I recently took my fiancée to MICAA for her third lip laser treatment session. The first two sessions, handled by a professional and experienced doctor, went smoothly without any issues. However, the third session, conducted by Dr. Aparna, was a complete disaster. During the procedure, Dr. Aparna applied the laser below her lip without informing her. Due to the area being numbed with anesthesia, she didn’t realize the mistake at the time. To make matters worse, the power went out multiple times during the procedure, raising serious concerns about their equipment and reliability. When we later noticed the issue, we reported it to MICAA, but they were dismissive and failed to address it promptly. Instead, they attempted to cover up the mistake by attributing it to side effects of the treatment. It wasn’t until much later that the doctor suggested some medicines, but the laser-induced black mark remains. Unfortunately, we have our upcoming weeding events/shoot to attend, and the mark is still visible. The lack of professionalism, follow-up, and transparency at MICAA is deeply disappointing. There was no prior communication about the change in doctors, and their handling of the situation was careless and unprofessional, especially considering we travel a long distance to visit the clinic. This experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.

Went there on 11/09/24. Not happy with the service. They were more concerned with the onam celebration on the next day. I had to put on a peel for 10 minutes. I waited for some more time but nobody came to remove it so I had to get out of the room and ask for the nurse attending me. As she was not there another nurse asked me to wash my face. Very careless behaviour from the staff.
