I am taking laser hair removal treatment from Kaya clinic.The treatment has helped me a lot and the results were phenomenal. I would specially like to mention the technician Sheetal Deshmukh. She is very well trained and skilled in handling all the processes required for the laser. And along with that she takes care of patients skin and pain tolerance too.Her handling of shaving razor and the care with which she shaves my sensitive skin is amazing and helped me a lot. She is exceptional in handling the laser machine too.She is very patient and gives breaks in sessions with high frequency.She very skillfully helds the machine so as to cool the skin and give laser shots at the same time. Also not all technicians are that kind and understanding. Kudos to her and Kaya for this treatment.

I visited Kaya clinic for acne and pimples in the month of June . I took a treatment of laser and peeling now my face is just glowing awesome. Special Thanks to Dr.Swati mam for these treatment. KAYA Aundh staff is very hospitable especially Smitha and Dhanashree with whom I had one on one interaction. Smitha was extremely polite and always recommended the best packages and treatments for my concerns. She always suggested budget friendly packages. I got laser treatment from Dhanashree and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.

Worst experience. My face was totally spoiled and when asked about refund I have been told about policy. No effect of costliest IV treatment. Will not recommend anyone.

Kaya Aundh gives the most disgusting services. They take all the money in advance and latter when the time came to start with the treatment they didn’t even contact us. We were the ones who kept on calling just to make an appointment. Plus the treatment they gave was so useless, not a single session made any difference in the skin.

Kaaya is scamming customers by promising 3-6 months of skin services for a one-time fee, but neglecting to address concerns and blaming external factors for any lack of progress. They also overcharge for products in-store, exceeding online prices and even the maximum retail price. A friend had a terrible experience, paying a significant amount for treatment that left her with burn marks on her face. The doctors downplayed her concerns, dismissing the burns as a common temporary side effect. It's unclear if the treatment was intended to brighten or harm the skin. Based on this, I strongly advise against using Kaaya's services.

extremely Bad services and unprofessional staff. If the therapy/treatment is not working what you need, you will be required to pay a one-time fee that cannot be refunded. Even after spending Rs 34,000 on a session, the doctor burned my face and was unable to remove the marks left by acne. My face has not changed since then.After I requested a change in my treatment, they stopped talking to me and haven't yet given me my money back. I've spoken with customer service numerous times, but they are unable to help me.Do not pay money all at once, folks—that is a trap.

The dermatologist doctor is very rude lady. the receptionist and all the staff members forced to buy products and None of them will behave good if you won't pay them, like without any purchase/session

My experience with Kaya Aundh was extremely bad. I took a chemical peel treatment from them and it was absolutely useless. They will assure you at the time of enquiry that results will be really good and you'll see a difference but reality is far away from that. The staff always tries to pitch their combo packages ( which are obviously high in price) in which there are multiple sessions. However, I decided to go ahead with one session initially to see atleast 5% difference but there was not even a 0.1% difference. I did all the after treatment care but there was no change at all rather the upper parts of both my eyebrows became darker. I consulted Dr. Swati Apte again after 15 days of the treatment and I was advised to drop the plan of further peel treatment because she had also agreed that there was no change in the skin and I was asked to go for laser this time. What if I had initially opted for their combo package of 6 sessions then I guess then they would have suggested me laser treatment after 6th session of peel saying that sir now we feel that this is not working. Please don't visit this clinic and waste your money. They have no refund policy. They will make false promises and nothing else.

Review for Aundh Pune branch. Avoid. Unprofessional staff. Booked appt in person in the clinic 3 days ago. Called yesterday to change time as I had a conflict with a doctors appt but clinic convinced me to keep the slot as they said I would be out in 1 hr. I arrive at the clinic on time. I wait for 10 mins to be told they don’t have my booking and no appointments available. As appointment was confirmed the previous day, my guess is that they gave my slot to another client deemed more important as I am not a regular. No apology from staff except wanting to book another appointment. Meanwhile another client walks in saying she doesn’t want to wait 15-20 mins for her slot as they are usually late. Further confirmation of lackadaisical staff who lack professionalism to keep to appointment times despite the prices that they’re charging.

Worst service…visited the doctor thrice or more and it’s been more than 2 months but no seen improvement ..before consulting her…I was facing acne issues now I am dealing with dry and dehydrated skin along with acnes… last time she told me that it takes time for medicine to work..and here more than 2 months have been passed but only god knows when will her medicine start working because there is not even 1% improvement in my skin rather I am getting up daily with one or two fresh acne..she said improvement is taking time because she is trying different medicines to work as if she is doing experiment on my skin …hit and try …I have told her several times that my skin is dry instead of this she keeps on giving me products which are for oily skin And that’s why my skin is breaking out more than earlier… doctor don’t do this with your patients that are coming to you with a hope that they will get better and you are giving them the results which they never expected

Extremely rude staff and management. About two years ago I was promised few free sessions and now they say I have to pay for it. Even after producing the bill where it clearly states that free sessions will be given, they don't want to honor it. Terrible experience for me as I was going to Kaya(Aundh) from past seven years. I have decided not to take any more services from Kaya again.

I am sharing this experience with Ms. Prachi Chaudhary. I have been thinking to rate lesser than one but that option is unavailable. The staff of Aundh branch is highly unproffessional. They provide suggestions and talk politely at the time of selling products and services but if you have concerns regarding your experience with the product, no one is there to listen. She does not know how to talk to a customer once a product or service is sold. She even stated " I don't care about your review". Earlier I had dropped a negative feedback of KP and Camp branch in Pune but I think Aundh branch is worst. If you are still keen on using Kaya services you can rather visit any branch in Mumbai.

Very rude reception staff, there was a confusion wrt the appointment time as it was showing another time in my email and even though I was ready to go for rescheduling he was extremely rude saying that we had confirmed you appointment two days back etc etc. I have rescheduled my appointments before but this was the worst experience, shifting my treatments to another location of Kaya because I have paid in advance for my remaining sessions. Will not recommend Kaya.

Extremely rude and impolite staff. I asked them a query which I had regarding my EMI payment and they actually said that they are surprised to see such a case and that they have been explaining something to me since 10 mins. Learn to talk to customers you guys coz you charge hefty for your services and behave like you are doing us a favor! Extremely humiliated by their behavior.

Really bad experience,I have faced with Kaya Skin Clinic-Aundh,Pune...I struggled for 3 hrs to get an appointment directly from their outlet..No response on their service number nd then I had to call your call centre for appointment ..call centre team was very quick in sending confirmation of appointment through SMS. My appointment for facial was on 15th Dec. @ 6.45pm..I reached outlet @ 6.30pm(after travelling for an hour) and surprise was waiting for me at aundh reception.They had no info.regarding my appointment...I was specific in my request tht i need to consult with dermatologist before going for facial.Since there was no appointment info. so no dermatologist available.I had to suffer bcoz of lack of communication between the Aundh outlet nd call centre. what is the purpose of having a call centre when there is no communication between call centre @ outlet... Adding to my suffer-the aundh outlet denied appointment for next 2 days as well.. Kaya Skin-you have lost a customer bcoz of incapability of Aundh centre taking appointment & then lack of communication between your teams.My experience at chennai was good-Pune centre has let it down drastically. Suggestion-better improve or you will loose many more customers. Asha

Highly disappointed with Kaya Aundh, I have never faced such issues with any other Kaya before. It is just next to impossible to reach them out, reaching them is like moving a Train. PATHETIC SERVICES

i had been for Bridal treatment and i was suggested to take a peel and 2 facial and was given Sunscreen. The peel was of no use and did not show any results and also spoiled my skin further with Pimples and again the second peel was changed and even that i had gave further more pimples. When they asked to take facial which costed more than the one recommended so as to reduce the pimple, the facial made it worse. Pathetic results

Worst Experience, I came here for Dark Circle treatment, not even 30% results are seen, After spending 15k with a hope, that my dark circles will reduce, I could not see atleast 10% difference, will not recommend any one for this treatment.

Bad service and highly priced... Lakme and other salons are much better. Be careful with their offers, they change at the time of billing.

Horrible experience. Always have to wait for long(almost an hour) in spite of taking an appointment. Team doesn't bother about the customers. No one gives any answer for any queries raised. All in all pathetic customer service.

Doctors here cheat.... They will give you some random creams which are not even required.... They sell their cosmetic products as medicine. Never visit a doctor here... Very rude behaviour
