Good but dam expensive ...

I had visited the clinic for an ankle issue . While Dr. Mathur was good , yet the place felt very dingy and cramped . The curtains looked old and in fact I saw one of the assistants wiping her hand on the curtain after applying ultrasound gel on a patient . That was disgusting. There was no concern for privacy either . I could clearly see the treatment being given to the next patient since no one was bothering to pull the curtains around the bed properly . They were just pulled half way and as a woman I did not feel comfortable at all . As a result, I did not visit the clinic again and opted for another clinic which I was quite happy with .

I really really wish I met Dr. Vikas and his team before!! I had a back surgery and a knee surgery and just recently when i got a epidural steroid procedure in Gurgaon I needed physiotherapy after that. I happened to Google and visit Physiofirstt. At first I was scared to get any thing else done except what the Gurgaon doctors said but Dr. Vikas handled my case soo well and inspite of being literally 2min away from home i landed up getting treatment done by him now! But I guess that's destiny. He not only made treated me for my spine but for the other issues I have had too. I underwent an arthroscopic surgery in 2023 because of significant muscle tear in my right shoulder. Post the surgery, I had my physiotherapy for 10 months at Physio first. Dr Vikas Mathur has magic in his hands. I was in accute stiffness in neck and severe pain in shoulders. Doctor Vikas is well read and well practiced, he treated my shoulder impingement in 3 days. Dr vikas Mathur Sir is the best Physiotherapist because I m getting good relief in my knee pain. I m going to him weekly from Ajmer for treatment. He suggested me some exercise that I m doing regularly. Really I m very thankfull to him and his staff that my replacement of right knee is not required now. Dr. Deepak is very soft spoken, caring, dedicated and hardworking. I had stiffness in my wrist and I wasn't able to lift weight. With his support and therapy, my wrist problem got resolved in a month.

Physio first, Dr. Vikas Mathur Is truly a magician. I had severe ankle pain issues due to injury for which I consulted multiple doctors. Almost all the doctor suggested me a surgery which I wasn’t comfortable with. Dr Mathur looking at my reports took the responsibility to fix my ankle without any kind of surgery. He gave me a personal sessions and give utmost priority and importance to my problem. My Ankle got fixed within few weeks,My pain reduced by 90% and my walking issue was hundred percent resolved.
