I arrived at the clinic at 6:00 PM since the opening time was listed as 6:30 PM. When I inquired, I was informed that the clinic would actually start at 7:00 PM because the doctor would only arrive at that time. I asked what my consultation time would be if I booked at that moment, and they said it would likely be around 8:00 PM or later. Since I had another appointment, I mentioned that I couldn’t stay and would come another day. They assured me they could adjust my timing and offered a consultation at 7:30 PM, asking me to return by 6:45 PM. I returned at 6:45 PM and waited for the doctor, who arrived at 7:35 PM. While I understand that doctors can be busy at the hospital. I ended up waiting until 8:15 PM and had to leave without consulting the doctor. I expected better communication from the receptionist, especially since I had expressed my need to leave earlier. Overall, I felt disappointed because I didn’t get a respect for my time. Notes: 1. This clinic opens at 7:00 PM, not at 6:30 PM as mentioned in the Google listing. 2. Please call and book your appointment in advance. 3. The doctor is good; I consulted him an year ago, and the treatment was effective for me and my 2-year-old daughter. 4. Please be prepared to wait indefinitely. Edit : I received a call from the doctor’s office the very next morning. They apologized for the previous day and offered to adjust my consultation, asking me to come the following day. I explained that I couldn’t come as I had no one to babysit my child. The receptionist was so accommodating that she even offered to watch my child while I consulted with the doctor. Although I didn’t make it to the clinic until 8 PM, I received another call from the office saying that the doctor was available for an online consultation. I went to the clinic with my child, and the consultation was completed. The doctor himself explained that he had been delayed due to a transplant at the hospital. What’s remarkable is that all of this happened before they even saw my review. Because of their efforts and the way they handled the situation, I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

I am very grateful to Dr. Naveen for curing my allergy. It started with a few red patches on my face, gradually spreading until my entire face was red. As a teacher, I was extremely worried about facing my students. But Dr. Naveen reassured me there was nothing to worry about. His words comforted me, and after taking the prescribed tablets and applying the cream, my skin returned to normal. A skilled doctor, but unfortunately shows little regard for patients’ time. Despite having an appointment, the average waiting time is around 2 hours. It’s disappointing that such a competent doctor does not value the importance of his patients’ time.
