I am very happy for service in Apollo clinic beliaghata. All staffs are also very good in nature.. Positive environment.. Reports and testing is also very nice.. Dr mausumi banerjee is very friendly and awesome gynecologist.. I like her very much only in first appointment.

I went there for Annual Health Checkup. The team was cordial and supportive. The clinic was clean and it took 3 hrs to complete the total AHC which was pretty fast.

Very good, every staff are very helpful and they are ready to help their patients. Home blood collection facility are very well handled.

Behaviour of doctor and management team are very Coporative and friendly. Like ambience of clinic and services too.

I have done blood test from Apollo Clinic Beleghata Branch. Miss Rumpa Pal has taken blood samples from my hand. She has done amazing job. The way in which she took the sample was really good. She is very cooperative and well behaved as well.

I really liked the suggestions given by Dr. Anwesha, she also guaranteed me visible results.. Even I had one carbon laser which is done so professionally and Dedicatedly.. I have carbon laser before, but last day I had experience more satisfactory with the procedure conducted by the Dr. Itself.. Thankew mam

I visited the clinic for orthodontic treatment. The staff are polite, nurses are really helpful, understanding, overall clean environment and treatment is done by experienced doctors.

Will suggest everyone to not go for any testing here. Before making payment at 4.15 pm for the test, we were informed that the test will be done right away. As per the text msg received, we were due for usg at 4.30 pm. But It's already 6.25 pm and the person who will do the test is still not here..they don't value your time. The lady at reception of 1st floor is very rude..

Very bad in time management..on 20/10/2024 I had an appointment for Usg tvs at 10:30 am. But as I had no requirement of urine pressure they were delaying my Usg and was giving priority to those patients who have Usg w/a or health check up patient. Very Bad Service.. will not recommend to anyone.

FRAUD!!!Today i went there for a usg of my relative. They told report is made by MD radiologist but when i saw report, it is made by sonologist.They are completely different. I m a doctor. If i m facing this fraud wht the common people will face. Evn they r not responding to my queries. They r running fraud business at the heart of kolkata..BETTER TO AVOID.

They waste our time so much. If you reach at the appointment time they will still make you wait for 1-2hours to call you in. No professionalism. They could just give a later timing for appointment yet they like to waste people's time. Doctors are fine.

Time given to show doc 7.30, doc did not turn up till 8.50, still saying will come in another 10 mins , people should get prior information before coming to chamber regarding time , so that waiting time is less

I am a regular customer of Apollo Clinic Beleghata. I have done many tests form this clinic for both my senior citizen. But I have faced pathetic issue this time because of the blood collector Tapas Mondal. Firstly because we have fasting blood test we booked for home collection at 7.30am. But Mr Tapas Mondal came after one hour and said my father that Your daughter asked me to come late. Secondly the collector did not do all the blood tests written in the prescription. When we enquired about the same, the receptionist from the clinic said Mr Tapas Mondal had informed that my father asked him not to do all the blood test because of some monetary issue. We have done the tests amounting for 5k and my father asked him not to do some tests which costs only 1200 around. I mean to what extent a person can lie. And most importantly the clinic management is so irresponsible that instead of solving the issue they are supporting their blood collector.

I have an appointment on 10am and it's been 30 minutes I'm seating and waiting for the concern person to do my usg. This is highly unprofessional service provided by your clinic. If the time is not properly mentained by your clinic they why to take appointment? We take appointment according to your availability and our schedule.If I have a important work to do on 11am then what is the point to take an appointment on 10am? 3 receptionist are standing and having chitchat and when I ask for the time they didn't answer my question. Behavior of the receptionist is very rude,nit helpfull at all. Do not book for any test here.

USG doctor didn't turn out after 1 hour of schedule time. Not able to hold my urine pressure. So, i left not doing the USG test. It's immensely unprofessional and unethical practice by this concern doctor. Because of this reason i didn't able to do my breakfast on time and unable to test my PP also. It's a pathetic service from your part and i will highly recommend my company not to continue with the tieup further and disseminate the same information to all my colleagues and my own circle.

Worst service. The stuff members are not aware of any details and misguide the patients. The doctors are not punctual or unavailable and would make you wait for long hours. Recently we visited for USG WA and as per the procedure the patient need to consume alot of water but the doctors will not be available when the appointment time arrives. The stuffs are inhumanly and don't understand the uncomfortable situation of the patients and would ask to wait 5-10 mins everytime you ask on the update. Please don't visit this place and waste your money.

No staff is punctual. They take patients for granted. Worst USG doctor. Highly unprofessional and unethical

Closed waiting area without ventilation or any social distancing. Waiting area full and people waiting in stairs. No systematic approach. Highly disappointing and unsafe.

Went for whole body checkup and also did a dental review done. They are coaxing people for Google review and then get discount on some dental package. Mis communication between new staff made me wait for 1.5 hours for no reason. Three days have passed and they are unable to provide report . Absolutely worthless. I will never recommend it here .

Unethical and insensitive staff. They lied to my parents about getting the tests done over there as the doctor would be present that day to see the reports himself. The doctor never came , so they booked a false appointment. My parents came from another town so they had to stay a day extra at a hotel for absolutely no reason. Worst experience ever. I don't recommend you visiting this clinic.

This place is a fraud & the worst Apollo clinic I have ever visited. I had booked a surgical procedure for my mother for which they accepted the booking saying the procedure takes place in the adjacent building. Only after taking all necessary preparations & reaching the place did we realize that they don’t do the procedure at all, they have in fact outsourced that service to some other hospital. They don’t mention any of this in the call & when any complaint is raised, they will try to justify themselves. Taking advantage of people trusting Apollo because of its brand name. I have been associated with Apollo hospitals for the last 2 years owing to my mother’s cancer treatment.. however, this kind of outlet ruins a brand’s entire reputation. Shameful.

There is no permanent Doctor, after booking they give me time, but I wait another one and half hour, Doctor will not come, After coming me, they received payment instantly, but Tell me Dr is on way, more times over, actually when you come clinic and pay, then they contact Dr, so take more times.dont do appointment here for Doctor, this is two times, I face same problem.

Pathetic patient management. They keep on preferring the patients from whom they will be benefited more. The extra care towards some chosen patient parties is unacceptable as all patient parties should be given same treatment. Receptionist Mrs. Sangeeta Das needs proper training on how to manage patients & then allow her to sit on that chair. I would not recommend this clinic at all. No grudges against the doctors.

Beware of their dental surgeon Dr Arnab Kumar Dey, this Lad (can't help mentioning him more than this) doesn't have any experience of how to treat an elderly patient, doesn't have idea of how much time it takes for local anesthesia after injection is pushed, even after mentioning the fact that my mother is a high blood pressure patient and takes two medicines daily to control her blood pressure he insisted to plug 4 teeth on the same day and assured no problem would occur as he handled more such cases before. My mother condition got critical after the dental surgery, her pressure got so high, her spo2 level has gone below 91%, she had to apply oxygen for 1 hr to stabilize her spo2 level and blood pressure level. Thanks to the apollo clinic that they had adequate facilities like oxygen supply, spo2 and BP monitoring kits etc. The lady Dr namrata jain is good and caring, my wife had her teeth scaling from Dr namrata, I took my mother to her thinking that she would get similar caring treatment however we realized that Dr namrata doesn't perform dental surgery and it's Dr arnab who will perform her dental Surgery. This was my biggest mistake to be ready for the surgery by Dr Arnab, actually I didn't anticipate that a doctor in Apollo Clinic can be so irresponsible and so inexperienced. Anybody think twice before performing any dental surgery from this clinic, scaling, whitening, filling are okay as these activities will be performed by their regular dentist Dr Namrata Jain

Hi, I am shreyasi. Yesterday I visit in appolo clinic but I did a Korean facial for 5000 Rs.No, I didn't see any improvement. I saw a Facebook ad on my face and it seemed good. I understood that it was a carbon facial, so it works. After that they are giving hydra facial treatment and that is the Korean facial. It is 2000 rs outside salon or clinics hydra facial.I am not satisfied, I did not see any improvement, I will say that after seeing the ad, the place is good, do not take any decision, you have to cheat like me. I am very sorry that I lost 5000 rupees. yesterday... Very bad experience.

Pathetic service to the patient party by receptionist Mrs.Sangita Das. She should need a proper training on how to manage all the patients equally and learn some manners. Doesn't understand that even a young patients case can be serious, kept us waiting and didn't allow us to visit the Doctor even when the name was in 2nd. She allowed the other patient party even when they came late and name was after 7th. When we asked her what's the reason, she rudely asked her to sit and wait. Sick and I'll ask people to avoid this clinic and visit the doct somewhere else!

I went to the Apollo clinic for corporate health check up. My experiences are horrible here. Staffs except blood collection centre are very much inefficient. A nurse who was assigned for ECG, was continuously talking over mobile in private calls. The front desk lady on the ground floor was not at all properly educated to accomplish her work. Most of the staff, except the front desk lady on the first floor, are unprofessional.
