I'm really happy to share my feedback, because recently I went to Dr . Lasi 's clinic Mankave for remove a black mole in my face which was sitting there for a long time . Actually I'm so afraid that procedure,bt Dr Lasitha Ali removed the mole very easily with painless and quick.Im so happy to see my face with new change.....I highly recommend to others....and also all staff are very supportive.... I went to the doctor to treat my body acne. I was not feeling well at all when I saw the doctor. But the support the doctor gave me was great. 💓 He is a doctor who listened to all my concerns, gave me the best treatment for my problem, and gave me the best support. 🙏 I showed the doctor my face along with the body acne treatment. 😁 The doctor has given me better results than I expected. Dr. Lasi took the time to understand my skin problems and gave me personalized recommendations that really made a difference. Dr lasi mam is amiable person. She listens to all my doubts patiently and clears it.Her treatment has found very effective for me.I strongly recommend this clinic for skin and hair issues . Lastly their staffs are very friendly and caring.

Had an awful experience at Dr. Lasi Skin Clinic. Called twice to confirm the doctor’s availability and waiting time as i had to catch a flight in the evening, rushed to the clinic as advised, only to wait over an hour while the doctor was in a procedure. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive when asked for clarification. Ended up getting a refund with no apology. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. “Great service doesn’t cost anything, Poor service can cost everything”

She practices at MIMS as well, never committed to be on time. She was late by 2 hrs, experienced this twice.

I'm not someone who typically writes a negative review, but I feel it's necessary this time, as it's the second occurrence. I went to see Dr. Lassi because I was experiencing severe itching that was spreading throughout my body. I specifically mentioned that there might be some bacteria in my blood that could be causing the itching, but she dismissed it as an insect bite without really listening to me. Despite my insistence that it wasn't an insect bite, she prescribed ointment and medication, telling me to come back if the itching spreads again. Well, it has spread again, and it got worse because I didn't n't get the proper treatment on time and I won't be returning to that doctor. I don't think it's fair to have to pay 400rs just to say "I told you so."

I visited Dr. Lasis's clinic for dark spots, which I've had since 2020. She suggested a chemical peel, which worked well for my skin. However, the dark spots came back after some time. She then recommended a laser treatment, but it was expensive and didn’t work. Now, I have pimples on my forehead. I feel like the money was wasted. Instead of a refund, I would like another chance for a chemical peel since I can't afford another consultation fee

Worst experience ever, Dr.lasida has ruin my daughter’s skin. She is jsut 18 I my daughter to Dr. lasida on my first visit she has written some creams and moisturizer.and suggested me to let my daughter to some peeling session. On my second visit unfortunately I forgot the prescription to take along with me and from there her attitude changed, she got pissed and started saying how can you forget I have to write all from the beginning bla bla bla. I asked her why your clinic do have the Prescription in the system she was rude to me and my daughter at that point and replied we just started today that system, any how I paid 5000 Rupees just for the peeling med and cream different money. she started the peeling session and finished in hardly 1/2 and hour and said in 2 days skin will start to peel so that new skin layer will come and so on…… but very sad nothing happened and it made my daughters skin worse and had lot of breakouts until now I am treating her skin to fix that problem from somewhere else. A big waste for 7500 Rupees + skin got ruin, will never recommend to anyone.

I had a bad experience at Lasi’s Skin Clinic, where I underwent multiple treatments prior to my wedding. I opted for a range of services, including hydra facial, laser treatment for lip lightening, and double chin reduction. Regrettably, none of these treatments yielded any results, despite spending a considerable amount . For lip laser treatment, I didn’t get any results even after three sittings. Consequently, I decided to discontinue the treatment altogether. Furthermore, my hydra facial procedure was hastily completed within 20 minutes, leaving me questioning the thoroughness and efficacy of the treatment. Even the whiteheads on my nose were not adequately removed. This experience was particularly disheartening as it occurred few days before my wedding. To exacerbate my dissatisfaction, I purchased several medicines from the clinic as per the doctor's prescription. However, one of the serum's dispensers turned out to be faulty, rendering it unusable. Considering the cost of the serum, approximately 1800 rupees, this added to my frustration and left me questioning the clinic's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Dr.Lasida might be a professional dermatologist in terms of her knowledge in the field of practicing medicine. But as a fellow human being, she’s a bit of a disappointment in terms of the way she treated a patient. Dr.Lasida needs to learn to take with ease any conflicts of opinion if that’s something concerning the patient. You’ve to reassure your patient with their doubts and concerns, instead of being rude and asking the patient’s bystander if the patient is overreacting the concern. Of course it’s the patient who decided to consult you amongst other dermatologists around. So please look in to your short-temper issues and deal with the patients with ease and respect.

Iam posting this for the concern of one of my family members, when she consulted through online( at the peak of corona) regarding her hair fall she had suggested a medicine to use for one year without any break, and by the last time when she consulted ofline she told that who suggested to use this medicine for one year without any break , we are shocked by her response . We do have clear audio in her own voice as she is consulted through WhatsApp

Since we are patients we need some respect same as you deserve but you were having a very disgracing kind of approach it was not only my case. We are actually paying for your service so please be kind.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my horrific experience at Lasis Skin Clinic in Mankavu.I didnt have any skin issues while visiting the clinic, and I consulted the doctor to get the products for improving my skin texture. Despite shelling out ₹450 for the consultation and ₹5,500 for prescribed products, my skin became unbearably dry and unmanageable after using the products. When I reported the issue to the clinic, I was met with a lackadaisical response, advising me to stop using the products and restart one by one to identify the cause. This trial-and-error approach not only worsened my skin condition but also demonstrated the clinic's shocking disregard for patient well-being. Upon visiting the clinic again, I was appalled to be asked to pay another consultation fee for meeting the doctor and reporting the issue. I was horrified by the doctor's behavior, which was not only rude but also inhumane. Her refusal to take responsibility for the treatment was staggering. As a patient, I expected a more constructive solution, not a careless trial-and-error approach. I believed that Dr. Lasida Ali, as a medical professional, would take my condition seriously and provide a thoughtful diagnosis. Unfortunately, my expectations were brutally shattered. The final insult came when a staff member contacted me, claiming that the clinic had filed a cyber case against me for giving a 1-star review. This blatant attempt to silence me only serves as further evidence of the clinic's unethical practices. Dr Lasida Ali may or may not be a good doctor but my experience with Dr. Lasida Ali and Lasis Skin Clinic was nothing short of catastrophic.

Fee of Rs. 450 is considerably high, would be better to afford ordinery people.. Staff, attitude, ambiance are average. Not much satisfied.
