I have taken LHR therapy from here. Mr, Hari Sir have been performing the sessions for me with ease & no harm. I have got noticable difference in my body hair growth as compared to original. The results are pretty good and hopefully will be more better till my last session. I would recommend LHR treatment, if anyone wants to get rid of unwanted hairs.

I have done my skin treatment from Urban clinic. Dr. Kiran is so much calm and listen to my problems very carefully. He suggested me Carbon peel, for my dull and pigmented skin. After consultation Dr. Rupali has done my treatment. She is very skilled doctor. And without any discomfort my service is carried out. At the reception Mrs. Pooja was excellent with her quick service, prompt with the billing . I like the welcome in the clinic with her sweet smile. Thanks a lot Urban clinic all members. Wow, I had the best experience at Urban Skin and Hair Clinic at Pimple Gurav! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel at ease. The skincare specialist Dr. Kiran Chotaliya who attended to me was highly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns before recommending a personalized treatment plan.

Absolutely unprofessional reception staff with utmost unorganised time management and failing to fulfil their time commitments on multiple visits. Your appointment time is just a name sake thing as you ll be made to wait for an hour at least despite of taking appointments well in advance. If you can’t manage the work load or patient flow then communicate the same to people as an appointment word has a different meaning in my dictionary. So if you plan your visit keep your schedule free for 2-3 hours for 10 minute appointment.

When i called them they charged some amount of money, butwhen I visited their clinic, they charged me more than double of the amount they told me when they when I called and even charged some amount after i had a talk with the doctor in the name of consultation poor experience

My experience with the dermatologist was a complete disaster. They prescribed the wrong medications and creams, and the peeling treatment was a total waste—it actually made my skin worse. When I asked for guidance, they gave me so many excuses and even blamed me for the situation. I eventually went to another dermatologist and got results within a month. It was the worst decision I made, and they were not helpful at all.

From last year dec 2023 i am taking treatment from doctor kiran chotaliya but many times his assistant lady doctor was there to treated me. Almost 70k i spent to my treatment earlier it gives me a positive result but after 6 months the result went into negative way. I done everything which has doctor said to me like sessions medicines shampoo, everything. I really disappointed. If you dont have a proper knowledge then please don’t give any treatment. Itna 70k paid karna joke nahi hai hope you understood. I can say its worst hospital. Kiran chotaliya sirf name hai wo kabhi ate hi nahi hai patient ko check karne….

Completely disappointed with dr. Kiran. I dont want to give explanation but this is worst service i have ever experienced. Sirf paise kamana inka motive hai may be. Inke reults to aate hi nahi hai

Honest Feedback - I visited the above discussed hair free hair growth clinic today and I wasn't happy with the checkup at all. I took the appointment to see Dr Kiran Chotaliya and when I was called inside the cubicle some other female doctor was operating the system. After that Dr Kiran walked in and he was hardly there for just 2-5 mins and went out. He didn't ask about my medical history properly, didn't explain me what all treatments are possible for hairfall treatment. I understand he has many patients to attend to but what's the point of consulting if the doctor doesn't even have enough time to hear the concerns. It was my first time checkup and I am highly disappointed.

-review is not based on multiple visits and interactions with staff. poorly trained staff. Keep in mind if you’re visiting not to take any appointments because even if you take an appointment one day prior still you have to wait at least an hour minimum to get consulted so if you have spare time then come to the hospital or consult another good doctor. Hear in clinic the doctors are Qualified but.U’ll need couple of visits t get treated.

*Urban Clinic is very poor to handle their patients. Their medicine is not effective and not given any result. Whenever I am consult to their clinic reception team for my appointment. They are not responding properly. Waiting time on reception is minimum 2-3 Hrs. Doctor not attending you even after waiting for long time on reception. Their Service is Pathetic…. Very Disappointing….i am not refer this clinic to anyone.*

We have visited this place initially for uneven facial skin tone and spots. The doctor told to go through 3 sessions of either peel off, lazer or PRP, however the sessions never ended. We have gone through 2 Lazer sessions, 1 PRP session and 3 Peel off sessions and the doctor keeps on saying it will fade off which never did. Finally we had to avoid this clinic and find an alternative with much promising results and realistic information. After visiting for 3 months and spending more than ₹20,000/- on treatment and medicines we are still at the same situation which was earlier, no progress what so ever. Infact now we have more visible uneven tone and even our smooth skin texture is now rough with small pimples. The staff is the worst, on calling for appointment they speak very rudely. When asked anything the staff are trained to reply with nothing useful. The doctors also dont explain anything about why, what or how. They just say so and so treatment will resolve the issue which doesnt do any better. When asked doctor why there is no positive result after the peel off session, her response was "This treatment is what you asked for, dont ask me why there was no result". If it was not effective why has the doctor given this treatment as an option in the first place? Very bad experience for skin treatment, not worth our time and money.

I recently visited this clinic for my skin treatment they give me 4K-5k amounts of medicine and face cream but it’s getting worst. Whenever I apply that cream my skin gets itchy and irritate I had really bad experience. When I call them for appointments they can’t even give u prior appointment. Very disappointed.

Total waste of time. The clinic staff and doctor has no bother attitude. After taking an appointment, waited for almost an hour. But doctor got busy with new appointment with bank person who even came after me inside the clinic. Totally unprofessional. After entering the clinic, staff asked to keep my shoes outside, but I saw , staff person's were wearing outside sandals, also lot of staff person's were not even wearing a mask in such pandemic situation, floor was very dirty. Had pathetic experience. One might get infected in entering such , unhygienic clinic. After such pathetic experience inside the clinic, I canceled the appointment, since with such attitude I can't cope up in future if follow-up is needed. For review authenticity, my appointment time in clinic register was 3:30pm, 19th July 2021.

Please please don't go for hair transplant.. complete team of frauds. I had done hair transplant from this clinic 7 months before and still side effects visible over scalp. They don't have proper knowledge, they are doing just an experiment on customers. They are several youtubers also involved to make you fool with the team. Once you'll give it money, trust me your life screwed up. My suggestion would be don't go for hair transplant anywhere. Trust me you'll not good results because no techniques can give you natural results. Make you mind to live with what you are, saying from personal experience.

15 days back I took treatment and it was totally horrible and terrifying experience my acen and pimples are more than what I had.. 2 years back when I visited I got the results but now very dumb service.. Wasted my 2k..

yesterday l was visiting clinic for hydra facial. they have taken 4500 for hydra facial but facial is not like that. staff is not professional. l am very disappoint. hydar facail done only 45mins. so please don't go therir for hydra facial. Result is not good..

Had Worst Experience with Dr. Kiran, Revive skin clinic. I have been consulting Dr. Kiran almost 6 month for my skin problems and spent around 20,000/- but no result at all .Even problems get increased. They have tried different-different medicine / treatments on my face in every visit, which made my face more uneasy. Then I stopped all their treatments and then googled a lot about my skin problems, though I am an Engineer found the medical problem of my skin and started following same by natural way since last one month and really its working and my face is getting clean.

Totally money waste..... Very bad experience with Urban clinic and hair free & hair grow...... I had hair transplant done on 20th सप्टेंबर.Almost 1 lakh 30 thousand rupees have been spent till now,But still there is no difference in the हेअर These people just want money 😡 Totaly disappointed 😡😡😡

Very poor results lots of showoff and fake promises. Doctors just consult within 2min and cheap unskilled people are handing the treatment procedure . Medicine given are very costly and only available in their medical so .Sugarcoat and money traps are made .

Most unprofessional reception staff, they never receive your call, time management is the worst, even if you book an prior appointment they will make you wait 15-20 minutes and one has to make 20-25 calls just to book an appointment, I would suggest to see another clinic than going to this one extremely un professional.

Any treatment or medication at this clinic is not worth at all. The main doctor is not determined towards problem. He keeps changing the medication, it's like trial and error method if one medication doesn't work he'll switch to another medication and frequent change medicines is not good for health and skin. The medicines that he prescribed were under age for me and he didn't even warned me or told any preventive measures or anything about the side effects/consequences. I'm still facing issues because of those medicines. The doctor isn't inclined towards the patient's real problem, these people are sitting to make money out of it. When you don't find results, you immediately visit the doctor to check what's wrong and the doctor changes your medication and this how they make money and you are forced to come visit back.
