One of the best skin clinic in Calicut. I had severe acne and acne marks on my face. Dr Jenny mathew has patiently listened to all my questions and answered all my doubts she did a proper diagnosis to identify the root cause of my skin issues and the treatment was done . Very bad Service. Done chemical peeling and laser for scars. The result was very disappointing. Got a burned skin in the first place. The support staff was very pathetic and very inexperienced. It has been more than 2 years and still black marks present on the skin. Patient name : Akhila V.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at lisa skin clinic The clinic's misleading package and additional costs were a major issue, as I was asked to pay more than the initial agreed-upon amount after the procedure. The staff attributed this to a "mistake" due to miscommunication between the doctor and staff, which was frustrating and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Furthermore, the results of the procedure were underwhelming, and when I expressed my disappointment, the staff showed me pictures highlighting minor, almost imperceptible changes, and attributed the lack of improvement to the fact that "it works for some, but not for others." The poor communication and lack of follow-up from the staff were also major concerns, as was the excessive waiting time, which often exceeded 2-3 hours. When the package amount had to be changed as the last procedure was changed , which was of lesser cost than the proposed procedure,staff was trying to make the amount fit to the package by adding additional amount mentioned after procedure. And still there was an amount of 2.5k which at first that staff was hesitant to talk to about, later when I said I'll take products for the amount she said yes after discussing with doctor. And was offered two procedures as complementary instead of promised one procedure and after care products.To make matters worse, my mother also had a poor experience at this clinic, where she developed pimples after a freckles treatment, and despite multiple follow-ups, the staff failed to provide a satisfactory response or resolution. In fact, when I mentioned this to the staff, they seemed unconcerned and unhelpful. Additionally, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff asked me not to post a review and promised to discuss my concerns with the doctor, but I never received any follow-up or resolution. Overall, I would not recommend here to anyone due to their lack of transparency, poor communication, and unhelpful staff.

My visit to Lisa Clinic in Calicut was driven by the desire to address keloid scars and a prominent black mark on my face. Prior to undergoing an RF treatment aimed at removing the mark, I sought clarification about scheduling a facial two days later for my upcoming engagement. The staff advised against proceeding with the RF treatment, citing concerns about the healing process before the facial. Instead, they recommended their medi facials, particularly the Wish Pro facial, assuring me of an instant glow, which seemed ideal for my engagement. However, despite their promises, the facial failed to deliver the expected results leaving me disappointed with the clinic's claims and recommendations. Moreover, the charges for the treatment were not inexpensive, reflecting a significant investment of my hard-earned money, like anyone else's. This experience underscores the importance of managing client expectations and delivering on promises. I hope Lisa Clinic takes this feedback constructively to enhance their services for future clients.

I was advised by the doctor to get Cryotherapy done for warts removal from my foot. The charges for this minor treatment was UNREALISTCALLY HIGH!!!!!! Coming from the medical field and aware of the prices for the same procedure, this very place was charging me with ₹4000 instead of something that can be done within ₹1000 (on the higher end) Literally it’s just a Co2 spray, I can probably get hands on the cryotherapy gun for 4000 rupees. SUCH A SCAM !!!!

I had a very bad experience with extremely poor customer service from the receptionist. Their products are not good at all, and it seems they prioritize profit over customer well-being. I would advise against consulting them.”

I have done Hydra facial from here and it was waste of money. Exfoliation was not done properly, blackheads were not removed. I called to report it on the same day but they didn't catch up. There was no glow up or any change even after 2-3 days. It cost you a lot but their work is not upto that cost. Its not worth !!!. They didn't even took my complaint seriously.it was my marriage and i regret going for a facial there.

Worst service. Booked an appointment and they took us in to explain about some diet plan 15 mins after the scheduled time. The diet plan discussion went on for 20-25 mins. The doctor was still unavailable due to a fake staff meeting. However, the Dr was clearly consulting other patients. Please understand that patient’s time is valuable as well. A 10-15 min delay is understandable. They made us wait for an hour. Totally irresponsible and disrespectful. Will never go back.

I met Dr. Jenny Mathew to consult the pigmentation on my face, she suggested me hydra facial+carbon laser but the result was not good, again she suggested me another procedure called dermapen but I couldn't see any result on my face. I would wish to say look at the quality of service instead of clinic beauty, customer relations etcc.. Also the cost of procedure is very high than the other skin clinics who provide the same service.

Any problem with hair go there they must have a minoxidil 3 of us went there 3 people have different problem but minoxidil for all. But the illness did not go away. is expensive

I went there for my pimple treatment. They made me do many blood tests and gave me expensive medicines but everything was useless and my pimples even increased so badly.

Spend 5 hours and 2000rs to remove one corn under the foot! Antibiotics oral and topical, painkiller tabs and anti ulcer medicines post procedure....is a bit much.
