The staff is friendly right from the reception, the dermatologist ensures that skin type is tested before treatment and the laser hair removal treatment is painless and the results are evident after few treatment sessions. It was difficult for me to get my waxing done with sensitive skin, so I have opted for laser hair reduction sessions at Olivia skin clinic at Himayat Nagar branch. Dr. Hima Bindu explained very well about the entire procedure. The clinic also has a very talented nutritionist Nousheen ma'am to help me with weight loss with their Beyond Weight Loss program. They monitor my BCA on every visit and plan for my diet and work out accordingly. Also, I've been given a customized diet plan that caters to my body. A special thanks to Roopa for the exceptional service! She is incredibly professional and attentive, always making sure I’m comfortable during the sessions.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hair clinic. Despite undergoing their prescribed medication, I saw absolutely no improvement in my condition. What's worse is that the doctor seemed completely indifferent to my concerns and only seemed interested in extracting money from me. Save your time and money, folks. This place will only "care" if they can pull cash out of your pockets. Avoid at all costs.

The only thing a patient expects from these clinic is trust and when they are soo money minded, it is difficult to gain trust. It was a horrible experience for me. If you have loads of money and want to get scammed, you can go to this clinic. This clinic is purely money minded and loots money from people. This is my personal experience, I went for consultation for my acne scars treatment. After initial examining, the first doctor explained what treatments are to be taken. While talking to her I was about to ask "How much time it will take after treatment?" but she just heard and interrupted me when I said "how much" and she said the cost estimate will be given by other doctor when I go out of the cabin. Then I said "IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, I WANT TO KNOW THE TIME". She assumed that I have loads of money and I don't care about how much I spend. After I left the cabin, she told that I don't care about the money to the second doctor who was about to give me the cost estimate. How did I get to know this? When the second doctor came to me, she was calculating all the costs and gave a huge estimate which was shocking for the specified treatments. I said "it's expensive" and that's when the second doctor told " It's not expensive for you, the doctor said you don't care about the money". Why did the first doctor say that I don't care about the money to the second doctor? On top of this while me leaving the place, the second doctor told " So you won't pay anything now? At least buy the Oliva moisturizer, sunscreen and other medicines prescribed by the first doctor". Doctors should never force patients to buy the basic products from their own brand just for the sake of money.

I have visited the clinic for dpn removal. I was given face anesthesia without any patch test and that resulted in a very ugly allergic reaction all over my face. The doctor hasn’t reacted at all acting as if it’s a very normal reaction. When I asked about it she has given me few ointments and told me that the reaction would subsidize in 2 days. I’m terrified not sure what’s happening to my face and how long it will take to get my normal face back. I spent a lavish 20k to spoil my face, they have zero concern about patient safety. Do not ever visit this clinic

I had started off my treatment at the Bangalore branch of Oliva. I had some leftover acne marks which were taking time to fade. So, the doctor recommended laser toning. 3 sessions of toning didn't make any drastic difference but yes it didn't make it worse. I had to move to the Hyderabad branch due to some reason. The management at the Hyderabad branch is extremely rude. For some reason they think since they are doing a service for us they get to be as rude as they want. Honestly they came across as money hungry to me. The doctor recommended a few changes in my treatment schedule. I had a severe breakout after the first session which the doctor said is normal since a lot of heat is generated. I honestly don't get it. And now the treatment plan had to changed again because of the breakouts. They didn't get any better. They just kept getting worse and worse. Eventually I stopped going to Oliva. It's been 4 months and my breakouts have stopped. The scars are fading on their own and my skin feels so much better. I realized that the doctors here just look for a quick fix which may or may not work. Long term solutions are the way to go. Eat healthy, drink a lot of water and exercise. Your skin will be just fine. Spending thousands here won't help.

I'll suggest anyone not to go to Oliva Clinic,Himayat Nagar.. they're just money minded..they recommend procedures which are actually not required for you and moreover they will force you to buy their products which are overpriced for their quality..they will postpone the fixed session if the doctor is unavailable or on vacation.. they're least bothered about your concern. Moreover the doctors are not punctual and they'll say to the patients to be on time which is actually funny One more thing..They also ask to give them 5 star rating at the end of the treatment even you are not satisfied..so don't trust the reviews blindly and visit a better clinic than Oliva..Thank you

Today I visited the himayatnagar clinic, not satisfied with the environment at all. There was strong foul smell everywhere. When asked no one was giving any response. Dirty clinic, pathetic response, Really disappointed. Rest other things are also not upto the standard. Overall not happy.

They won't provide you with any information(no information even about their services)unless you pay 600 rupees for consultation. During my consultation the Dr. Went out after I said about my problems and made me wait for around 25 mins in the room , when I came out and asked for the update,the receptionist said that they forgot that I was in the consultation room. No sorry from their side at all. My entire experience was filled with receptionist being arrogant and Dr not answering my questions. Thank you Oliva for the "Amazing" experience.

I would suggest everyone to not go to clinics like these. Go to a dermatologist that work in an hospital and not these money grabbing beauty clinics. The receptionist and staff are extremely rude and obnoxious. I have never seen people with more attitude than this. If you guys have no interest in working or don't like the work you are doing sit at home for god's sake. Don't bother poor patients. I have seen them being extremely rude to some other women who had come from far away. They were multiple signs of attitude with almost every one that came that day. I have been to the most expensive of places for my treatments but i haven't seen anyone more unprofessional than this. Even the dermatologist has an attitude.

We went for hair fall issue. They gave some serums and shampoo. From then my wife is suffering from LICE issue. It’s been 18 months. Complete disappointment… Not recommendable

Front office people behaviour is worst, they Just attend the people based on their looks. Never expected this.

Worst experience ever! With such incompetent and uncoordinated staff receiving patients and making appointments with the doctors your clinic is doomed to a steady rapid fall. Save it while you still can! The managing staff should be given negative rating.. and the doctor refuses for a consult even when the appointment was confirmed two weeks prior and cancels one day before the scheduled appointment! ARROGANCE IS GROWING ON THEM!! Do visit the clinic if you wish to be treated the same.

Very disappointed with the consultatioj program. They will explain tha method why acne come....whats new in that we can get the same info in youtube or google... they dint ask anything like routine, diet, they literally did not ask anything just they want to sell their product to the customer, they try to force you to buy the product which makes their brand value to 0. To be honest it was waste of time and money consulting in oliva....and the good review that we are seeing they are mostly paid views so dont trust those reviews...

Our experience was horrible at this clinic. It was more like a display of their products than a real clinic. Dr Archana diagnosed my sister and when we asked questions to understand her condition, the doctor got extremely defensive and offended. She almost got on a fight shouting how could we question her. The prescription was a joke! Prescribing all of their skin products. My sister had skin issues on her legs and hands and she prescribed night cream, sun screen for face! Thats when we understood she was just like a marketing agent placed in a clinic to sell their products.

People please do not go to this clinic if you have some self respect.They only care about your money and tempt you into packages where you are completely trapped. I went for my acne treatment which was very mild, and they only made it worse by giving pills that caused more acne and acne scars. I was so depressed during the whole time looking at my skin as people asked me what was wrong with my skin. They told me they can cure my acne with two sessions of chemical peeling and made me pay for both the sessions in advance( I did not agree to go with their package and chose to pay for individual session even though it costed more), and told me I need to take more sessions to cure my acne as my acne got worse than before. They make you dependent on their treatment. I had extremely mild acne when I consulted the doctor as I wanted to have a clear skin for my sister's wedding, and it just got worse. It took me weeks to get back my normal skin just with the help of healthy eating and cleaning habits, but I'm still left with so many acne scars due to the treatment. After seeing the reviews, I thought it would be best to take the my wife for Acne and hair fall treatment. At the first consultation, I was very disappointing the way doctor speaks with the patients. Straight forward doctor said " I don't have time to listen,please tell me fast". Where it shows doctor doesn't have patience to listen patients problem and they are more fashionable. I don't recommend this center is a standard.

I had undergone for laser skin toning ( whitening) in OLIVA to acchieve fair tone ,and for the same for per session they charged me around 8k, but the result of skin whitening treatment in Oliva is totally worthless. It doesn't even last for atleast 1 month. I won't recommend any1 for skin whitening treatment in Oliva.

Iam taking a treatment in this branch from last 2 years for LT. Iam paying the course fee 50K and I purchased products worth 20K for this treatment period. When I first visit the doctor said after this course period definitely will get good result. But my course is completed till no result no use . My total money nearly 75K lossed and time wasted . Iam so much suffering . Please give me my money back .

Disappointed with staff behavior - don't let them know that you are not financially strong, they will make u low withtheir facial behavior n body language. I thought of Taking my mother to this clinic to get the treatment .. But now I don't have any second thoughts about this clinic and I will not recommended this to my family or friends..
