Dr Madhavi's Advanced Skin Hair and Laser Clinic

I visited Madhavi’s Advanced Skin, Hair, and Laser Clinic for wart treatment for both my spouse and child. Dr. Madhavi demonstrated excellent diagnostic skills and provided flawless treatment. As the name implies, the clinic offers a variety of advanced treatment options, which are also displayed on the TV in the waiting room. Six months ago, my spouse developed a wart that we initially mistook for a common corn. We consulted a skin surgeon at reputed hospital who attributed it to a pressure point and recommended custom footwear, but the wart became more aggressive. In another multi speciality hospital, a podiatrist removed it with a minor procedure, but it regrew within days. We visited another cosmetic surgeon who told it might be a viral wart or corn requiring removal from the root with 1-2 sutures and recommended bed rest since the wart was under the foot, but we couldn't get an appointment for 14 days. I began searching for reputable doctors to remove the corn/wart using laser treatment instead of conventional cutting. After much effort, I found Madhavi’s clinic and visited it with hope. Dr. Madhavi examined the corn/wart for a few seconds and immediately diagnosed it as a viral wart, not a corn. Unlike other doctors we had seen, she made a quick and accurate diagnosis. She suggested several treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical, including laser and conventional methods. We chose laser removal and decided to proceed without hesitation. A few hours later, she removed the wart, and we went home. Since it is laser, there are no sutures. My spouse is completely cured after 4 weeks with no signs of damage. A few days later, my child also developed a wart, and we were worried if he could handle the laser removal procedure. However, the doctor had advanced methods for children, in addition to conventional techniques. Instead of using laser treatment, she employed a less painful method specifically designed for kids. Although this approach might typically require 2-3 sessions, we opted for it immediately. Thankfully, the wart was successfully removed in just one session, which was also less expensive than my spouse’s procedure. However, like few others wrote in reviews, 1. Yes, this is a busy clinic. Due to the effectiveness of her treatments, there is a good footfall and a waiting time of at least an hour during Saturdays/Sundays. However, the quality of treatment, makes the wait well worth it, rather than having to visit multiple hospitals/clinics multiple times. We visited her on Saturdays for first two visits and then later for next 2 visits, visited on weekdays when the waiting time is very short. 2. Yes, the doctor looks in to her laptop when we say our problems. But it is only to take notes, and she does this only after thoroughly examining the patient's problem and making a diagnosis. While other doctors might write on paper, she has upgraded to a Mac. This doesn’t mean she isn’t listening. She listened to everything we say and answered all our questions. We have visited her 4 times, and each time she has answered all of our questions and at the end also asked us if we have any more queries or doubts. 3. Yes, the doctor smiles sparingly. However, I didn't notice any arrogance or attitude in her behaviour or in the way she answered all of our questions. She explains the condition clearly. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Madhavi’s treatment. If you're reading reviews to decide whether to visit her, look no further—without a doubt, you should go to her clinic. She is highly experienced and keeps up with the latest advancements in the clinical field. You can see numerous frames and mementos she has received displayed on the walls. Special mention to the front desk staff, Sravani and Deepu, for efficiently managing the busy clinic and addressing all patient queries.

I experienced thinning of hair and hair loss since few years and was diagnosed with androgeic alopecia by my previous dermatologist for which I was prescribed Minoxidil spray. Though I used it I didn't feel any improvement, instead experienced itchy scalp. I decided to visit Dr.Madhavi for second opinion about 6months ago and she ordered for blood tests inorder to find the root cause for the problem.I was diagnosed by Dr. aof having Chronic scalp folliculitis and was prescribed related medications.My itchy scalp was resolved completely and hair thinning was partly resolved after few visits. Yet my prime concern of hair loss wasn't resolved.I was told to patiently continue the treatment for better results in long run and was given medications for receding hairline. My condition has obviously improved from beginning and I believe it to be even better sooner or later....

Love the treatment here. Me and my mom went for warts removal so happy with the result my mom has plenty of warts her face was like horrible but after removal she is so happy with her face... Don't fall for ratings or gold medal. 1. Zero efforts to ask patients problem. 2. Not even suggested a hair shampoo or proper products. 3. Asked for skin issue but not provided any products or solutions with respect to that. She better need to start learn soft skills and people skills which definitely add value to her paper of education without this no use of higher ratings, promotions and qualifications. We are coming for consultations which you have to ask people some questions and we paying for that which is not a free service that we take whatever we get in return. Please do not visit this clinic they price's are too higher than others. Their OP cost 800 rupees although if you paid for it DR.Madavi not do proper check up and simply she look at you and type the priscription on her laptop. They do just scamming with fake medication. Even I went to the clinic after seeing this reviews but later on I totally disappointed with her attitude and behaviour, she's not even treat you like a patient her attitude is worst than worst.. people trust me I don't write this much paragraph if I don't feel the way that I explained above. Absolutely pathetic experience at this so-called clinic! The dermatologist is completely unprofessional and uninterested in actually helping patients. She doesn’t bother to listen, asks zero relevant questions, and jumps straight to prescribing unnecessary, expensive tests—clearly a money-making racket. No proper diagnosis, no concern for the patient's condition, just a robotic attitude and a complete lack of empathy. Still my problem is not solved.The clinic itself is poorly managed, and the staff is just as indifferent. Save your time, money, and health—DO NOT visit this place!

**** Don't waste time and money by visiting this clinic **** All the positives reviews are fake and paid. Total money minded doctor and so is her staff. Once patient is inside her room, doctor is not interested in listening to patient's issue or checking her skin condition but she will be busy watching CCTV monitors all the time. One will pay Rs. 800 to watch her watching her CCTV footages. Her behaviour is unwelcoming and rude, its a pity that such egoistic, self centric person has become doctor. Prescribed creams and lotions are not available at outside medical stores, she makes huge commissions on the sales from her clinic. Now the standard reply would be "we didn't find your name in our records".

I recently visited Dr.Madhavi for hair & skin. I had bitter experience, I took my reports to show her & I was asking few questions related to serums & the reply what she gave was, "First of all, before asking any question, you should have some maturity before asking any question" - I don't understand, we are paying 800 per visit for 10-15mins & not receiving right attitude towards patients. As a patient I will have lot of questions, I expect doctor to talk with patience with no attitude.

During my visit to the doctor for skin issues, I felt frustrated because instead of focusing on my problem, she seemed more interested in talking about herself. When I tried to show her my issue, she asked us to sit opposite to her instead of checking it properly. Her facial expressions made me feel like she considered us untouchable. Despite paying ₹700 for the consultancy, her arrogant behavior left me feeling dissatisfied. The staff was good, but the doctor's attitude was disappointing. I couldn't understand why she had such a superior attitude. It’s my humble request, guys don’t waste your money when the doctor has so much arrogant issue. The doctor should be always like supportive. What issues you’re going through just not making faces.

I had been taking treatment for my hair fall and skin issues since 5 months. Despite the treatment costs being at higher side, there was no result from any treatment given to me. They call it advanced clinic but cover your face with dirty cloth while giving hair laser therapy. My skin condition has worsened after using the products prescribed by the doctor. After 2 years, I am now experiencing more pimples and white heads on my face which was not a problem since two years. Also she prescribes very expensive skin products which also does not do any good. Hair treatment also has severed my condition. I have more visible thinning then before. I took 5 PRP sessions. It has deteriorated my hair quality. I noticed she prescribes same medication to someone who has manageable level of thinning and someone who has extreme level of thinning, hence giving general treatment for extremely different cases. They use same comb on every patient hair after treatment. Hygiene is compromised.

One of the "Rudest" doctor I have ever visited. It is definitely a horrific experience. I have seen so many doctors but never like this one. What is the use of her gold medal when she doesn't know how to talk to her patients. Study can give her the degree but with no empathy it will never make her a doctor. Forget about getting treated here never even going to visit. She definitely doesn't know how to talk to her patients. She talks like as if she is going slap on your face. Why does she even need my caste while I was explaining my problem. Is she going to do diagnosis based on my caste very disgusting and disrespectful. She can directly ask if am vegetarian/non-vegetarian directly if she really wants to know if am good with healing post procedure but instead she asked my caste if i am vaishyas or not. When i mentioned that this is the only treatment that worked for me she is like oh why didn't you get it treated in USA, or go get treated in the place where you originally got it done. It is soo rude for her to say those things. Its my choice where i wanted to get it done or how I wanted to be get it treated. I called front office people in the morning and they said walk ins are allowed and they didn't book me an appointment. when i called front office I asked if the doctor does the cryotherapy or not as I have time constraints. If they said no on the phone i would have visited another one. They wasted my time. They said madam will check and do it. She clearly said its an outdated procedure no one is doing it and she won't do that procedure after visiting and she gave other options which doesn't fit in my time. When the patient clearly asked what she wants they should tell right away that they will do or not. Finally I was not treated and I was robbed for just initial consultation. Never recommended her to anyone. If I have 0 stars I would giver her that. This doctor doesn't even know what HIPAA means and patient privacy means revealing patient's problem in a online Google review this really explains her educational background and where is stands. Use extreme caution while choosing her. If you put a negative review she will reveal your medical condition and other information in a Google review.

If she is unable to effectively treat patients through online consultations, it would be prudent to discontinue this service rather than charging a fee of 1000/- with no tangible results. Additionally, I perceived a lack of professionalism and possibly a hint of rudeness in her demeanor towards patients. Despite investing a significant amount of money in her treatment, it regrettably exacerbated my situation. I urge others to carefully consider their options before engaging her services.

Wanted to share my experience because the reviews on her google page are flodded with praises which lead me there but people need to know the truth so they don't waste their time like I did. I went to the doctor with some acne troubles. My appointment with the doctor lasted 5 mins in which she did not bother to ask any questions to get to know my history, I had to take the responsibility to mention everything and her recommendations would change on the fly as the information was provided. Her approach was just prescribing things without explaining what is going on. When I would ask her questions about what she was prescribing (blood tests, medications, etc), she would respond with "I am typing as I am talking to you. You will find it in your file". With problems like acne, you need someone who takes the time to understand how your body is and not put you in a general box. The whole experience was speedy, the doctor was distant and rather unprofessional. This was unexpected from someone of her stature. I was so unhappy with the appointment that I walked out without getting any medication or any intention of coming back. Edit - The clinic's response to my complaint was to gaslight me instead of taking it constructively. This seems to be their response to every review that highlights their incompetency. Classic red flag behaviour 🚩

Worst experience. The doctor is very arrogant and self centred. Doesn't care about the patients problems and will have nurse explain you and she doesn't even have patience to listen and understand and explain what the issue is. I went for skin and hair problem. She was muttering something and for every question we asked she was saying how do we know why it happened every skin is diff there is no explanation only treatment. Worst experience ever!!! Whats wrong with this woman P Madhavi!! I had appointment with her at 5 pm ist. She had me wait till 7:00 pm! This was quite challenging for me, considering I had previous medical history from two other doctors. I was expecting a thorough examination to address my concerns, particularly regarding multiple skin infections..so I hoped this lady will give me right one!! the consultation lasted only 5-10 minutes. Guess what she said like dumb person she suggest that it could be a combination of both conditions. Are u serious??!!! If there are rashes in body..she suggest combination of both!! I came from far to meet her hoping to have right expectations but she ended up like other doctors!! Whats wrong with u woman!!??? This left me feeling disappointed and concerned. Don't liked her treatment. I went for hair issue and she provided some minoxidil and other medications due to that i lost most of the hair. She won't explain the issue clearly and after one month usage of medication at the end she is telling only solution PRP.after her treatment only i reasearched about minoxidil and came to know that we need to use that life time.she didn't explained that also. Please double check to visit her(don't trust Google reviews like me) Answer for reply. Your replying that i visited once clinic check your records i visited 3times.and you completely discouraged that I will never get hair nd you didn't even talk positively.i can remember all your words.
