Dr. Prashant Patil sir guided me in very simple manner about Hair Transplant surgery including all Pros and Cons of the same. After clearing all doubts my Hair Transplant surgery successfully completed under very well trained and professional doctors at clinic. They call themselves dermatologist but they don't have anyone to advise for medical skin conditions. Basically they are beauticians. They only provide cosmetic services. But without professional dermatologists involved, I doubt the authenticity of their treatment. They claim they have a team of experienced dermatologists. Then how come they can't treat simple skin conditions. It's not a clinic. Its a beauty parlour.

The staff at the clinic is nice and polite except the senior doctor that came out in the end. She basically rubbished all my concerns in an extremely condescending way. If she was not willing to take medical history into consideration how can I trust her diagnosis and treatment plan? You might be a great doctor for all I know, Dr whatever her name is, but your manners are sorely lacking.

This is the second time I am writing a review as first is no more visible. Dont get fooled by the ratings. I have spend 48000 rs for hair treatment and over 20000 Rs for medicine for hair fall treatment. and it has gone all the more worst. And they have no answer or reply. They say we can not help it. Neither care to revert back. Dont waste money.

It's been a 2 weeks and result is pretty good for hair fall. Staff is also supportive. Great experience So I want to edit this review the reason is simple the above review is written by their staff only. All the reviews are fake the staff only posted that reviews by the patient's mobile only. And talking about treatment is too costly and didn't get any results. very bad service we had taken consultation for skin they recommended us gel and told us to buy from their own medical. the product is completely defective expired i guess, its completely dry and not pumping out from the pump provided. and nobody is ready to take responsibility. the staff in medical is sayin come and take replacement, whereas its their responsibility to ship us the right and good product as we are unable to travel from hadapsar to their clinic

Honestly, such a bad experience. My concerns were very limited but this Skin clinic cum marketing company made me pay thousands of money on such pathetic treatments that my skin was nice for 6 months and now it’s the same like before, infact more dull and tired. Don’t get fooled.

It was portrayed to us that there will be a photographic analysis of the skin which means proper photographic analysis with probe cameras was mentioned but instead at the clinic a dslr camera was used thats just fraudulent and was charged 1000 bucks for nothing but just consultation If it was mentioned it will be a dslr camera we wouldn’t have opted for the same so this a fraud which you guys sale

Got treatment here for acne as I was getting married. set a plan after consultation with Dr. but in process they gave me a permanent laser scar near my eye due to inexperienced Laser operator. Even worst Dr doesn't cheak u after treatment they will only see u at next visit. Thanks for ruining my marriage pics Clear skin

Nice Ambiance, well dressed Doctor cum marketing agents. 5 star facilities just to fool you. Instead of understanding your problem and providing right direction and treatment. They go with their script and show your future with taking expensive treatment from them. Be mindful before investing your hard earned money. MONEY LOOTERS : Don't GO I have visited to Clear Skin regarding treatment of skin related issue of my spouse. But what I observe is something not expected as patients Location: Prabhat Road Why not to visit Clear Skin: 1) They understand the mindset of patients and start building money digging model out of this process so called Treatment. 2) they will suggest to go under few tests as every dr. and come up with their results after 7 days only to loot again 700rs as consultation charges even though reports needs only 4-5 days to come. ( before 7 days consultation is free ) 3) in our case problem that we faced was very normal this we came to know when we took 2nd opinion. but clean skin Dr. ask us to do Skin Biopsy test (which she could also suggested at very first time when we visited but after 15 days she suggested to loot 700rs again) and took 5000 rs for it. report which was not needed at all. 4) they wont consult all maximum things in one consultation instead of that keep you in loop to whoop 700 rs chares for every visit. in treatment instead of result orientated they following the money oriented approach might be to pay rent for their lavish offices. 5) Dr even wont pay much time to consult you against what they are charging for consultation fees 700rs. Why to Visit Clear Skin: 1) Want visit lavish couch instead problem resolutions what you facing .

Pathetic experience, they are very rude and doctors working in clinics are very casual. They take 700 as a consultation fees and doctors just talked me for 2 minutes and straight away suggested me to start treatment with will cost 3000 for 1 sitting and I have to do this treatment twice every month and during treatment nurse just cleaned my face with something and sprayed water , 3k for what exactly ? They force you to take treatment and don't allow you to treat only with medicines . After that prescription they gave included medicines of 2750 . So my total bill was 6450 . Don't visit they are only there for business have no care about their patients m there are many better dermatologist than this and in very less price

I did my hydra facial here and I paid Rs.1000 for consultation Rs.7000 for hydra facial treatment and after treatment they gave me medicated moisturizer, sunscreen and face wash to use so that the facial remains intact. But believe me the consultation was waste of money as there was no proper consultation and no new information was told and then the treatment of 7000 has not even shown 10percent of change on my face and infact my skin shade has gone darker than my usual skin tone...please think 100 times before investing your hard earned money in such things.... There is no instant glow which has come to my face. It's total waste of time and money please don't fall for this hydra facial and instant glow scam. All they want is money. They will ask you to pay in full in advance. If you got money only then you will be entertained.

Not for middle class or even upper middle class, only for upper class in terms of charging fees all the time.

Seeing the google reviews I had visited this clinic but got totally disappointed. Dermatologists are supposed to examine the skin type prior recommending any treatment. Why do we go to doctors is because we don't know the solutions, and then they ignoring the concerns we tell, while focusing on the package. I had already informed that my skin type is very sensitive, and had asked if the laser treatment will be painful, to which they said it will not be painful at all, but since 2 days I am facing extreme irritation redness n unbaring pain in the affected skin area due to solution and laser treatment. Also their chemist was giving a cream worth rupees 1500/- which was going to expire in just 2 months, found it logicless. The most bad experience was with the staff who gave the laser therapy. Ignorant, rude, less concerned, unbothered staff. Once you enter the procedure room, they have no sense to talk in a proper way, you will feel like you have entered somewhere where people are hesitant to attend you. I was informed by the doctor that the solution that they will put will be for 2-3 minutes, the staff told it will be for 5-6 minutes and after putting the solution, the staff disappeared for 13-14 minutes to attend the other patient. It was extremely itchy n painful, so I got up from the bed n started calling the staff for requesting to wipe off the solution as it hurted so much. We go to doctors as we need help for our concerns. Laser and chemical treatments are not very friendly to all, so isn't it a responsibility of the staff to be attentive while addressing the patients and giving therapies? Even when we tell the skin is sensitive they do not care. It is a money waste, time waste experience and I am never going to opt again for such therapy. Lost trust. Writing this while having too much pain in the affected area of the laser treatment. Hell part is, if I put moisturizer it burns, it hell burns. Doctor's prescribed Aloe gel and a moisturizer, nothing works. Kindly get your skin type validated prior attending any therapy.

Not at all results oriented rather focused mainly on taking huge fees

This is the worst clinic i had ever experienced…!!! I paid 50-60k for my treatment. I had issue of blackheads on my face.. and that were totally normal but doctor said me this is very serious issue go with the treatment will clear all the blackheads. Then doctors didn’t even checked my skin and just showed me photos of some patients who had blackheads on there face. And from that day i took treatment they gave me some medicine and you won’t believe that medicine made my skin even more black and i got reaction from that tablets and when i went to the clinic doctors told me that ok will give you other tablets. And asusual i took that medicine. But after that i again facing more skin problems.. and finally i told my all problems to the doctor and they were soo rude in behavior that time and was ( aree sir abbi hum kuch nhi krskte hai… yee aaapka problem hai nd abhi aapka treatment time khatm hogya hai ) and if you wanna continue treatment then please pay our fee first…!!!!!!! This is veryyy worsttt … even my skin is facing sooo muchh problems now… this are their way to taking money from the people’s…!!!!!! Very bad experience.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They have only 1 way to treat anything and that is the machine oriented method. My wife had hair fall issues and straight away the doctor said we will have to do the mesotherapy and need to inject directly into the roots to stop the hair fall and we will need to do this every month. They didn't even thought of giving any medication, directly told us to go for the hair treatment. Also showed us the pictures of ppl who had severe hair fall and had patches on their head due to hair loss and compared my wife's condition with them. She didn't had such kind of hair fall. They could have gone with some medicines or serums to control it before going for the therapy. This is their way to make money and by this only they have made hi-fi clinics and people would just fear out and fall into trap by their words. If we don't go with the therapy you will be like this like that. When we said we don't want to go with directly injecting into the roots we need medication only then they said Ma'am has some dandruff also, at least come for cleansing we would clean the head. She had very minimal dandruff which is like common, anyone can have such minimal dandruff but they were like "aaye ho toh kuch toh kara ke jao yaar, sirf consultation fees he de ke jaoge kya kuch 2-5 hazar ka kharcha karo kam se kam" Imagine going to a doctor for basic stomach ache and he replies operation karna padega jo food digest nahi hua usko hum pet ko faad ke bahar nikal dete hai, instead of giving some medicines for proper digestion. Grow up guys. Treat patients wisely and don't just run behind money.

Very costly treatment. I have issues of frictional Melonsis. From April I took treatment they promise me it will cover within six month. Nothing I saw any changes. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.they are giving costly medicine from there own medical if we compare with other medicals

They will charge you at least Rs 700 for consultation but a person at reception will take your photo, the doctors assistant will talk to you, the doctor will come at the end for a min and prescribe medicine. In all this they won’t even see the affected area, forget about touching and knowing the root cause.

Just a corporate system to maximize revenue.
