This review is purely for Dr Kalra’s team who manage their in patient and video call appointments.
My experience with doctor has been great but the team which manages is not professional neither do they do know how to do their job.
I had checked with the number provided to me if I could book a video call appointments and was assured that only at a specific time in the evening, I proceeded to pay the money and request an appointment. This was in October . I had a family emergency and couldn’t follow up for about a month - but in November, I checked if it was possible to schedule, the team kept promising me the appointment only to never confirm it.
It’s like they had no clue what the doctors diary looked like for the day. After multiple follow ups I stopped following up.
This is after I have PAID for the service and filled out the original form.
I had trust in this doctor so I continued to seek him out even after I changed cities but this team is so unprofessional.
Completely soured my experience.

Firstly, the waiting area isn't managed properly, a lot of visitors who had appointments scheduled after me got to see the doctor first. Then during my consultation, the doctor barely gave five minutes of his time and was constantly busy attending calls. Really dissapointed with his service as he kept on promoting his expensive hair treatments instead of providing viable solutions.

I have taken treatment from Dr. Kalra for about 4 months and to my surprise, I am disappointed.
Not satisfactory even after spending so much money on medicines. Theres is no improvement neither in my skin nor acne.
In first week of my treatment only, I had to go and see doctor on emergency basis because of the reaction of the medicine which was too harsh for my skin, or simply did not suit me. I thought it is one of those parts where your skin gets worse before it gets better but, NO. That medicine damaged my skin barrier completely and it took me another month to recover from it.
I had to travel backwards in this treatment before I could travel towards healing or betterment. I told how apprehensive and literally afraid I was to use that medicine again but he still prescribed that to me again. It had done no good to me but left nasty marks on my face wherever applied.
Long story short- Don’t waste your money here. He is not the same empathetic doctor that he used to be 4-5 years ago. Won’t ever recommend to anyone again.

I opted for 2 laser treatments- back hair reduction & scar removal. We closed the overall commercials @44k. Though Dr Kalra & the management insisted that I pay all 44k in one go, I told them I’d pay 11k every 2 months. After paying my first 11k and getting 1 sitting of each of the treatments, I was never contacted by the management!! It’s been 2.5 months now that no one even bothers to call me!! When I called these folks in between n told the lady about my experience, she apologised deeply and promised a call back for an appointment in the consecutive week, for which I’m waiting since 50 days now. Would not recommend anyone to go through this. Please go to a professional dermatologist, not this.

everything is good but the only thing its too crowded now dr kashish kalra gives minimum 5 mins to every treatment I repeat treatment , recently did prp the microneedling session for face prp was hardly 3mins in other clinic th3y do slowly , its like a machine now before it was best but now no. I paid 15 thousand for my face prp and I dnt like the session to be honest. otherwise other things are good like medications, proper sanitization and all .

I went there for my dryness and premature ageing ...at first he told me for filling that will cost more than 70k ...and when i told him I can't afford he gave me some medicine of 4k . When I used I got rashes and red patches .when u went to him again he didn't return any medicine or didn't give any discount on medicine. Again he told me to use one new lotion....but I didn't want to do experiment with my skin .i stop to use his medicine...frankly speaking i felt he was not good for me .too expensive. And rude.
