I recently had the pleasure of experiencing LHR sessions at Oliva Skin Clinic, under the expert guidance of Dr. Avik. From the very beginning, Dr. Avik took the time to explain the entire process in a detailed and explicit manner, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed about each step. I also want to give a special shoutout to Anshu Rani for her impeccable skills and flawless execution throughout the sessions. She was extremely attentive and thorough, making sure the procedure was as comfortable and effective as possible. Overall, my experience at Oliva Skin Clinic was quite good, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality skin treatments!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, park street, especially with their laser hair reduction treatment. I went there expecting a solution to reduce my hair growth, but after three sessions, the results have been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only has the hair growth in some areas remained the same, but in other parts, it has actually *increased*. What’s worse is that the clinic has not taken any responsibility or offered any solution for the worsening of my condition. They are not admitting their fault and have shown no willingness to resolve the issue. I trusted them with my treatment, and instead of seeing improvement, I’m left with more hair and no recourse. I highly regret choosing Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic and would strongly advise others to think twice before going for any treatments here. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper care is unacceptable.

My experience was not bad but I still hope for good results. Communications skills of the doctor was very good and he looked very much qualified. His consultancy was very professional and legitimate without any false claims. It let me believe that his medication can change the situation of my hair

Park Street Oliva is the worst. Just give me my money back for those products I’m never gonna use. After searching extensively for a dermatologist, I found Dr. Reeja Mariam George and finally got an appointment at the Park Street Oliva Clinic after two years. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I specifically asked her not to prescribe Oliva products as they don’t suit me, but she did anyway. After using them, my face started itching, and my acne worsened. To make matters worse, the doctor left the clinic shortly after my visit. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone who values their time and money.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Oliva, specifically with Dr. Avik Ghosh. I & my mum visited for a routine maintenance session, but instead of addressing my concerns, we were told that I would need to restart my sessions, which included repeating previously done tests—despite all my prior results being completely normal. As a well-established skincare brand, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism. Unfortunately, Dr. Avik Ghosh seemed more focused on upselling treatments rather than genuinely addressing my needs. He even suggested I get laser treatment elsewhere if I wasn’t satisfied, and told me to request a refund at reception—despite me never asking for one. All I sought was maintenance care, but instead, my Mom felt disrespected and pressured into unnecessary procedures. Dr. Avik Ghosh’s rude behavior and lack of client care are unacceptable, and it is quite disheartening to see Oliva employ such unprofessionalism in its clinics. Definitely never going to recommend Oliva to anyone.

I was suffering from adult acne and went there to consult their dermatologist. This person claimed to cure the same within 5-6 months where i have to indulge in their timely services of extraction and all and also need to purchase their in house products for the overall treatment. After the consultation , a lady took me to a side room and explained the packages that i need to purchase for the treatment which is not at all affordable for any normal person and ranges from some 40K - 60K , separate from the charges of their own brand products that i have to use. i was hopeful and also desperate to treat my skin issues and so i have invested. But after 4 months, they said i have to again include few more sessions of extractions for which i have to additionally pay (each session costing around 2.5K - 4K approx.) Also they were asking me to pay for the skin lightning treatment to reduce my acne marks. I was surprised since my acne was not even cured after 4 months and they started pitching for another package costing 45K . I understood their sales tactics discontinued my visits and product purchase. 1 month after i stopped using their brand products my skin deteriorated. it took me few more months to normalise. My experience of this clinic and brand is not at all pleasing as neither my acne was cured nor my skin become better, but i wasted around 40-45K in the overall process.

While booking nobody informed that I have to attend exact same time. I was just 10 min late and staff refused to attend. Very nice experience, will never prefer to visit again.

If your money is hard earned then don't go Oliva. They are making fool people by showing 5 star comments. The receptionist, her name is Oendrila, behaviour is worst. She made feel us that she is doing favour by giving a treatment. They always try to assign junior doctor inspite having appointment with a senior doctor. They will tell your appointed doctor is not available right now you can consult with other one or you have to wait 3-4 hours. Very bad experience. We had taken acne peel session and commodian extraction for Acne and they charged for 4300. But trust me not a single bit is changed even after one month in acne but additionally it starts feeling of itchiness, burning sensation and got rashes. Doctor name is Sanjitha Tripathi. I also went after following Google reviews but I will never recommend anybody for Oliva.

Results ratio is 2 out of 10 Dr avik is good But at procedure time an unprofessional staff is doing the procedure That’s not the right thing I will suggest not to get treatment anymore from Oliva I don’t know how they are getting 5 star ratting , they are not able to get 1 star also…

Worst experience ! I was getting treated under Dr. SANJITA I was having acne issues. She prescribed me 4 peels worth 13k. After the first peel my skin got very dry . It became so dry that I was not being able to Smile properly . I told the doctor about the issue , she told me to be patient and all will be ok . Aftr 4 sessions my pimples were partially cured . I asked the doctor what to do next , she just said keep on applying creams n all will be ok . I visited her on March for routine checkup , told her my concern that I’m having redness and rashes plus whenever I go to gym my skin becomes red n burns , I asked her if any further treatment is required or if she could suggest any cream or anything…she simply said apply the creams and maintain from creams only.. if u want treatment I’ll have to put u under same procedure again of 4 peels and medication . The doctor doesn’t Looks at the concerns properly , what was the point of wasting 13k when my skin had to get back to same condition Aftr a month Now My skin is the same with even more acnes as it was before . The receptionist are also very arrogant, getting appoints is the biggest hassle here. Worst experience from this brand . Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. 13k wasted successfully. Great money mechanism . They won’t treat your skin they’ll just take money show Arrogance won’t give appointments. Doctor sanjita is always busy , she will only talk to u while treating ur skin , Aftr u come out from the treatment room and want to ask doctor something, she’ll always be busy .

Very bad experience at Part Street branch, Kolkata. Booked sn appointment through Practo, with some acute skin problem. After taking entire history they cancelled my appointment as they understood that they are not getting much profit. They are not doctors who sit there, but purely business minded people..... Such clinic should be banned. Only running for making money..

The management have changed the price of prp 4 sessions from 23000 to 26700. First they told the price over phone as 23000 And when I visited the clinic they told that there had been a mistake and the price is 26700.

Worst experience ever. I have been to USA for 2 years for my work, Australia for a year and travelled all the metro cities in India for work reason, but I have never been subjected to such a bad behavior as received from the receptionist from Olivia. The main lady does not gave response to any query, she behaves as if she is doing a big favor by giving answers, also talks rubbish behind backs, very unprofessional, her attitude as if she thinks herself as some queen, the attitude represents her lack of education and background, don't know why Olivia gives salary to these ladies, I also have received complains from other clients of Olivia against her, but still Olivia has not taken any steps.

Unsafe experience I was taking hair treatment at your park Street branch under doctor Avik . Today i visited park Street branch for my prp session doctor Natasha was my doctor don't know why they changed the doctor himself while taking my blood for prp therapy i almost got unconscious because of her she was trying to take blood from my arm but she was not getting my vein dont know why i have given blood more than 20 times even i have donated plates she put that needle for 2 minutes but didn't find my veins i feel like she was playing with needles ultimately i have to ask her to take the needle out of my arm after that they called for another blood collector and he has taken my blood with in a 30 seconds without any problem every thing happens infront of their staff if any thing happens between that who will be responsible just tell mee ..in my last season also i complained about her to the doctor that he not giving the therepy properly but no steps where taken irresponsible behaviour ....in my last 3 seasons i got extremely bad experience....Will sure take this matter every where for sure

The worst experience in my entire life. Firstly i was in the mid of a procedure where the person has applied some sort of mask. Told me to wait for 15mins. It was a nightmare. I was unattended for more than an hour. No one came to see . Eventually i had to call at oliva skin that i’m in this room with the ongoing procedure. Zero responsibility. Yuck customer service. Awful skin products that made my skin more dull & dark. I have wasted my money. Save yours

Today was my first day of LT service, nice experience as a first timer..The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Edit:- It was a very horrible experience there my skin got more darker then earlier, No improvement at all i have wasted my thousand of money.

The behavior of the stuffs are very rude, Noncooperative, they don't care about patient's seriousness. Very bad experience after visiting here, worst behavior I have seen from any clinic It was my previous view regarding this clinic, but, they have recently tried to sort out my problem with me, which I appreciate ,they hv asked me for the prescription initially, and, as per Doc say they hv asked me to come to the clinic again for reconsultation but unfortunately I couldn't hv managed,. So I am writing here again that, such quick response and tone of negotiation is appreciable.

I have visited on 14 August and the experience is horrible. They first confirm the appointment and make us to wait till their doctor gives time. It might be for next 1 or 1.5 hours. No matters how the client feels and politely they will ask you to wait for next 2 hours. The first experience is not so good. And moreover it's so easy to tell that ur booking was from Hyderabad not from Kolkata. Does this really matters from where the booking was!!!

The experience was not so good when I visited Parkstreet branch in Kolkata. Though the clinic is neat n clean but the attitude towards customer is not so good. I couldn't consult doctor because there is only one doctor is availab n u have to wait for more than 2 hours inspite of having an appointment since 10 days. They should improve the customer service.

I have the worse experience in this clinic they just sell there products which doesn’t even work at all they’re just bunch of garbage and the doctor who consultant’s me was very dominated guy i will never recommend anyone this clinic…

My friend had an appointment ...her second session today. They asked her to complete the formalities and pay the second installment. On finishing that they abruptly just told her that she was not ready for the second sitting and come after 2 days. This was such a callous attitude... coz in the first place these are not normal times , we are living in constant fear of covid and only prefer to step out as and when absolutely necessary. Secondly they should have made it very clear that on examination they would decide whether they would do the sitting or not. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
