Worst experience.
Went for consultation and chemical peels session.
Staff behaviour was not good very unprofessional. After consultation i went for peeling session in a room. Kept waiting for 20mins in the room without the ac or fan switched on. The room was so hot that i started suffocating and i walked out of the room. I was not informed that the doctor is busy prioritising his personal client and giving him service first after knowing that he came after me.
I didn’t take the session cause of this reason
They knew that I have a 4 month old baby at home & I need to go home after my session ASAP.
They assured me that it wont take much time but it was the opposite.
They say some things on the call and when you visit them they’re different.
I have been a regular client in Kaya skin clinic.
Comparing their service with Dr Vohra’s.
Dr Vohra’s lack interest in fulfilling customer service. Their charges are same as Kaya
But is so so unprofessional.

Don't go to Vohra clinic they are doing services with untrained facilities for the result my wife's face got burned and that was taken time to recover is around 6 months and after that when I was contacted to Vohra clinic then they told me the there doctor has left the hora clinic and now I have to pay agin for doctors fee how unjustified answer by vhora clinic to sad I personally suggest don't go the clinic to burn your face and money both

Appointments aren't followed. Waiting time after taking appointment is 1.5 - 2 hours. Consultation is Rs 1000 per visit. Dermatologist Dr Somudyuti Chandra isn't interested in listening. She is impatient and sarcastic if any details are shared. Patient is sent off quickly with next appointment date for which additional fee is charged. She also lacks depth of knowledge to prescribe.

There is a issues related to transparency. Doctors are mostly acquired degrees from Private Medical Colleges and boats degrees with Hons. & Gold Medals. Feels cheated and was trapped in a wrong treatment of my very near and dear.

I visited Dr vohra for two wart removal from my face.it was the worst decision of my life.they burnt my whole face saying i have more warts(though i had two but they burnt 20-25 places on my face.now my face is full of scars and its paining very much and my warts are not even removed properly.they did it only to extract money from me,they took 4700 rupees but they gave me a burnt face.never visit here.go to a good hospital
