns come he got irritated and take a turn of 360 degree in his behaviour, may be due to my aggravated case of atopic dermatitis. I could not understand his this kind of rude behaviour at that moment. He started writing his prescription in anger and when I asked about the harmful side effects of such high doses of Steroids he shouted and shown displeasure. He has taken 1500 rupees in advance. Now from the blessings of the god I have fully recovered from my disease without taking his prescribed harmful high doses medicines under the supervision of SOME OTHER gifted dermatologist. DO NOT contact him for any complicated case.

I read all the reviews before my visit from Tripura, North East. Aside all the negative points, kept his experience and qualification in mind I decided to visit with a strong believe that may be others experience should not matched with my experience. But, believe me negative reviews matters. Yes, doc is very rude, may be due to his aging factor. Doc is not that much updated what he displayed about his experiences. Very much traditional. I thought he might be having advanced knowledge of treatment like precision medicine but, he does not want go out of the box. Hardly he took 3 to 4 min. for myself. After coming out from the chamber I decided to consult with other dermatologist. Consultation fees is too high for such type of doc.

The doctor gave me steriods without informing me. My condition worsened. And for everyone getting cured it’s because of steroids which is super harmful in longer run and provides short relief. And the major problem is not informing what the medicine is. NOT RECOMMENDED

He is very rude, and get irritated frequently when we ask anything about the illness. He charged very much but the facility in his clinic is too worst. I am sharing my incident with him, "I visited his clinic for some surgery advice, He is going to provide me a delhi based doctor contact, and I am far away from delhi. I just wanted to ask that is it possible that I could perform the surgery with some other surgeon at my local city? Is any type of surgeon can do this type of surgery? After listening this, he became disrespectful and told me that go anywhere and do whatever instead of handling my question and later when I ask for delhi doctor contact, He denied and ask to leave the clinic. " How a doctor with so much years of experience can behave like this?

They are running a bloody scam! Charged 1500 for consultation and then told us to visit the next counter and again charged 1000 consultation. Total 2500 for a visit! This is absurd. Top class hospitals also don't charge this much. Would never recommend anyone to go here. Doctor ke naam par scamsters hain.

He CANNOT treat hair loss. Don't get fooled by "50 years experience" or his photos with the president. He might have been a great doctor. But now he's a pure businessman. Because of doctors like him people are scared to go for a check-up. My appointment with him lasted for 2 mins. Though it costed me 1000rs. He hardly examined my scalp. Maybe that's why he prescribed a strong Anti-dandruff even though I have just the opposite problem of dry scalp. I used his treatment religiously for 3 months, to no avail. It costed me around 6000rs!! Imagine! And guess what I could get those medicines only from the shop that he recommended.

I went with Google rating and headline stating he is from AIIMS and is among top 2% doctors. Unfortunately I read rest of the comments talking about how business mind he is, later. He charges 1500 fee for home visit that too in cash which means he doesn't even pay tax and role of a good citizen. Medicine given are one well known on internet and he will say to buy from his medical store which are again costly medicines. I will recommend better to visit a good hospital than loosing fortune to him.

Doctor was in a bad/irritated mood. He was rude to respond to any query and is was difficult to ask relevant questions from him. Rs 1000 per visit is not a small amount and all you get is rude responses and thus restricting the patient to ask relevant questions. I feel my entire amount and time is wasted. After this behavior, I am uncomfortable to continue treatment which means that I will have to pay to another doctor again to restart :(

Visited the doctor 2-3 months ago. The doc claims that he is a part of top 2 perc doctors in the world is an absolutely rhetorical statement. The clinic is underground and highly unhygienic considering fees. Basic medical equipments are not available in the clinic. He always ask to to buy syringe, bandage, dettol etc from a particular chemist which are basic amenities and should be present in every clinic. He will not listen to you and will get irritated very easily. He also did not explain the prescription and told me to read it by myself. We are paying the doctor to obtain useful information about the disease but instead he is ignorant and does not let the patient speak. Dont waste your precious time and money!

the amount charged by the doctor is not at all justified. i had gone for my blister treatment and basic amenities like betadine, bandage, ointment, syringe etc were not available. i was asked to go to the chemist and buy those items. even room is also not clean. my procedure was done without proper equipment and applied the ointment with bare hands. even betadine was not available. absolutely unhygienic. doctors behaviour was very rude and basic items were not available. 1500 is absolutely unjustified with the kind of unhygienic clinic and treatment. i mean which clinic has a treatment room but no bandage, dettol or syringe? absolutely rude and didnt even explain his prescription. he is not giving justice to all the certificates which has on the walls without having basic amenities. i suggest going for other options which are half the price. would not recommend at all!

Very bad or worst experience because I'm suffering from itching problem in my scortum from last 6 years but when I tell about my problem to Dr aj kanwar he gave very stupid answer and ask to show my problem.when I showed my problem he can't detect anything and he gave me stupid medicine which was react less or not suits me 1% .

Very bad experience. At First visit his behavior was satisfactory. I had to visit for my kid having skin rashes on faces when no improvement found I again visited with appointmen but I was shocked to see very hostile behavior. He instead of consoling us, talked rudely for revisiting as he told that the healing would take time. The same was discussed on whatsapp and after getting appointment we reached there so where is my fault. Being conscious about skin rashes on my kid face I was worried but its Doctor's duty to satisfy or console us. I m very sorry to say after paying so high consultation fees I got only unsatisfaction.

Dr AJ Kanwar attended very well, a very humble man. I am trying to contact him for a querry on a medicine, the receptionist ask to call after 8, the phone number provided is out of reach after 8. Got the number of Dr. Kanwar, his number is also not reachable, messaged him on whats app, he immediately blocked me, which was too rude. Sir your fees is not a little that everyone affords to come to you and pay you 1000 after every week. Giving no offensive arguements, neither giving any bad reviews for your treatement, but just the little after service is pathetic and disrespectful also. I would resquest you to please give emphasis on this and try to give some response if your are charging a good amount. With regards to your experience and your humble nature.

He must have been a good Dr. once but not any more. He didn't listen, didn't explain anything and didn't give more than 2 mins to us. He has no manners of talking, looks always irritated and when asked anything regarding the disease he gets very irritated and hurries without explaining the problem. He charges 1500 fee that too in cash only,although he has a card machine lying on the reception desk.When we said we want to pay by card,the lady receptionist said the machine doesn't work.I looked very surprised at what she said and I replied 'Im not carrying cash so I can only pay by card'...Imagine what she said: The receptionist said "accha lao dekhte hai machine chalta hai ki nahi"...and the Machine worked !! Basically all the doctor wants is CASH. The prescribed Medicines are very common but he will insist on buying from his recommended medical store only. Even for clinical test- he will only refer to his fellow friends who charge a bomb . CLINIC:His staff is very rude n unprofessional. The clinic is outdated, unhygienic and shabby and located in a rathole basement without any network coverage,so u hardly get through.Very bad clinic , no parking space and very high fees.

After reading *pemphigus foliaceus* successful reviews, I visited at *Dr.A J kanwar* clinic in the beginning, after saw my all reports and past history, he said confidently your biopsy report is also wrong. All previous Doctors gave you the wrong treatment that’s why your Pigmentation is not curing, He said the reason of pigmentation is *pemphigus foliaceus*, He told me to do a test S-331(From Dr. Lal Pathlabs) which cost me ₹9,600/- meanwhile he gave me 1.5month medicine which cost me ₹15,000/- but after one month due harsh medicines My face was burn, He said come and check he took fees no problem but again he gave me ₹3000/- medicine and said come again in 5days, still no improvement again he gave me medicine ₹1200/- after 5 days still no improvement i went there, *what he said sumit i am giving you the reference Doctor From AIIMS he can control your treatment i am not able to do this.* Even after checking the report he was not able to recognise, he thought This is *skin inflammation* but that was pemphigus foliaceus flare. He is 76yr old dr. He is not updated with new disease, symptoms and salts, I request everyone don’t waste money time and health. See my picture what he has done even check his prescriptions he mentioned aiims dr. Reference. One more thing wants to add he will suggest you the medical store as well where only you can find the prescribed medicine.

I had a very bad experience with my online consultation. They charged me 1500rs and when it was time for the video call appointment the doctor messaged me that he is not feeling well so he won’t call me today! I am in Canada, I woke up really early just to make it to the appointment, this is very unprofessional behaviour on part of the doctor. After I messaged him firmly, he called me for like 3 minutes and sent a prescription based on that short phone call. It was also hard to get hold of their receptionist, every time my mother or mother in law called at the reception to get an appointment for me, she would give them a hard time. I don’t know why was the receptionist acting so dumb.

Actual disease was not diagnosed by dr instead of this giving medicine for 3 months , totally unfare

He owns the entire building but look at his clinic. No place to sit, stinking badly, no hygiene or cleanliness. He only knows how to get irritated on simple questions. If he haa so much problem and he is this rich, why is he attending patients? He charges 1500 for one appointment . He cut my wart with scissors, such a useless Dr he is.

Condition worsened after his treatment. Beware of such incapable doctors.
