The laser treatment and facial were excellent, and I’m very happy with the results. The therapist was very knowledgeable and made the experience even better. The clinic is very neat and clean, which I really appreciated. I do feel that the receptionist could be a bit more polite and welcoming, perhaps with a friendly smile when interacting with customers. It might not have been intentional, but a small improvement here could enhance the overall experience.

I got the carbon facial cleanup done from Asha. She is very polite and knowledgeable about her work. She did a fab job. She has skilled hands and my face is already glowing after the first session. Great work !! 😀

It's my second lazer session and hands down after my first I got amazing results. Ofcourse it's very important to have a good technician to attend to you and hands down I got the best treatment. All thanks especially to Ojal she was absolutely brilliant, patient and very attentive.Honest openion, after many years of experimenting in different places very greatful their treatment here worked out for me so well and gave me very good results.

I had a mixed experience at the Cutis Clinic, Andheri West branch. Dr. Nidhi was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns thoroughly. The therapist, Karishma, was polite and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience was ruined by the reception staff. When I called to book an appointment, they initially booked me with Dr. Roshni for a fee of ₹2000 and asked me to pay in advance. After I made the payment, they informed me that the consultation fee was actually ₹3000 but offered an appointment with Dr. Nidhi instead for ₹2000. This was highly unprofessional, but I decided to move forward. Before starting my treatment, which was expensive, the clinic took digital photographs of my face. I asked Dr. Nidhi if I could get a copy of these for reference, and she kindly agreed, advising me to request them from the reception. However, the reception staff outright refused, citing "confidentiality," which makes no sense since these are my own photos. Despite multiple follow-ups and mentioning my conversation with Dr. Nidhi, they ignored my requests entirely. This level of mismanagement and unprofessional behavior from the reception team is unacceptable. It overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit, leaving me deeply disappointed. Hence, the 1-star rating. I intended to keep coming back to this clinic after my treatment, but I guess not anymore.

Pathetic front desk and information. You call them and they don't want to give you any information... They just want you to come for a consultation and want to squeeze you for whatever they can. Absolutely pathetic! And why would a new customer yell at your staff! It's hilarious. Your response is as pathetic and your front staff, giving a bad name to your doctors! AND TO ADD TO THEIR AUDACITY... THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR REVIEWS!! BEWARE!! WELL I WENT AND SIGNED UP WITH AGELESS CLINIC... WHAT A PLACE AND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Another scam in the name of celeb skin and hair go to stop, just because of their founder dr apratim goel is considered to be well renowned dermat which I have read on internet only but apart from them I don't think is there any good doctor as I found out cutis on internet and took chance to consult for my skin acne condition. I trust them and follow up the medication for 1 month in this tenure I have consulted with 2 doctors of their did the black peel which they had recommended and follow up the medication sincerely but even after that I see no improvement in my condition, then I request them to have appointment of dr apratim as she was the last hope in cutis but they said that would have extra charge for her appointment. Means after all this excess fees they had charged from me with the promise that they will improvise my condition in 1-2 month they asked for more. In my opinion cutis is like any other business who just wants to earn more and more, do not care about their patients. Not recommended for your skin or hair issue. Totally disappointed 😞

It's very disappointing to say I have visited few months back for skin careon November and bought 15k stuff from cutis but I forgot my files on reception, no one has taken responsibility to call me so that I can pick my stuff from clinic ,instead of that they lost my file .This kind of behavior is not acceptable.

Andheri branch have no time for patients.I have visited them twice latest in June and July and I wanted to buy tretment package and asked them to collect money from my office.. no one contacted me or called me .I tried to contact them no. of times on whatsapp but they did't reply.I think the owners need to check their staff behaviour.I have to chase your staff

Pathetic experience... Don't go and waste your time and money there. There are there only to take your money with two claims and zero knowledge!

The reason why you go to a skin clinic rather than a regular parlor is you expect professional and expertise. Cutis is solely money driven and my experience had been bad with them. On consultation I was advised to go with Cutis glow clean up (priced 4k+) but my main concern is acne. And immediately after consultation I was being taken for the procedure without the knowledge of price or anything. They think 4k is peanuts and did not feel the need to discuss this me whereas on the phone call earlier I had inquired about acne clean up. Later on, I decided to go with acne clean up. The price they informed before procedure was RS.2590 and at the counter that was changed to Rs. 2950. I had no acne on my forehead and post clean up it flared up. Kindly fet your self a decent clean up at a regular parlor and save your money. The lady at the reception has the audacity to tell me that you can come for another session next month. After being duped and such pathetic service, I have made up my mind never to step in Cutis and also save my friends and family and even office colleagues from being duped. Sheer waste of money, overpriced! Deserves negative ratings but in order proceed with writing a review you need start with 1 star atleast.

Receptionist were so rude in andheri west branch …they don’t know how to talk with the cx ..just because of these type of receptionist people who want to visit cutiiss they don’t come …really disappointed i m not going to visit this branch anymore.

The worst experience i had. I had gone there with so much of hope that my skin would get treated but it didn't go well. First while booking for an appointment no one was answering the calls I had literally message Dr Goyal to get an appointment. After that I got a call then after getting the appointment I was told that Dr. Goyal isn't available and you will have to meet Dr. Zora and was told not to worry I reached there and started with my consultation. The doctor didn't even look at my skin problem and started suggesting me peel off and carbon treatment whereas I was very clear that I don't want anything Lasik or any machine to be used on my skin. She asked me my skin type and I told her clearly that I had oily skin before but now my skin is dry. She then suggested I should go for a cleanup atleast. As cleanup are basic I went for it. Firstly the rates of treatment are too high. I took the cleanup and went out for the payment . The receptionist was very rude her name is Rutuja . The cleanup was nice and I wanted to do it next month also as doctor suggested so I was asking for next month appointment and I'm front of me that receptionist laughed with her other colleague and was like phirse aane hai isko and they shared a laugh which was very deeming. Later I wasn't properly explained about the products given it was like you have to take them as it's compulsory . As I was scared with the way my skin was looking I took the products and started using them and to be honest it's the worst . My skin became extremely dry and started itchness on my skin more. This is just a money making machine. They charged me alot for the products and later I called them to say this that my skin is extremely dry so then the doctor said not to use some stuff they provided . They have no concern for a patient who have come to them with so much hope it's just what matters to them is money

I went for my skin treatment. They are not at all bother for your skin concern unless you are a celebrity.i have wasted my money. They only focus on celebrities. They only consider celebrities as their customers not for common people.

recommended products just from their brand of oladerm bad bad products and took a hell lot of consultation fee the doctor was saying use whatever you’re using or use oladerm it was a total waste

Very bad experience after clean up my skin has become more sensitive and got red bumps. Asked for the solution to treat sensitivity no body was bothered to do that and from same WhatsApp number different people r messaging, first told me to send pictures and after that arrogantly saying nobody has told u to send pictures . Do your clean up at your own risk.

Called in cutis today 20th sept 2022 someone recived call I said I called for consultation wants to visit clinic that lady said will call you back in 5min and didn't called me I called back after 5,6 hours but didn't receive my call I called 4,5 times very disappointed we are seeing cutis clinic on celebrity pages , in their you tube vlog. I think that service is only for celebrities not for normal people like me. Disappointed

Me and my friend went for consultation today for Lip fillers, at the beginning the doctor sounded nice and helped us later on it felt like my friend was attacked about her skin, Doctor kept asking her why her skin is so bad and that she has thick hair around her face . My friend has normal skin and DOES NOT HAVE HAIR on her face at all. Later the doctor was asking if she has dandruff and got up and started scratching my friends head 🤷‍♂️ to check for the dandruff, all this was done without using gloves and we just thought it was really unhygienic as she scratched her head then touched her lip with the same hand without sanitizing. Later on,Even the manager kept forcing my friend for 'clean up' facial and said that her skin has alot of pimples. Overall it was just a really bad experience.

This is the kind of treatment you’re expecting if you’re going to cutis for a acne clean up, I was told the face would look clearer but even after warning about my sensitivity of skin the one who was doing this cleansing said it’ll be fine and it turned out to leave a bigger mark on my forehead. Please do the clean up at your own risk.
