A good skin clinic at Padamugal. My wife and son were under the treatment of Dr. Preethi. She examined and explained about the condition well and gave the effective medicine. They have an in-house pharmacy also. From the outside, it doesn't seem like such a good facility because the clinic is on the top floor of the building. Like all the other skin clinics consultation fee and medicine expenses are high. The staff were anxious and aggressive asking for the consultation fee thinking that I would run away without paying. Overall a good experience.

I've been seeing Dr.Johny for the past 10 years if not more , and I can't say enough good things about them. They are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment options. They are also very gentle and compassionate, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointments. In addition to their medical expertise,Dr.Johny is also very helpful in providing suggestions for diet and lifestyle changes to help with my hair fall issues. They have given me great advice on how to improve my diet and reduce stress, and I've seen a significant improvement in my hair health as a result. I would highly recommend twacha to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dermatologist. They are truly the best in their field.But , please stay patient for changes to start being visible .

Doctor Jhonny Chako the best skin specialist I know . Visited for a hair loss problem and in one sitting it was solved. This was a blessing for a tight schedule person like me. His Professional knowledge and courtesy, never seen anywhere else. He is the family skin specialist for us now.

The review is about their ethics. I have gone to them for treatments for some time now. I recommended them to my parents, they had a terrible experience and rightly so gave a bad review. I didn't cancel my appointments because of it. Afterall, no place is a right match for everybody much less a skin and hair clinic. A day before my appointment they called me up to tell me that if my parents don't take the review down, they won't treat me. Did they really think I would stand to be threatened for a treatment? I was baffled by not just their callous nature but also by their lack of common sense, because even if I agreed to the threat, would I be able to trust them to treat me right? Isn't it possible to botch me during treatment if they are willing to stoop so low for just a review? All speculations, but I would be scared to go to them now.

I had to post a review here because i am depressed and Sadic of the treatment I received also because of my skin condition now, i had been to this clinic with lots of hope thinking that my skin will get recover better and it got worse now, i have spend upto 20-25k including the tablets consultation injections peel and what not, i started taking the treatment from october and in this last month my skin got horrible than ever it could be. I request any of you not to go to the padamughal clinic ever if you live yourself. I have added the before and after my skin

Very worst experience from the front office. You must keep some good personality for your company not the good face .. do you think all the people are not working weekdays, if someone finding time during his off day to reach your office, you must respect them , need to talk politely.

Called many times to make an appointment but didn't answer and the staffs behaviour is very bad. The doctors prescribers very expensive medicines which they stock in their clinic and doctors have no patience and very bad experience in the clinic

Hello Twacha skincare clinic,, i am the same person, 'sree.(arsha.)' since I am not able to comment more than once from the same, i am posting my comment from this id(personal id). Yesterday my friend and I came to clinic. Dr prescribed the medicines , we bought that and we reached room only then we understood that one of the content is cream .since that tube is not sealed(tube with simple cap only, no other sealing) we just pressed it and understood it was a cream based medicine. We returned it without even touching the cream with our hands. We returned to the clinic within 15 minutes.We told the staff the reason for returning the medicine, my friend told the staff that cream based medicine was earlier used and she had a bad allergic reaction using it , she also said that the doctor which she have consulted earlier also advised her not to use any creamy product on face and during the consultation she have already informed the doctor(Dr preethi) about the allergic nature of the skin, So either give a product with gel content or take this product back. Then Doctor came and informed us that "this was not possible if you have no use then give it to your friends or family". what kind of ethics is this from the doctor's side , there was no need for her to instruct on what to do with it, if she's not taking it back its ok..Also the reply given to me in the 1st review is wrong, it's not an used product as we came to know that it was a cream based product before even using the product.The product is worth 999 rs ,and money is important to everyone.note the point-> Patient has already informed that creamy product was not suitable then why did doctor still prescribe that? Don't have time to waste over this, sorry, because of yesterdays experience we are not at all satisfied with your behavior and service. Hope u too understand this. Thank you.

I consulted Dr Preeti Nagaraj at twacha skin clinic at padmughal..After primary checking she redirected me to do some tests at Kinder hospital where her husband works.. He taken my samples for the KOH test and also convinced me to go for a expensive culture also whose results will be available after a month. He also assured me that he will be communicating my KOH results with his wife. So I consulted the same doctor again after few days and they said the test results are positive and she gave me high dose medicine for that.I continued taking the medicine...I completed 3 courses and even after that since I couldn't find any difference in my situation I consulted her again stating the same.and she said then we have to revisit the diagnosis. That time I remembered the nail culture I have given and collected the reports.. I was shocked seeing the results...in that I could find both the culture and KOH results are negative.. I don't really understand why these doctors lied to me and made me eat also those heavy dose medicines.... I don't recommend this hospital...they are only business oriented.

Unreliable and unprofessional .. I started with skin treatment 3 days ago , I was told to come back today morning for next phase , I came to the clinic this morning from Kottayam , door is locked , called the clinic number and was informed that clinic will not be open this morning . I asked if I can come in evening , I was told that they are fully booked , but I can sit around and see . There are 3 doctors in this clinic. If one doctor cannot make it because of personal reason, isn't it professional for another doctor to cover. Or at least call the patient and inform . Our time is also valuable . I had informed before starting the treatment that I am on a 2 wks vacation, and need to finish treatment in 2 wks span . As a doctor myself , I find this truly unprofessional and unethical . Now I need to find another place to finish the treatment in a week's span .

Consulted Dr. Preethi for my pigmentation issue. she suggested glycolic peel and blood test. Did the test and glycolic peel for 6 sitting. day by day my face became more worse. Even after 1 peel when i saw the negative affect i informed it. but nothing happened. After each sitting she asked me to by new creams which was very costly and the same was not affective to me. After 6 the peel, informed the same to the doctor and she asked me to stop the peel and gave me vitamin c serum, which gave me reverse affect. Lost more than 8000 RS from my pocket and now my skin in worse condition. She also asked me to take glutathione and by gods grace i didnt agree to it. Very much disappointed.

Not impressed, doctor had a very laid back attitude. Was not assertive. Even did not dress properly hair undone. Not professional at all.

Respected Dr. Preethi, starting with the answer for your reply for my last review...Who wishes to take risk on their faces or skin if they have a bad experience with same kind of thing in the past? So on experiencing the same thing again we get back to you for a clarification as it is prescribed by you. And second thing which you claimed is we came to RETURN THE PRODUCT "AFTER OPENING AND USING IT"; shall I ask you a question? Is that product was a sealed one?? How we can ensure that its a new product which nobody has ever used?? We clearly said on that day that we came to know that it is cream based as it is not mentioned in the cover that is gel ...I dont understant what you are trying to conclude by blaming upon us(PATIENT) when on figuring out for a clarification on the medicine. Anyways what my concern (which I had very clearly stated in my last review) since that moment till date is the response of the doctor Preethi and the team was unexpected..when a patient asked their concerns is this the way a doctor is supposed to make them comfortable by saying: "IF YOU FEEL THE PRODUCT IS NOT SUITED FOR YOU GIVE IT YOUR TO GIVE TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY" Does anyone have a answer for this?💁 #experienceddoctor #thankyou #treatmentvstreating #myexperience

It was a lady doctor who didnt even care to hear all the issues!!! And the medicines given never helped too!! Dont know for wat are we giving them the consultation fee!

Fake doctors.Hi all please dont get cheated by them. both the doctors prescribe same medicine which they stock there for almost all the patients.also dont opt for skin peeling there.

He don't take any kind of test for the problem .he just give a medicine and loss all hair to fast .
