Consulted her at Lourde hospital, Kochi. It was one of the most unprofessional doctor consultations I've undergone. She showed no interest in my concerns, hurriedly spoke about my condition and its progression, and like a salesperson, promoted an expensive treatment and gave me her private clinic's business card. It's disappointing! I'd rather consult Google for medical advice than visit elite doctors like Ms. Kriti who appear to lack empathy for the individuals they're treating

Absolutely unprofessional behavior by a doctor who should know how to explain and what to explain to their client. Went today for my teenage daughter. Doctor wasn't ready to listen and was more interested in pushing treatment without proper examination. Never again.
