I had severe acne on my face ,which was very irritating for me. I went to many clinics and tried various products but my condition never got better untill I went to Dr prerna , she correctly diagnosed me and gave me some medicine and advised me about some simple skin routines. I am 75 years old and had "seborrheic/ stucco keratosis on my face.Face was covered with many spots.It was cronic problem , existing / increasing for more than 5 years & was very embarrassing .Dr Prerana advised for RF ablation treatment.The treatment is new and there is less awareness.She explained the procedure minutely and explained probable results.I decided to go for it.It took 1.5 hrs.with her skilled hand.There was continuous/ religious follow up from the center / caring staff to ensure trouble free recovery .After 3 days all the spots are healed and now I have clean / spot less face. Thanks to Dr Prerana and her staff. The center & Dr Prerana are doing good job to help the younger generation, scool & college going girls/ boys for counseling / treatment on Acne,Fungal,Hair fall, pigmentation & allergy,which is common problem ,at reasonable/ affordable fee. Abhijeet Gaikwad is really good dr.i had taken post covid treatment from him and now he is like for me go to person for my medical problems. He is very very compose personality. Gives only required medicines ,simply does not dose with many medicines.He among few doctors who listen to your health issues carefully. Very approachable.

I'm visiting Dr. Prerna since 2017. She is freaking good at her job🤌. Everytime you go with your concerns but come back smiling with all the happiness. You just need to listen to her and follow her instructions....and tadaaah you will have the best skin ☺️

I will not recommend Doctor Prerna’s treatment for skin as I went with a lot of expectations and she suggested me an extremely harmful chemical peel on the day of my 1st visit without asking me sensitivity of my skin and my travel plans although I mentioned her I’m travelling for the weekend I will be out in sun and water park still she suggested to go for it. I thought as she is a doctor I would go with it and that peel made my skin sensitive after I came back from my trip my whole face was red when I went back again then she understood the seriousness and saw that she had recommended me face wash with actives and tretinoin when I went she again changed my medications I stopped using everything she gave and went to a dermatologist who listened and didn’t suggest me something just to benefit there pocket I will not trust any 5 star reviews about her as I’m still recovering from the damage happened! Please guys be aware and don’t go for anything these dermatologists suggests blindly they know we might not come again so on day of our first visit only they will suggest peels and other medications which will cost upto 5k just for there benefit that’s what Doctor Prerna did I’m not the one to post reviews like this but making others aware.
