Helloo everyone. I have been suffering from thick facial hair growth for many years now. I did do laser hair removal treatment sessions earlier at another skin clinic but did not get any results. Feeling very disappointed, I decided to go to The Nice Skin Clinic as a last solution to my thick facial hair growth. Dr. Joseph did a few laser hair reduction treatment sessions with a highly advanced laser machine and I am very happy to say that I am already seeing a visible reduction in the thickness of my facial hair and also no hair is growing back at all in certain skin areas which has helped improve my appearance a lot. I am very thankful to Dr Joseph and the clinic staff for being so helpful, supportive and encouraging me always. Best Clinic in town, They are offering impeccable dermatology and working in very professional way, I have been to this clinic many times and the professionalism with which they do skin care and everything else is incomparable. I was treated by Dr Raymus who is a very talented and internationally experienced MD doctor specialized in facial aesthetics. He did a combination of a few anti-ageing treatment procedures and thanks to this, my skin looks tightened, lifted and so much more youthful than I expected !! He has really helped me to look so much more younger than my real age and also has prescribed a really great daily skin care routine which is enhancing my skin texture and brightening my skin tone so much more !! It was an extremely traumatic & horrifying experience that left me scarred both emotionally and physically. The doctor was patient and charming before the treatment but after it went horribly wrong, and I complained, he became vicious, aggressive and abusive. After repeatedly trying to ask to speak to the owner for over 5 weeks, I was finally put through, but instead of empathizing and professionally resolving it, she insisted on telling me stories about how wonderful Dr Joseph was, and did nothing except to suggest I forget about the experience, as according to her "these things happen" Please do not trust this doctor as you will be left disfigured and humiliated. 🙏 The response given below from the clinic owner is obviously written by the doctor himself and is a personal attack spouting lies and slander to create a false narrative and deflect from the truth, just because I chose to stand up for justice and refuse to be bullied. I urge the doctor to please feel free to upload videos of the "alleged scenes" created, as there were no other doctors or staff present, apart from a new young receptionist, who was very polite. May the truth prevail 🙏

I used to go to this clinic a few years back for severe acne and acne scar treatment. Not only did my skin get worse but I got looted big time. The medications are so so overpriced and you can tell 60% of the medications prescribed are not even required. I didn't give a review all this while because I thought maybe it was my body which was not responding well to the treatment, but I got treated elsewhere and it's gotten so so much better which brought me back here to write this review. All these good reviews are either paid or maybe the treatment did work on those people, but for sure in my case it was the worst decision to fall for these reviews and go there. An even bigger mistake on my part was going there for 2-3 follow ups, and during each visit I paid almost 10-11 k for only a month's worth of medications. A good 40-50 k was spent overall with zero, or i would say negative results. I was fooled and would recommend people who actually value their hard earned money to do proper research and go elsewhere.

Worst Experience, truly waste of time and money. I don’t see relief for my hair problem. Doctor is very pathetic and does not hear your problem carefully. He is overselling his medicine to customers and pushed them to buy which does not even need. Instead of giving proper medicine, he prescribed lots of vitamin tablets. I was taking around 8 tablets daily and applying 3 different solutions to my scalp every day. Consultation fees have to pay as soon as you enter into the clinic. All these things shows that the doctor is very greedy for money and he does not concern about his patient. All he just wanted to make money. Don’t waste your hard earn money here.

I wish I would have sued this clinic back than for burning my skin during laser treatment for which i got a permanent mark on my face and these happened on my 8th session and eventually they fooled me to do 12 sessions initially for skin treatment for best result. It did not reduce my hair reduction and due to burning on my skin I refused to take any further treatments. I wish I would have gone legally and now they are denying i never opted for their services. Back than three years i was just a kid to speak for myself so just gave a rating and moved on. And after denying to take further treatment the dr started arguing to me with very high tone and started saying you have a contract of 12 sessions. I said i wanna talk to your owner and than he completely denied to reach out. Also the dr behaviour with his receptionist is pathetic for their small mistakes he screams on them so unprofessional. Girls be aware whenever you go for consultation never pay and take services on same day they will force you to do that but go home and compare the prices of other clinics because they have charged me the Double the market price. Also denying every negative reviews and comments says a-lot about the clinic no business runs without any feedback and these people are just not ready for that. Even on my review they will have own fake justification and I really don’t care. But those who are smart or even if these helps any single person i am happy just don’t do the same mistake i did take your time to decide and do your own research first according to your condition and please check and compare the market prices first and the tools they are using we have better clinics now in pune with good professional servicing staff don't be fooled just because its in KP it will be the best because this is our hard earned money and in today’s time they are looting us by manipulating on our insecurities. Worst clinic don't go. They will ruin your face after laser therapy. No any effect of lotions. They give you about 5000₹ lotions per visit but you can see nothing happened using it. Also if you want to do one laser therapy they will ask you money for two sessions(15k) in advance and money is not refundable. We told everything to doctor and also followed all the instructions given. They don't have any point to run away so you can see they just start blaming patient. My humble opinion is just have a second thought from another doctor as well. Don't trust this people directly. All 5 star reviews are fake. Visit this clinic at your own risk.

I went for a laser hair removal and pigmentation issue. I was told there to purchase additional products by saying it was mandatory . Also that the treatment will be very effective and I will see some changes in the first session itself. Even my second session was scheduled . However when I reached out to the clinic on a GENUINE CONCERN that I am not seeing any results and how much more days I should wait. The "so called doctor" shouted at me and humiliated me in the call. I have never seen anyone so highly unprofessional and ill mannered to talk to a lady in the first place. Also this clinic seemed so greedy in putting you up with useless products so that they can fill their pockets when their treatment does not work in the first place. I am going to report to the police as well for scamming the customers and then isulting them on their concerns.

I have paid more than 70% of the treatment cost and left the treatment in between due to personal issues but Doctor continuously called me for money and I got call from Police station that pay remaining money Orelse will have to take actions. And instantly I paid the remaining treatment money as I don’t wanted the police issues. I have paid about 40000 for the treatment. And only had about 5-6 sittings. Also he used to make me transfer the money on her assistances bank account.

Treatments and medicines are very costly and non effective .Undergone treatment for skin infection and hairs but didnt got any good result.

Truly one of the worst clinics in Pune. The doctor is an amateur, since the last one year he has caused serious harm to my skin. His treatment gave me black patches on my face & even after a year the marks have not gone. I truly suggest you all to go see a dermatologist who has complete knowledge & experience. Please avoid consulting here, doctors like these shall truly be banned from practicing. Let your skin not get ruined...AVOID NICE SKIN CLINIC!!!

Recently my wife went to this clinic and had a terrible experience with the doctor. He is overselling his cosmetic products to the customers. At one point my wife felt like she was being pushed to buy products she didnt even need. Consultation fees is something he would ask as soon as you step in the clinic without knowing if customer has even came for the consultation.
