Issac is an organization that lures customers with false promises before selling their packages. They assure easy appointments and excellent service, but once the payment is made, booking an appointment becomes nearly impossible. Customers face delays, unresponsive support, and a complete lack of accountability. Their sales team is persuasive, making claims they never fulfill. Many people feel cheated after investing their money, as the promised services remain inaccessible. Transparency and reliability are crucial, but Issac seems to lack both. Before purchasing any package, it’s essential to research reviews and real customer experiences to avoid disappointment and frustration.

I have availed their services for 8 months ( dermapen , prp , cryo facial , snow white facial , ice facial , hydra facial ). Started in June 2024 until Jan 2025 I have paid upwards of 3L INR for the same. i had scarring issues on face and was suggested above processes by Dr. Geetika to see a visible change and active results. Although the doctor is sweet and accommodating , I regret to tell that I have seen absolutely no change in my skin and how it looks and feels. The staff ( Vinita , mrs. Chandra , reception staff ) are extremely unorganised . They forget appointments. In certain situations they haven not informed the doctor about the appointment and I did not get the treatment i came for ( forgot ice facial with one session, forgot prp with dermapen until reminded ) No followups for appointments were made from the clinic after repeated messages on Whatsapp. The doctors also keep changing as does their staff .Although the staff tries to be sweet due to their positioning as a brand , the Service is below par and extremely disappointing . A complete wastage of hard earned money. Please refrain .

My friend was told they are open in Goa so she paid for their service but after paying they said they're closing down and can avail their services at Mumbai or Delhi. But now when she asked for the their services in Mumbai they're denying it, saying their equipment at Mumbai is much more expensive. Either they give her the session or just refund the money. What kind of scams are you guys running with other people's hard earned money?

1) Front Desk and appointment bookings is terrible. They get it wrong every time and inform you in the last minute about cancellations at their end. As a client I would like to get a call about a solution and not a last minute problem. I am not your manager. Rescheduling in the last minute should ONLY happen if you have done everything at your end to resolve the problem. (3) The therapy rooms, blankets, beds, pillows are old, dirty and terribly maintained - (a) The walls in the rooms are peeling (b) The blankets, pillows and beds are OLD and DIRTY. (c) The towels are old and worn out (d) The bathrooms (particularly on the first floor) are not maintained, dirty and old. The facility does not function like a professional setup for luxury services. The service staff (front desk) and managerial staff are unprofessional and have no training. The only saving grace is if you get a good doctor and therapist. If I did not rely on my doctor (Dr. Monica Payal) and some decent therepaists (Rekha and Shanti) I would not have come here . Wake up!

Pathetic services,people on the front desk are dumb and can't manage appointments. They are just there to waste your time. Have just opened a clinic with good interiors and kept dumb staff They booked my appointment and sent me reminder and once I reached there told me the sessions are over They are just making money with no customer service and happiness

Worst ever experience , the worse staff no sense of talking to their customer , misbehaving on call. Scammed out of my money saying that no money was paid for my treatment and records were removed. They never accept their mistake. Do not go if you have a value for your money. Your relationship manager would be changed without you getting informed therefore creating a confusion in your account.

I'm visiting Isaac since 2019, the staff is not good. They dont even receive calls not even bother to call back. I took the laser treatment now they don't even call for the appointment. Bcoz i have already paid the full amount. Service are really pathetic now as comparison to before. Doctors are not available. Reception desk is not helpful. In total, my experience is really bad. They need to change their staff with professional attitude. We are paying you to get the service. You guys are not even receiving a call to book an appointment.

I have no energy left each time to hear excuses from Isaac. Some of them being: Machine not working for weeks Doctors never available Cancel appointments 30 mins to 1 hr before. When client is already on road. Charge wrongly for someone else treatment to my account and then take weeks to say sorry and correct. Your relationship manager changes no one will tell you. Your Doctor leaves no one will inform you. Pay everything in advance and keep wasting time running after them for appointments. You are at gods mercy! Dr Geetika might be nice. The centers are beautifully made. But sadly they are not managed. Very Badly managed. No one is responsible and accountable.

They are just horrible with their services post the laser treatment i have got severe infection all over my body have called the sales team so many times to make me talk to the dr it has been more than 4 days they have still not responded this is how they treat you

The staff is irresponsible and they misbehave ( Vanita and Shivani), they give schemes like lifetime laser but when you pay them in full, a few months later they will take appointments but cancel them when you show up and say you have dues left They also do not provide you with invoices.

I am taking laser treatment here, their laser shows slow results but as a customer I don’t get clarity, which is stressful for me. In their sittings, when they don’t do little portions like neck, it’s not mentioned anywhere. At the end you lose no. of sittings. Not a great way to maintain records. The above was a review i wrote few weeks back and finally i am at that stage, as per them some of my body parts sessions are over, but they are not, as per me coz at times the treatment is done partially, and not full body part is covered still it has been counted as 1. I am happy to buy 2-4 more sessions, but i canbe asked to buy another 6 sessions olus maintenance after completion of 8 sessions, where are the results??? the major problem lies here - MY HAIR GROWTH HAS GROWN, my blood tests are all good. But to investigate they have told me to get another Test done which will cost me approx 16 k, Then i should also buy more sessions to get the treatment right, that means more money. Then they have refused to use my pending Sessions on other part of body (which i was told at the time of selling me this treatment- MISLEADING customers). And not just that , the problem on top of everything else is no one is there to listen to u and sit and resolve the issue. Sales manager will dump it on admin, admin will dump it back on sales manager and then it gets dumped on some senior admin who doesn’t have time . Just in case the MD , CEO sees this post - try to understand, I am a working professional, i can not talk to your employees When they are free. Customer should be attended as per their availability, that’s called customer service . KEY POINTS- NO RESULTS NO COMPENSATION NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

i have had worst encounter with their unprofessional staff. While enrolling for lazer hair treatment, their staff member Priyanka mistakenly give me wrong info. due to which i enrolled for the hair laser treatment. Later, when she realised she gave me wrong info, she gave me complimentary one more extra session, that is total 7 session rather than 6. After two sessions, i realised they have put 6 sessions in my file, when ask them to clarify it, they said Priyanka has left Isaac and she has not written anywhere that we have to provide you 7 sessions. So we can’t give you 7 sessions. Unethical and Unprofessional, they punish their customer for their staff’s irresponsibility .

They sent a message saying 50% discount the minute you reach there they will take consultation money 2000 whether you do the service or not which they do not mention ofcourse and also my consultation lasted for 5 mins in which doctor suparna didn't even bother to look at my skin and suggested me some facials which costs like 14k . And I wasted my time and money when I clearly told them that I just wanted a basic clean up. Please don't bother going they just want to extra money out of you. And the machine wasn't working which analysis your skin so sheer waste of 2000.

I was extremely disappointed with this facial place. Not displaying their prices on the website is utterly frustrating, and their lack of fixed prices just adds to the confusion. It's like walking into a financial minefield. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy surprises – and not the good kind. You walk in and it looks like a 5 star place but when you go upstairs where they give you services is not luxurious at all.

I got photo pro facial done at their clinic and my skin got an extreme reaction to the peel that they used during the treatment. Afterwards when I shared the pictures of my skin condition, they did not respond timely. When they reverted, they suggested new products to use, I requested them to send me the product without charging me that will be needed to revive my skin after their treatment (as I had already invested heavily in their treatments) and they refused it straight up. To add, my wedding is in less than a month. And knowing this, they didn’t send me the product and kept on requesting a revisit at their clinic to get another treatment done(which should not be performed given the situation)

Worst experience ever... If you're looking for an unprofessional and highly callous staff and experience Isaac is the place to go. The staff is just a bunch of money loggers. The doctors are so so unprofessional. One of the doctors (don't want to mention her name for the sake of respect) could barely speak in English and explain what treatment she wanted to propose. The staff who do treatments are untrained newbies who just choose to perform random processes on your skin. While taking one of the treatments, my skin was left exposed mid process for over 15 minutes because the staff couldn't find the machine and tools to perform the treatment with. I would highly recommend against this place.

My sister and I went to Isaac Luxe in Vasant Vihar, we were given CO2 laser for our skin concern. The doctor inflicted severe burns and long lasting hyperpigmentation all over the treated area. This clinic has no regard for safety protocols, neither do they consider the consequences of their actions. I strongly advise to avoid this place. You can leave a comment if you need to speak to me.

Went for consultation with an appointment and had to wait for 50 mins just to get the doctor. Once we met the doctor, Dr. Geetika was highly uninterested in the conversation. As soon as she found out that I don’t live in India, she ended the consultation immediately and one of people working outside were also not interested in answering questions that we had. It was a complete waste of time and not recommended for people who don’t live in India since they can’t reel you in.

I went there for laser hair removal and when asked by therapist to be photographed for hair growth, I told the therapist that I would not like to be photographed. She smartly took pictures in her mobile when I was lying down. She thought my eyes were closed. I saw it, didn't want to argue with her and decided not to go there again. Beware people!!!!

They get you enrolled very nicely. Once payment is done, the patient is on its own. Appointments are never on time, for meeting doctor you have to wait for hours, and even after all this there is no one bothered to care or attend to any of your problems. Do check with others before getting caught up with their manipulation. Also these people call you three times a day asking to post good reviews.

I was diagnosed with melasma by one of the doctors here. Spent a lot of money following the treatment recommended. That doctor left and the new doctor said the treatment i received was wrong. The spent more money with the new doctor. My skin is still damaged with no improvement. The sales people keep following up for packages and they make packages for 80,000-100000.
