I recently visited Dr. Deepali Bharadwaj’s clinic and, unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While the clinic itself is well-maintained and clean, my consultation with Dr. Bharadwaj left much to be desired. Firstly, I felt that Dr. Bharadwaj was quite impatient during our interaction. She appeared to be in a rush, which made it difficult for me to fully discuss my concerns or get comprehensive answers to my questions. It seemed like there was little time dedicated to understanding my issues thoroughly, which is disappointing, especially when it comes to skincare, a field that requires a personal touch. Additionally, I found the clinic to be quite expensive, which, in my opinion, doesn’t align with the level of care or service provided. The pricing felt high given the experience I had, especially when considering that other clinics offer similar services at a more reasonable cost. Another point of concern was the sale of a face wash, which was recommended by Dr. Bharadwaj. However, it wasn’t disclosed during the consultation that the product was actually made by her own brand. This lack of transparency made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, as I wasn’t informed about the potential conflict of interest. Moreover, the experience with the clinic’s staff was less than satisfactory. I was prescribed a cream that did not match the written prescription, and when I noticed this, I contacted the clinic multiple times for clarification. Eventually, Dr. Bharadwaj sent me a voice note acknowledging that the prescription was wrong and that the staff's recommendation was actually correct. While the clinic did offer a refund for the incorrect cream, the entire situation was confusing and led to unnecessary stress. Despite the refund, I am disappointed by the lack of clear communication and professionalism, both in terms of the doctor’s approach and the clinic’s handling of the prescription mix-up. In my opinion, a clinic of this caliber should prioritize thorough consultations, transparency, and accuracy in prescriptions, none of which were fully met during my visit. Given these issues, I cannot recommend Dr. Deepali Bharadwaj’s clinic based on my experience. While the clinic may work for some, I believe there are other options in the area that offer more personalized care and a better overall experience.

My experience with this dermatologist was extremely disappointing. Despite paying a hefty fee for an online consultation, the doctor was not even present at the appointed time. After chasing them down, they hastily prescribed a plethora of medications and creams without providing any meaningful information on their purpose or how to properly use them. To add insult to injury, they attempted to push a costly cream from their clinic. Profit takes precedence over patient care for this dermatologist. This kind of behaviour is unethical and exploitative, and I would caution others against seeking treatment from them. Update: Attaching the presentation to make you understand that all the negative review is not paid ones, you should start accepting genuine feedback rather than calling them fake. Please tell me madam now how you will reward me. Second Update - LOL now you have edited your response 🤣 initially you were giving me Rs10K as a reward if I proved that I had taken the consultation and posted the prescription. You dare to tell us that we are paid reviewers, you are not a celebrity that someone would pay us to write these reviews, I feel pity on you rather than improving your services you are defending your substandard services by telling us why I am posting this after 4 months, yes I am posting it now because I feel people should know your reality and your business model. Beware future Customers - She is a doctor with a serious attitude problem and a severe lack of empathy..... I went to Deepali Bhardwaj's Defence Colony clinic on November 25th, following a recommendation from my cousin. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most unpleasant experience I've ever had with a healthcare professional. It was evident that she was not in the right state of mind. She lacks basic courtesy & treating patients with disrespect. - Despite being my first visit, she did not provide a proper consultation. She appeared rushed for other tasks, even though no other patients were present at that time. - And the level of rudeness and misbehaviour was exceptionally high, scoring a 10/10. She was disrespectful to me, my wife and the person who referred me. She seems to perceive herself as a celeb dermatologist, but her lack of common sense and disrespectful behaviour are evident New Comment, as a reply to the response received from Deepali's team - I wasn't inclined to become a customer coz I still have some common sense, when distinguishing between a competent and a subpar doctor. Yes, I inquired about discounts and that is how you work & do ur marketing, isn't it? Going door-to-door to sell packages when there's a lack of clients and reaching out to corporates for referrals. And that is why you begged to remove my first comment. When that didn't materialise positively, a rather insincere and defensive reply was crafted. It's very unfortunate to see a doctor not living up to the standards of being a good person.

I got hives and went to clinic for treatment. She gave the instructions and medicines without performing any allergy test. Till the date, I am still struggling with the same problem. Her consulation fee is Rs. 2000 which is too high. Also, she didn't respond to my voice message, I asked on the same day after consultation. Worst Experience.

She is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. My elder sister was suffering from alopecia so she has suggested her PRP therapy which cost near about Rs50000 for 1 sitting so she had told my sister that her treatment required 3 sittings which was near about 1.5 lacs which includes high dose medicines too but even after running the treatment for 1 year and after spending so much money, we did not have seen even a percent improvement in her hair. Her fees is so high and despite paying so much treatment from above we haven't seen difference. If you consult a small doctor, then maybe you still get relief, but do not take a treatment by expensive doctor at all or you will completely waste your time and your hard-earned money. We have been regretting too much by getting them treated. By making her clinic so high fi, she attracts patients towards her clinic and only loots patients. 1 of her staff even got my sister to sign a paper and I was sitting outside, she got my sister to sign some paper and we do not even know what the paper was about and after asking they did not even tell it properly because they knew that later the patient would say for her forgery that we did not get any result of your treatment, then we will show the paper. She even stopped picking up our phone and when we have called from another number they said that you have to take an appointment before arrival, means we would have to pay Rs1500 again to ask her about our situation which was actually done by her. At the time of PRP treatment, there are so many injections injected in my sister's head that even today, my sister's head continues to ache in many parts of her head only because of Dr. Deepali Bharadwaj. Your money and your time is in your hands, please do not rely on such doctors at all and do not go. We all already regretting, 1L+ is not a small amount for anyone. She has earned the money in thousands and lacs by looting the patients, she's is making her clinic hi-fi and leading a comfortable life. We have all the details of our each and every bills and treatment so you can't say that we are lying. We all consider doctors the form of God but Doctors like you has kept his profession a business. Dr Deepali Bharadwaj shame on you. I am not feeling good while writing all this for a doctor but as a responsible citizen it is my duty to alert other people.

she is worst doctor i have ever met in my life and i can never forget the experience . i went there for my acne problem . with that she made me feel that i should take some more treatments from her LIKE O2 Facial and laser hair removal and because i trusted her , so i agreed . same time she told, we have some offer going on , we can give u some discount if you pay the complete laser hair removal payment together we can give you two more sittings extra. so i payed a big amount almost 38k ( laser + consultation ). After that meet till next 9 sittings of laser , i got hard hairs on my face like men and her treatment left me with burn marks of laser effect . at the end i am left with nothing and because of her i can not talk to people confidently because every third person out of 5 says " You have facial hairs like men" and that feeling cant be expressed.

Went there for acne & skin brightening treatment but almost saw no results, she charges ₹1000 for consultation and calls you after every 2 weeks for no reason, no change in the products or anything. Unlike many other doctors I have met in the past, she does not bother to explain anything to the patient and hardly takes 5 minutes to see the patient without even listening to him/her and she is VERY RUDE if you try to ask her anything. In spite of being a doctor she does not perform any procedures herself and she has employed amateur girls who know nothing about the treatment itself and that is why I had many complications after a chemical peel. I have already wasted more than 15k for nothing. Very disappointing! *In Reply to Dr. Deepali's response: Maybe I don't go here by my official name but I did visit your clinic and I still say it was a huge disappointment and no thank you I am not interested in any free service from your clinic because I have already seen what kind of service the clinic tends to provide, its not just about the money its mainly about the time and the hope which went in waste. And let me clarify that you are not the first doctor I saw in my life at least every doctor has enough time to explain everything to the patient. I firmly believe its every doctor's duty and about the "over-qualified" girls at your clinic, the one who performed my peel did not even know the content and strength of the peel. So. that's that.

Terrible doctor and the worst in India! Do not go by the fake reviews left for this doctor. I went to this rude doctor a few months back and she suggested me to apply hairbless solution and saclo solution along with 10k worth other medicines. Within 2 months, i became bald and got a fungal infection on my head Do not trust this doctor as she will show you results for 1 month but after that you will go bald and she is very rude on 3rd 4th visit. She should close down her fake business of healing people because she is fooling others, and i am sure the doctor will claim that there is no customer by my name as she herself is fake. why on earth would i come for a "free" consultation when ive already spent almost 20-25k on your sick stupid medicines?!!! a complaint should be filed against you!

She is a glorified good-for-running-a-saloon dermatologist who has no understanding of even elementary skin ailments. She does not give you more than 2 minutes of her time. The moment you start describing your condition, she start scribbling the names of tablets, creams, lotions which she gives to everyone irrespective of their skin ailment. (If they work, its your luck !) and she is done . That's it ! just 2 minutes.. ..She never tells you the name of skin allergy/ailment, etc., neither she writes that in her prescription. She charges you 1500/- which she collects in advance and writes medicines that are mostly available at her clinic only. I was suffering from skin itching and I went to her (My Big Mistake !!)... After having wasted my time for more than 1 month taking her medicines, in which itching that was earlier restricted to legs spread to the entire body, I decided to visit Apollo hospital and took her prescription as well with me just to inform the doctor of the medication I was having till then. This doctor is an expert at his job, just by looking at my skin and scratching , he zeroed in on to the ailment. It was Urticaria !! I showed him her prescription. The first thing he enquired was if she herself looks after the patients or has she hired people for that ? He told that medicines and lotions, etc. which she had precribed are the irritants and not sootheners that have exacerbated the allergy and itching. He sincerely noted the symptoms, then his diagnosis in the prescription (Quite Deft he is at his job !) which consisted of one lotion and 2 tablets only along with 2 tests. (Good doctors rely on tests !) I started feeling better in a day ! The itching was reduced to 5 %, both in frequency and intensity and completely disappeared in 2-3 days. She never bothers to diagnose. She never suggests any tests. She has only memorized the name of few tablets and lotions, body wash, etc which she prescribes to everyone. After having wasted my time and money at her clinic with no relief, I feel its the time to call her bluff and caution the public. She is only good for hypochondriacs and not real patients.. Also, peeps ! do not go by the 5 star reviews given here. They reviews are just one-liners and you yourself can judge their authenticity. I can upload her prescriptions & the one given by the Doctor at Apollo to substantiate myself.. Reply : Mostly Dissatisfied !! Really ! This is the best you could come up with.. Well, this is in consonance with her other skills... I am very much satisfied & happy with my life and take good care of myself.

My review was deleted! I had complained about the pathetic experience with hydra facial. The doc's team denied to accept my review, called it "FAKE" and asked for the bill to validate. After I uploaded the bill, the review was deleted! WOW!

My experience was quite bad.. she definitely did nothing to solve my skin problem- she said the rashes would remain for few weeks but it disappeared the next day and the itching continued.. going back would mean another expensive visit so i didnt. Anyways she hardly saw me for 3 mins so I didnt expect much. Also when i said there was high histamine in my blood she said she would treat that in the next visit! Medicines were cosmetic more than anything else and very expensive... after 2500 rs worth of consultation and medicines my problem didnt go and so i didnt like this experience much.

The worst work and management, she only looks to your pocket, after my hair transplant ion which was much expensive than other hospitals, I got sever swelling in my forehead then around eyes which I was not able to open my eyes, Deepali even didn’t visit me again to give me advice about swelling. Finally I have done google search to treat the swelling and took antibiotics with corticosteroid and ice. Dr Deepali didn’t explain clearly that how many implants she will do. Ur directly told that I will take 120000 then mentioned 90000 Rupee with one free BRP, but after two days her staff were asking me to pay more15000 for BRP, but I claimed that the BRP is complementary. Finally that hospital implanted 2000 with worst side effects

Dermatologists are supposed to improve your skin condition, however they actually leave u with nothing in terms of facing the world with confidence. And they are not even sympathetic to the end horrible result of their treatment. It pains tremendously inside viewing such GREAT docs.

Hello everyone I have already posted a review few days back for this doctor and now again m posting with my another mail ID just to give her reply, so Dr. Deepali Bharadwaj what you said on my review "what a liar ! We had no patient like above . Seems you work with some doctor who is my competition" 1st of all my sister was your patient and you cannot deny this fact otherwise you'll messed up in your own lie and I have each n every details of your prescription and transaction ID no.s from which we had sent the amount of PRP therapy in 25k or 50k many times. Infact we had your msgs too in which your assistant was asking for PRP fees. If you want to see all these things publicly then ok, I'll definitely post it publicly with your attached statement and pleaseeeee do not live at all in the illusion that you will have some competition or someone will compete with you because you are the worst and liar doctor who cheats their patients only for money so no one wants to compete with such kind of persons oops doctor and don't you dare to call me a liar, I have all the proofs and I can show you or can show the public at any time but by saying this you have made yourself a biggest liar. The worst doctor ever, I paid for my services and I was late by 5 minutes, she called me up and scolded me and then threatened me that she'll remove all my sessions. How can you treat your client like that is my question. Worst experience ever.

Ms. Deepali cares more about making money than her patients and doesn't show enough respect to the patients. recently I have had a minor surgery at her clinic, because of her unprofessional work I have been through difficult times with the healing of the surgery wound, the surgery room doesn't sound clean and standard and most probably because of the contaminated surgical instrument my surgical site got infectious.
