My experience at Skin Doctors Clinic was truly transformative. I was hesitant about laser hair removal due to concerns about pain, but the Soprano Titanium technology was a game-changer. But it wasn't just the technology that impressed me. The staff at Skin Doctors Clinic were amazing. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions patiently and explained everything clearly.

To review this about the doctor as an individual ,she is good and generous but because of the reception staff recruited by the clinic ,I don't know are these service reviews are on high side as my experience was not good at all and let me just give an example ,just last time the appointment slot was taken at 04:30 pm and because by the staff it was conveyed that they are busy who so ever as feed back received from the reception team ; so has to wait upto 05:50 pm on that day, I think you can see and relate the professionalism yourself with this ,but when today our appointment was scheduled at 5:00 pm and we reach 10-15 minutes late ,now this time punctuality has gone for the toss with this clinic and has to again wait for more 1 hour along with medicines is mammoth ( astonishing high prices and brands kept deliberately) and from my side really if as an individual opinion (I am describing) I will not suggest this to anyone because of highly unprofessionalism only because of outer staff because of unprofessional staff recruited by them at reception especially related value of the time which has been seen and observed during my 3-4 visits, but again this is shear my opinion as I always believe in time and this time because of this 10-15 minutes giving stories does not suit them at all who kept me waiting for 80 minutes last time because of their talks and gossips and today they are talking on time if that time time was kept and maintained, this time I would have no issues to wait for even 2 hours also ,this has completely no relevance and from my side this is shear grammar ,I might have given one star that too is on extreme side as no other option is available. I think beautician or beauty treatments can be termed as better ( e.g. like permanent laser removal ,hair removal, hair transplantation , Meso therapy , Abrasion,Botox and other beauty packages ) while people for their make over are ready to wait for any hours and for that side I leave the review unbiased as don't have any idea on that and are not reviewing on that term. This review is sole on basis of normal skin issues , skin consultations, and basic skin concerns/opinions or if you are looking for the dermatologist then this will not be the right choice in my opinion.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this skin clinic. Despite having an appointment Of my sister,we both were left waiting for over 1.30 hours past my scheduled time.when I asked, the staff seemed completely unconcerned. It’s very unprofessional to keep clients waiting , especially when you’ve made an appointment in advance. My time is valuable, and I will not be returning. I definitely do not recommend this clinic if you value punctuality and respect for your time.

I visited this The skin doctors, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. I followed the prescribed treatment, spending ₹5k on medicines. However, within two days, my face became severely infected. When I revisited the clinic, I was told I needed to book another appointment, despite the urgency of my situation. I requested assistance over WhatsApp, where the doctor simply advised me to stop using a cream and prescribed additional medicine. Now, 10-15 days later, there has been no improvement. Instead, my condition has worsened, leaving my face damaged and my trust in this clinic shattered. This lack of proper follow-up and care is unacceptable, especially given the high costs involved. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Service is very very bad. They said dark circles will be not there after 6th visit. But actual results is dark circles still there after 6th visit. They said it will not cover in existing premium you have to pay for again 6 visit. They are saying RULE changed. Don’t go to this clinic

Doc left the clinic without consulting and asked to come next day.. worst experience dont go with the google reviews seems manipulated visited after checking reviews, totally unprofessional.

I highly recommend to not go here, I have taken a 4 months of treatment from here for Alopecia arata, Initially I had a single patch of beard missing, after 4 months I have several spots in my beard missing, gives a medicine of 4k and charges a high consultancy amount , not worth it all. No need to make an appointment!! The receptionist is going to follow their own queue. They make you wait for an hour even if you have an appointment. Someone not respecting your time cannot be a good doctor for sure

Pathetic Systems, you have to wait for 1 hour even after appointments. Response from reception is ‘doctor ke paas aate hai tho wait karna padega’ find a better place if you have some self respect

I booked an appointment for 3 people they just booked it for 1 person then the amoubt that was discussed was not accepted at the branch saying we dont have any such offer which was said by there own coustomer care and the worst thing after all this we waited there for half hour no one was ready to give us the answer regarding there own miss communication never visiting again

I visited Dr. Pooja for a skin consultation, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable and promising. However, my experience was marred by the reception staff. Despite having a confirmed appointment, they claimed it wasn’t registered in their system and turned me away, even though the doctor was available. Additionally, there is consistently a minimum waiting time of at least an hour beyond the scheduled appointment. The staff were impolite and showed little concern for the situation, which made the experience quite frustrating.

They take so long .. Even after taking appointment for the procedure they made us wait for 2 hours..the receptionist are so arrogant and full of attitude ..doctor is nice but staff is the worst ..very bad experience

Appointment booked for 6:30, but the doctor only attended to me at 8:30. This has happened twice now, which makes me feel like my time is not valued.

They just want to sell their packages if you are not ready to buy them they wont treat you nicely also the products they suggested didn’t worked this is my honest opinion

I have done here my MNRF treatment and dermatologist asure me to reduce acne scars 50 to 60% but 0 results. I request all do not visit here. If you want to waste your money then please visit this clinic. I waste my 29k for MNRF treatment.

Last year I visited to their ajmera branch, Dr Pauravi looked after my skin disorder and said me to contact her after completion of medication as I was a student there after consulting her returned back to my state odisha and also told her about this at the time of consultation but after i completed my medication when I called their clinic the person said me to pay consultation fees again I tried to make him understand my situation also ask the doctor once as she said she will prescribe without any further fees but the receiptionist is so rude that he didnt let me to consult her.

My recent experience at your center left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the level of care and attention I received. Firstly, I was appalled by the lack of punctuality demonstrated by your staff. Despite booking an appointment well in advance, I was kept waiting for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. This is unacceptable and disrespectful of my time. Moreover, the treatment I received was subpar and did not meet my expectations.The staff seemed uninterested and indifferent towards my needs and concerns. Overall, I found my experience at your center to be extremely disappointing, and I regret having spent my time and money there. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of your services to avoid similar experiences for other customers in the future.

Visit date - 12th May’24 Time 4.45 Pm We booked an appointment and we made to wait way past our appointment time. When we checked with the front office executive, she replied with an irritated face “you saw na, just now sir came and crossed you “ . How would we know who is sir ? This was such a waste of time for me. Wasted my money. Only buisness and money oriented. Assistants ask for money in advance with no doctor involved in it. Extra charges to talk to doctor while in the treatment

I have all the transactions of google pay in this hospital . Treatment is not properly provided by doctor. I took laser treatment wasted 30-40 k but I didn’t get any result from this so don’t go for the laser tattoo removal treatment. I took 15 treatments from this hospital but didn’t get result. This is the proof of my treatment and every time I spent 2500 for treatment and some money on creams every time of treatment.

This skin treatment was a complete disaster! My skin was left red, dry, and burnt. The results looked nothing like what was promised. The treatment was very painful, and the aftercare instructions were inadequate. I would not recommend this to anyone and advise them to look for a more reputable provider.
